Now when I say corruption, you might be thinking of the corrupted gems in Steven Universe, correct? Or is it just me..?
Anyway! What is corruption for the Saiko Nekos? Well, it's kind of the same thing with how corruption works in Steven Universe. An individual gets several hurt mentally, emotionally, and physically and they slowly turn into monsters (AKA: their MAXIMUM anger form).

Now, it takes awhile for an individual to get fully corrupted, but it's sometimes hard to tell if a neko is either corrupting or angry and some may not notice it until it is too late........ But there is one huge difference to tell the difference, and that is their eye.

If any of their eyes are this color that means that they are corrupting. And once their other eye is the same color, then it is already too late...

But there is a way to turn them back to normal, and that is by showing them that they are loved and dearly needed in this world. So if you do plan on adopting a Saiko Neko or friending one, then you better treat them kindly!! Or else not only will you have a corrupted neko, but an angry author too!!! 😡😡😡😠😠😠
