"Mom is saying that she knows her daughter-in-law is lying", Shivaay said and giggled when Anika pouted. He always notices her efforts and appreciates them, her care and love is the thing for which he can give his life too. Anika layed her head over his shoulder and thought about how to make him laugh again.

"Ok see then she is wishing us", Anika said. Shivaay nodded and closed his eyes recalling his mother's face. His mother is no more but still, whenever he misses her, he feels her beside him. He can sense her presence and her support every time, whenever she comes into his dream, and he remembers what the dream was. Otherwise, he forgets every dream.

"Yes bless us. See your son is happy and keep your daughter-in-law happy as well. Are you satisfied now?", Shivaay asked in his mind with closed eyes. Anika noticed his face, he was ready to cry so Anika ruffled his hair and kissed his forehead.

"Have some shame Mr In night only those people cry who are heartbroken", Anika said

"You know it very well Han. How?", Shivaay chuckled and asked raising his eyebrow

"Talent. Now don't be Sad please otherwise I will cry", Anika said

"Till I am with you, I can't be sad. Because you are a joker", Shivaay said and pinched her nose

"And you are a devil. It hurts", Anika said

"I will do it more if you will not sleep. So go and sleep fast", Shivaay said. Anika nodded and both slept In each other arms.

Next day

In morning.

Anika woke up first and wished him a happy anniversary again, she wish to relive that day again. Anika remembered that day as well when Shivaay told her about his past. After some time they got ready to explore this place, Anika gave him vermilion to fill her hairline, and Shivaay smiled and understood her command. Every day she fills her hairline on her own but she asked him to fill her hairline again as she wants to relive that day again, that time they were not as comfortable with each other as they are now. Shivaay filled her hairline, after marriage Anika never removed her nuptial chain, even today she didn't feel like removing this. That promise was forever and she knows he will always follow it.

"How fast time flies. Last year on this day we were getting to know each other and now we know everything about each other ", Shivaay said.

"Yes and I promise to be with you forever. This bond will always remain special for me", Anika said and kissed her nuptial chain which is her favourite jewellery.

"For me as well. Thanks for changing my views toward marriage. No one dares to do that which you did within a year", Shivaay said and pulled her in a hug.

"Love can change anyone. Even a person like you and me", Anika said happily

"Yes I was insecure before that our marriage can come to an end but now I know our bond is not that weak for someone to break it easily. And marriage word itself is a symbol of unbreakable bond", Shivaay said, Anika smiled as he said the same thing which she always wished to hear from his mouth. She is happy that he is not insecure anymore, that he believes in marriage and especially because she is the reason.

"Yes, it is. Let's go now", Anika said, Shivaay nodded and both went out. Shivaay contacted one bakery shop and requested him to let Anika prepare cake once. They agreed as they knew who Shivaay is.

Anika started to bake in the kitchen, many more people were also there who were preparing cakes for the shop. Shivaay smiled seeing Anika's excitement as everything was available there. He loves staring at her when she is doing something for him, he can see clearly that her excitement level is on top.

"See I can decorate as well", Anika said happily

"Can I help you now?", Shivaay asked to which Anika shooked her head, at first she even restricted him to see her but when Shivaay told her he won't know anyone Anika agreed. She knew if she took his help she will ruin everything. His touch always makes her forget the world, she can't afford this right now. She showed him chocolate chips as well and ate one, she forwarded another. Shivaay ate as today he don't want to hurt her, even if it is for a little thing.

Once Anika was done and she placed the cake in the oven, one guy asked them to take a rest as it will take time and he will decorate further but Anika didn't let him and the cake out of the shop after putting the cake on the refrigerator. Shivaay laughed mentally seeing her excitement toward a cake.

Shivaay forgot his mobile phone inside the shop so he went back, when he came out he noticed Anika standing holding a baby and walking towards her. Anika turned towards him and giggled while playing with the baby's hands.

"She is soo cute hana?", Anika asked and touched her forehead with baby's

"Anika, who is she? We are on honeymoon and see you. You are playing with someone's baby. What if they filled a complaint against us?", Shivaay said. Anika gave the baby to him and waved her hand at one man. That man came towards them with a woman with a bag

"He stole your kid", Anika said which scared Shivaay. Shivaay shooked his head and gave the baby immediately to that man

"No... I didn't ", Shivaay stammered. And the girl started to laugh with Anika, soon the man also started laughing which confused him

"You scared him haha", said that woman

"Ok let us introduce ourselves because we know you, Mr Oberoi. She is Samiksha Anika's friend and I'm her husband Rajeev. Anika called us here to meet us because we live here", said Rajeev and forwarded his hand for a handshake

"And this cute baby is their 8-month daughter Vanshika ", Anika said and took the baby in her arms again.

"This prank was worst ", Shivaay said

"I'm sorry. When you said what if someone complained then I pranked ", Anika said and looked down. Shivaay smiled as he can't stay angry for long. He loves her and her antics.

"Ok let's enjoy this day and tomorrow morning we will go back", Shivaay said

"This is too early ", Anika said and gave Shivaay's hair to the baby, Shivaay stepped back and picked the baby in his arms.

"Whenever I will visit a place for a business trip, I will take you and we can enjoy ourselves there", Shivaay said

"Yes with your workload ", Anika complained. Anika's friend and her husband laughed upon hearing her complaint.

"What can I do? I have worked hard for this company and one mistake can result in a loss of lakhs or crores, and you know that", Shivaay said

"O...ok I understood ", Anika said and called Samiksha into thier hotel room. Samiksha and her husband were saying no but when Anika told them that she will go back today and it was thier anniversary they agreed.

"Happy anniversary", both said in unison wishing Shivaay and Anika.

"Anika take them to our room, I will come with cake", Shivaay said

"I have a car so we can wait for you both", Rajeev said. Shivaay gestured toward thier bag which confused Anika as well.

"Were you going somewhere?", Anika asked Rajeev

"Ohh this is a shopping bag. We just came after shopping. Take your cake and come back", Rajeev said and showed them his car. Shivaay nodded and was about to go alone but Anika came behind him telling him she want to decorate the cake as well. Shivaay chuckled and let her do whatever she wants.

After coming out Anika noticed the mall and looked towards Shivaay as now she wanted to buy something else for him.

"Don't even think about it. Sit inside the car", Shivaay said and was about to place the cake inside the dickey when Anika snatched the cake from him and said and want to keep it to herself.

"I can't trust someone's driving ", Anika said. Shivaay laughed and asked her to sit. Anika sat in the back seat holding the cake, Shivaay asked Samiksha to give him the baby and Shivaay started playing with the baby girl. Even Anika wanted to play but due to Cake, she couldn't.

"See she is laughing", Shivaay said and showed her how baby girl laughed when Shivaay was making different faces. Anika smiled seeing him happy, she wants everything best for him. She asked Shivaay to look toward her and clicked his pictures, she want to frame his pictures which she clicked here.

"If you feel tired then you can give her to me. I will take care of the cake as well", Anika said

"No I am fine", Shivaay said and caressed Anika's hair, his love for her is increasing day by day now and he doesn't want to stop this.

When they reached there Anika decorated the room and then placed the cake on the table. She asked Shivaay to cut the cake. Shivaay held her hand and both cut the cake and feed each other.

"Hope we don't lose our love after years. I have heard in start people enjoy marriage vows and everything related to it but after years they lose understanding. I wish to stay the same as I am. This first year of our married life was best with you my love", Anika thought. They served cake to Samiksha and her husband as well, after some time the couple left leaving Shivaay and Anika alone.

"This is my gift. I didn't show it in front of them because I wanted to make you wear it", Shivaay said and showed her bangles, Anika smiled and hugged him finding those bangles which she added to the cart. Shivaay gestured for her to give her hand to him, Anika gave her hand and smiled when Shivaay made her wear bangles.

After making her wear the last bangle he kissed her hand and intertwined thier fingers again, Anika stopped saying no to his gift as she knows it was her right and he love to do something for her just like she love to do it.

"How did you come to know about this? Did you check my mobile?", Anika asked to which Shivaay nodded

The next day, they sat on the train. Today in the morning because Anika asked him to book the morning train. Anika sat near the window and started looking out. They noticed their opposite 6 Seats were occupied by a family. That family consists of one couple, one woman, one child and 2 teenagers. Anika smiled watching them and started to miss her own family.

"What happened?", Shivaay asked when he noticed her tears. Anika hugged him and started crying

"I am missing our family and I don't want to leave this place as well. Can't we call Omru dadi, Gauri everyone here? ", Anika asked

"We can't do that and we will reach there after a few hours", Shivaay said and wiped her tears, he started to caress her hair to calm her down. He knows she always attaches herself to people and then gets emotional whenever she needs to leave a place. Which irritates him as he does not feel anything when he leaves a new place.

"9 hours and I am not even sleepy. How will I pass my time ", Anika asked

"Enjoy the view then. You asked for the morning train na", Shivaay said sarcastically, he knew this will happen but she was stubborn that if they will go back then they will pick up the train only in the morning otherwise she warned him that she will stay here.

"No I don't want it now, stay like this till we reach ", Anika said and hugged him more tightly. She won't know how she will pass time in the morning. When they have to travel the whole day

"Why she is crying?", asked one boy

"She is sad", Shivaay said, Anika looked toward the boy and waved her hand toward him.
