After days of waiting for our reply from the AMD University we finally got our letters back from them at breakfast time. "Here you go Ally," Elsa handed the letters around the table. I didn't wanna open mine, everything bad always happens to me. So instead I waited for the others to open theirs.

"Hey I got in, I got in, I got in," Anna was jumping in her seat with dear joy. So did Elizabeth she also got in. I noticed Phoenix was still sitting there too not touching her letter. "Hey on the count of three we both open them at the same time yeah," she nodded at my suggestion.

I ripped open the envelope to reveal:

'Dear miss Winters, it is my pleasure to tell you that you have received a place at AMD University. We hope to see you at the start of next term, can't wait to have you.'

I got in; I mean I actually got in.

I faced Phoenix and she had the same expression as I did. We both got in. We jumped out our seats and started dancing round the table. "We got in; I mean we both actually received a place. We all did!"

This made me the happiest person in the whole world.

I went upstairs to pack all my things and once I was done Phoenix's parents took us all to this new college.

Here I go again, new college, new life, let's make this count.
