ITSUMI MIDORIYA LINGERED in the dark alley as the moon hangs above her in the black, star lacking, sky. It was a cool February night, or very early day, but she was wide awake. Since her job at the restaurant was no more, her nightly hours were filled with walking the streets to occupy her free time. Of course she lied to her mother saying that she found another job, a small one that didn't pay much but that gave her expirience for her resume.

Snow crunched beneath her boots, but the young woman didn't mind. Winter was her favorite season, cold and chaotic, dangerous even. Black ice was something she often compared to herself, unnoticeable to the naked eye, but upon contact they become deadly, attacking with an unsuspecting force.

Which brings her here.

Since that day at the restaurant where she experienced her first kill, her mind became unhinged. To others that would bring concern, but to her, it felt freeing. To come off and out from the pressure that was weighing, crushing, her down, it felt euphoric. It's like the agonizing torture she's been living with finally stopped. Those years of drowning and having her lungs filled with water, she could finally be able to breathe. To have her limbs free from the tightly squeezing strings that were constantly pulling at her, that was everything to her.

And her mind urged, begged, her to feel it again.

So, she did. Her dark nights were filled with killing, and she eventually found another comfort to release her pent up frustrations. She didn't need the trashed beach anymore, nor her room or that bench under the tree where she watched the traffic. No, all she needed was the darkness of the night to comfort her. The only witness to her heinous actions was the pale moon above her.

She was the wolf among the sheep. The snake beneath the flowers. The fox in the henhouse.

She was the predator and everyone was her prey.

But those who had an inkling of resemblance to her father, if they were tanned with dark curly hair, they suffered the most. After all, it was because of him that she was introduced to a life full of stress and pressure, where she had to take responsibility and fit herself into several plastic moldings. Itsumi reveled in their screams as she broke and crushed their bones from the inside, but she always made the kill by ripping their beating hearts from their chests, enjoying it as the crimson blood drenched and dripped down her hands.

The fact that she killed Mifune the way she did was because he called her sweetheart, something her father used to call her. And that's why she kills these men the same way!

So, as she stands in the dark alley, listening to the pleas of the begging man, his green eyes shining with tears, she sneers. This man resembles her father too much. It's disgusting. She knows it's not him, but the parallels are enough to make her absolutely rageful, filling her with a tremendous amount of hate!

"P-please! Don't kill me! I-I didn't do anything wrong," the man cries.

Itsumi glares down at his crumpled body, her scarlet eyes shining in the dark like a real predator. Even though it's just the shine of the moon bouncing off them, it makes her seem like a cold blooded killer. To the man on the floor, she's a monster. A kind that makes everyone afraid of the dark. One that people write scary stories about.

She's the epitome of fear.

She's dangerous, she causes unbelievable amounts of pain, but mostly she is a threat.

"I know," Itsumi answers lowly, just enough for him to hear and to flinch back in terror. "But to me, your existence is what you did wrong."

The man's eyes, so green and seemingly familiar, widen. He shakes his head, crying, as he tries to move back but because of his broken bones his attempts are futile. Itsumi stalks closer to him, the sounds of her heeled boots practically sealing his death.

"N-no! P-please! I didn't do anything," he pleads, his screaming voice echoing between the buildings.

"I know," she simply says.

Though, just before the man can cry mercy, the green haired woman raises her right hand, twists her wrist and flexes her fingers, and successfully tears the beating organ from his chest. A certain sense of glee fills Itsumi as she catches the heart in her outstretched hand, the metallic crimson staining her lightly tanned skin. Crushing the heart with her sharp nails, she uses her quirk and pushes pressure into the dead organ until it explodes - drenching the walls of the alley with red blood.

With the fact of taking yet another life, the young woman laughs. She feels like she's on top of the world, over the moon, like she's on cloud nine. The exhilaration is like nothing she's ever felt before. Murder is her drug and she's extremely intoxicated!

This is her freedom!

And after tasting it, nothing and no one can stop her.

OVER THE LAST weeks of January and all of February, the news channels have been informing local residents about the serial murders with the same signature. All men with dark hair with crushed bones and ripped out hearts.

News anchors questioned what kind of person was behind these heinous actions, telling people to be cautious. Detectives and police officers of all types searched through their reports, looking for any indication towards a suspect. The same ones that questioned Itsumi Midoriya saw her as a suspect, though after finding out that she's a star student and is due a full ride to a university and that she has a mediocre quirk not capable of the crush injuries on the victims, they expelled her of any and all suspicions. After all, a goody two shoes student like her isn't capable of something so horrible. Heroes patrolled their areas a bit more heavily, but other than that they did nothing. By means, they can't do anything without probable cause or evidence.

Though, it was the villains and criminals who were all curious. They've never heard of this signature. To them, it seemed that this murderer was searching for someone and when they got the wrong person, they killed them.

However, a certain Yakuza leader knew too well. That signature, he's seen it first hand in a restaurant.  Despite his words to the young girl to return to her normal life, it seems that she couldn't. She did tell him that her motives were already brewing for a long time before she killed Mifune, so maybe it was just a matter of time before she unraveled to the killer she was becoming. However, her first kill was self defense, but these men and how they looked eerily similar to each other had him curious.

Who was she killing? And why?

Though, as a certain pale and blue haired man watched the news on his computer, he couldn't help but feel intrigued. Yes, there's the fact that he hates practically everything and everyone, but there's someone out there killing and getting attention. Though, what intrigued him the most was that no one was claiming the murders as theirs. If they wanted attention, then why not claim it? Plus, the fact that they could crush people's bones from the inside and was able to rip their hearts out, all while leaving no evidence, that meant that the person was strong and smart. Something he clearly wanted in his scheme to kill All Might.

Who were they? And how could he find them?

ITSUMI MIDORIYA STOOD in the living room watching as her brother gets ready to head off to the UA entrance exam. She was previously sitting on the couch watching the news, appearing concerned as they talked about her latest kill, but honestly she just wanted to know what they knew. The chief of police held a press conference giving the supposed profile of the killer. First thing wrong, they said the killer was a male.

She mentally laughed. Of course men will think that only a man is capable of killing. They may be in a new age, but some things never changed. It's fact that men still thought themselves as superior. However, if they want to think like that, then it'll be their fault that she gets away with her crimes. After all, she's a female, she can't possibly be capable of such things.

The second thing they got wrong, was that they said the killer was in his late twenties to early thirties. She's seventeen, eighteen in a few months. They said that with the lack of evidence the killer was very organized, leaving no trace of who they were except for their signature in killing. She felt smug knowing that someone as young as herself was giving aged detectives a real hard time.

The third thing they got wrong, was that they stated the killer of having a pressure quirk. Even though it was wrong, Itsumi still felt intrigued about their assumption. They weren't that far off. Sure, her quirk allows her to push and pull at things, and sometimes it can give her the ability to mimic pressure if she were to combine the contrasting forces, but no one knew that. To everyone, she had a weak quirk of pushing and pulling small objects just like her mother's. So, with that small ace up her sleeve, she felt satisfied.

Though, as Izuku came out in a haste, she got up from the couch and watched as he gathered his things. The older girl knows that her brother wants to become a hero - something she highly disagrees with - but she can't help but ponder, how is he going to enter the hero course without a quirk? Also, why did he leave early in the morning, and where, only to come rushing back?

She knows he's been training, and maybe that's why he was talking to All Might that day at the beach, but it seems like there's more to it.

Maybe she could retrace his footsteps? She's sure that the two meet up at the oceanview park. After all, with Izuku going to the entrance exam at UA, and her mother going to work, she's here alone ever since she graduated a few weeks ago. She can take this time to figure out what her brother's been up to.

So when her brother and mother leave for the day, she does just that. Dressed in a red turtleneck sweater, dark jeans, ankle boots, and a dark red jacket, Itsumi leaves the warmth of her home and into the winter cold streets. Walking casually with her hands shoved into her pockets, she takes the path towards the beach park. She's aware of the chances of seeing the number one hero at the beach are pretty slim, but she'll take it.

By the time the young woman reaches her past comfort, her cheeks are flushed and numb due to the frozen winds. The greenette stalks on the stiff, almost solid, sand and searches the beach. Her ruby eyes dart side to side looking for any indicator of the Symbol of Peace. Of course she acknowledges the obviously, and absolutely, spotless land. The place that was once filled to the brim with garbage is now clean and actually beautiful.

She hates it.

It's no longer a diamond in the rough, now it's a beauty for everyone to take.

As her vexed eyes skim past the gazebo that's constructed into the water, her crimson gaze meets the figure of a lanky tall man. He's blond, almost skeletal in stature, but he's dressed in oversized clothes.

Her blood red eyes collide with a very light blue. Itsumi's stare practically pierces into the man's core, a gaze so sharp that it cuts his soul.

The blond - also known as Toshinori or All Might - becomes unsettled from the girl's stare. It's so cold and probing, as if she's looking for answers. Though, what nerves him the most is that she bears a strong resemblance with his young protégé. However, unlike him, she doesn't show a fascination towards him.

Being the aged hero that he is, means that he's been around for a long time. So, as he looks at this young woman, he draws parallels to all the people he's come across. With that in mind, he now knows why she doesn't hold a certain shine to her eyes, and that's because her eyes resemble those who are full of hatred.

Those who are filled with darkness.

They're the eyes of a villain.

With the long, everlasting, seconds of staring at the blond man, Itsumi gives him an emotionless yet equally saccharine smile. She knows it's unnerving to give a sweet smile when there's no real sweetness behind it. But nonetheless, she's satisfied with her findings.

True to her beliefs, Izuku really is training with All Might.

Connecting the dots between a muscled hero and a lanky nobody can seem absolutely impossible, but no one else grew up with her brother. She has Izuku to thank, because with him being a major fan-boy for All Might, she's learned just enough about the hero to pass off as a fan. Although, with the major differences, Itsumi can tell that this man is the number one hero due to the shade of his hair. A blond so yellow that it can practically compare to the sun.

The answer on how he switches between muscled and twig-like, well that's where she draws a blank. Instead of spoiling her satisfaction,  Itsumi chooses to turn on her heel and walk away.

Maybe not today, nor tomorrow, or anytime soon, but Itsumi will find the answers.

Just you wait, All Might, because I will destroy you.

Along with your empire of heroes!

SITTING AT THE dining table with her mother and brother, Itsumi takes note of her brother's blank stare towards the fish he's holding. It's been a week since his entrance exam, and ever since he's been nervous and panicked; basically stuck in a stunned silence. She will admit that she's horrible because she's taking pleasure in his distressed state. Well, that's what he gets by trying to become a hero with no quirk.

"Izuku? Izuku," their mother calls out, questioning his silence. "Izuku! Are you okay?! Stop smiling at the fish!"

Itsumi laughs, and decides to be a good sister. "Yeah, little brother, you're starting to freak us out. Plus, if you didn't get in, you could always try other schools," she states, trying to be supportive.

"Ah, it's okay! I'm fine," Izuku says, lying to reassure them.

Itsumi sees right through it, but ignores it to move on from the topic.

"So, Itsumi have you decided what you're going to study at college," Inko asks, looking to her oldest.

The young woman sours at the mention of continuing her studies, but she gives her signature fake smile. "I'm thinking of studying either computer science or medical welfare. Both subjects have potential for a great career," she says.

It's a lie. She didn't even think about it, she just said the things that interested her. After all, her knowledge on both subjects is already impressive, so why not give a believable lie?

Her mother smiles. "I'm happy you're following your dreams, sweetheart!" Itsumi almost flinches at the name, but manages to conceal it. "I know you've been struggling these past months with your caseload, but I'm ready to help. I just want you to be happy."

She nods, but mentally, she's sneering. Past months? Try years! And help?! Better ten years late than never, right? Tch, pathetic.

As dinner comes to an end, Itsumi decides to watch TV seeing as she has nothing better to do. Turning the channel until she finds a good program, she stops when she sees a popular horror flick playing. It's a favorite pastime of hers. Watching as people make stupid mistakes leading the antagonist to killing them? Well, she finds it hilarious. Plus, she gets to be herself and actually laugh at all the murder, and it could come off as her being a horror fan.

So as the girl in the movie screams before getting chopped in half by a chainsaw, making blood spray everywhere, Itsumi cackles in amusement.

"Do you actually like this stuff," Izuku questions from besides her, looking a bit queasy - enough that he stops his hand strength workout.

The older Midoriya smiles in a sinister sense. "I don't like the actual blood, if that's what you're wondering. It's the hype, the thrill, the suspense that I like. The 'are they gonna die'? Plus, I can't deny that the antagonist always has an interesting backstory." She says, somewhat lying - she does like the gore, but she won't say that.

However, their little moment is interrupted when their mom crashes through the front - seeing as she went to get the mail. Itsumi watches as her mother drops to the floor in shock, crawling towards them as she holds out an envelope. Her mood immediately plummets, darkening, because she already knows what it means.

"It's here! The letter! It's really here," Inko exclaims, looking at her son.

Izuku takes the outstretched letter from his mother and goes into his room to find out his results. Standing up from the couch, the daughter of the family crosses her arms and frowns - slightly, showing her clear distaste. To her family it would just look like she's concerned, but if they actually knew her, they would know how much she's boiling with rage at the moment. So while their mother paces up and down the hall, Itsumi stands right next to Izuku's bedroom door, putting all her focus trying to hear the muffled words.

She only catches snippets, like...

All Might teaching at UA.

Getting zero points.

Acquiring a quirk!

Villain points, rescue points.

Sixty points!

And him getting in.

If Itsumi was in rage before, now she's completely livid. What's this about her brother acquiring a quirk?! He was quirkless! She was there in the doctor's office when they found out! She was the one who comforted him! But now he suddenly has a quirk?! That makes absolutely no sense at all!

Did their mother know about this?

Why wasn't she informed?!

But most of all, All Might being a teacher at UA? Is that hero responsible for all of this?! Is he taking her brother under his wing? Was that man the reason why Izuku has a sudden quirk?! How? How is that possible? And why?! Why take interest in a simple boy with no quirk?

Her mind was whirling! Her usual calm was transforming into chaos! She needs a release before she explodes and destroys everything in her path! She could already feel her fingers twitching with craving!

Because all Itsumi sees is red!

Red!

Red!

RED!

= = = = = =

Whoo! Chapter ten is up! The last chapter gave me so much hype that I wanted to continue writing!

Things are getting exciting!

Itsumi is becoming a known killer, whoo! I know I should feel bad for her down spiral, but she needs to get messed up to step up as the true villain she is! I mean, look at her, a murder queen, she even has her own signature when it comes to killing!

Oof - her hate for her father is strong. Like being called 'sweetheart' is such a trigger.

And lolol, her laughing at the police is such a mood. I can see her in the future chapters, laughing at the heroes who get her villain identity wrong.

I know some of you are wondering when she'll go FULL villain, but I like having her stay in secret, that way she can gather information and use it to her advantage. It'll be very useful in the future.
(Like example: Izuku comes home from school and talks about what his class is going to do, like go to summer camp, Itsumi can use that and relay that information to those in the LOV.)

Oof - Itsumi meeting All Might at the beach and finding him out. Like seriously, I really questioned people's intelligence when they came across small! Might and didn't make the connection to the muscled hero. I guess Itsumi is just really observant.

Speaking of her, I updated her profile. All I did was add her birthday, which is May 22. She's a Gemini, for those who want to know.

Ooh, and college. What do you think is better for Itsumi? I know she just said it to say something, but Computer Science or Medical Welfare?
Which suits her the best?

Well, that's all I have today.

Anyways, don't forget to COMMENT, VOTE, and FAN!!!
