Nobody really knows about their relationship. Her boyfriend's team members weren't exactly nice. They think they're all that just because they won the championship 6 times in a row. Chip however was nice. Even if he was leader of the group the guys still don't listen to him.

Iris: not to be rude, but the team I really wanna crush are the treblemakers.
Twig: why ?
Iris: because the kids who bully me are on that team.
