Door was making a typical creaking sound which is Oh-so-perfect for the readers' scary reading time but trust me when I say that that sound took away the breath of the teens.

It really did.

Upon opening the door, they came face-to-face with the source of the clacking sound. A brown haired man in his late 30s was chopping something. Very cruelly.

Slamming the knife harshly on something.

They were all horrified with the scene in front of them.

"What is that man doing now?", spoke Silas after processing the situation a bit.
"Someone should go and see what the man is chopping so harshly.", suggested Fubuki instead of replying to Silas.
"H-his f-fa-favorite one should ask him, right?", Lui stated, clearly not wanting to be the one who approaches the dangerous and crazy man.
"T-th-then, Fr-Free should do it.", Zac spoke what everyone was thinking.
"R-right, Free?", Ukyo asked and turned to look at Free.
"Phi, wait!", whisper-yelled Ren wu at Phi, who was cautiously making his way towards the brunette.
"I am the eldest one here, so I should be the one who do this.", Phi was scared too but just because of fear, he didn'twanted to back down from his responsibilityof being the eldest and let others do it.
On the other hand, Ukyo didn't saw Free among the group and hurriedly went back the way they came to look for him, thinking he might have fallen asleep somewhere due to exhaustion after all the shopping and running they all did.

Here Phi was closing the distance between him and that man, and there Ukyo saw something which left him terrified.

The man still chopping harshly.

The others scared with the scenein front of them.

The once lively teens are now lifeless.
