"Yah! Min-ah come on we'll be late!" Namjoon yelled through the house as he tied the shoelaces to his sneakers, hearing Jimin's footsteps running behind him to finally feel Jimin crashing next to him.

"Sorry, sorry." he mumbled, slipping into his own chunky sneakers and following his boyfriend out the door.

They made their way to Jungkook's car, who had volunteered to give them a lift to the train station.

"Get in losers!" Jungkook yelled from his seat, arm hanging out of his open window with a cornered smirk, probably proud of his foreign reference.

Namjoon rolled his eyes, absolutely not impressed with the younger's accent, placing his large backpack in the trunk, helping Jiin throw his small suitcase in as well.

"Lucky you, going to Busan." Jungkook said as he looked into the rear mirror to meet the eyes of both overs sitting in the backseat of his car.

"You're from Busan too, aren't you Jungkook-ah?" Namjoon asked, looking down to Jimin who was answering messages on his phone.

"Yup! Grew up there." Jungkook nodded, with a signature radiant smile. "I loooove the beach."

Namjoon chuckles. Looking out the window go the busy streets of Seoul, his smile slowly fading as his mind drifted off into a misty haze. People were running errands, answering phone calls, going out with friends, laughing. They all seemed so different, clad in their winter clothing and not seeming bothered by the cole at all.

Their clothes were colourful despite it being winter and held tasty looking street food that steamed in the cold.

The man wiped his hands on his jeans, shaking his head slightly and looking to his side to Jimin, who was looking back at him with a soft smile.

He smiled back, his hand going to Jimin's thigh and squeezing it gently. It was soon covered by Jimin's, gently resting over his own. He then felt the man's head against his shoulder, smiling softly.

"Sorry to ruin the moment," Jungkook smiled as he pointed his thumb towards the station that stood proudly outside his window. "but we're here."

Namjoon nodded, the two getting out of the car, retrieving their belongings and thanking Jungkook before heading to the station.

"Jimin-ah! we haven't seen you in ages!" The slowly aging man smiled widely as he wrapped his son in a bone crushing hug.

"Missed you too dad." Jimin mumbled as he buried his face in the man's neck, breathing in the familiar scent of his cologne, that he had never seemed to change in Jimin's entire existence.

Then came rushing his mother, who pulled Namjoon inside to close the door and pressed a big, sloppy kiss to his cheek and pulling his jacket off his shoulders.

"Aigoo, your cheeks are freezing." she said, cupping Namjoon's cheeks in her large hands. Jimin and his father chuckling next to them. "Come near the fireplace and warm yourself up!"

Namjoon nodded, taking off his shoes and following her inside the toasty atmosphere of his boyfriend's childhood home.

Jimin's sister was also in the living room, placing another log in the bright fireplace.

"Hey Namjoon-oppa." she smiled after turning around and waving slightly from her seat on a mini stool in front of the fireplace, Namjoon smiled back and sat next to her.

"Need any help?" He asked.

She shook her head, her hand going to her lip to fiddle with the piercing cuffing her bottom lip snuggly. It was a habit Namjoon caught her doing often -especially when she smiled and wasn't really paying attention- because her lip would stretch and thus create a small gap with her hoop, allowing her to move it around a little, as if to relieve a sore wrist from a tight band aid.

"nah, thanks."

She was interrupted by Jimin's hand going down to her hair and ruffling her blond longs into a complete bird's nest.

"Your hair is dry." Jimin said, as if to irk his sister the very first second they saw each other. Jieun did not seeming amused, flipping her brother off.

"Shut up asswipe." she spat, Namjoon laughed at the peculiar nicknames they had for each other.

"Love you too." He smiled, placing a kiss to her temple, which she immediately reached to wipe off her skin.

"How's college?" Namjoon asked to break the bickering, placing his hands in front of him as if to roast them with the warm flames of the open fireplace.

"Shit." Jieun deadpanned. "I mean it's cool, but like engineering is fucking hard on you brain ya'know."

Namjoon nodded, he'd gone to evening classes to prepare for an engineer course and looking back, that might have been the darkest times of his life. Good thing he'd been able to get away from that and pursue a career in music.

"Good luck." Namjoon smiled, patting her back.

She chuckled, looking up to him fondly.

"Dinner's ready!" Jimin's mother, Hyora, called from the dining area in the kitchen, making the two by the fireplace stand up to join the rest of the family that as already around the table;

Namjoon smiled as he watched the scene. The park siblings bickering, the Park parents placing food into each other's plates, the warmth in the house and the serene smell of a freshly cooked, homemade meal.

How lucky Jimin was to have grown up in that environnement.

The two elder across from each other with Jimin next to his mother, facing Namjoon and Jieun at the end of the table.

"So how's work kids?" Hanjoon -Jimin's father asked- reaching to the other end of the table to trap a piece of kimchi between his chopsticks.

Jimin and Namjoon looked at each other, as if to silently ask who would answer the question, before the older swallowed his mouthful and turned to the father.

"Hectic with the new comeback, but it should be out by now so we have a short break of some sort." He smiled politely, Jimin nodding at everything he said.

"Isn't it lucky that both of you got into the same agency?" Jieun said, pointing her chopsticks between them as a large smile stretched against her lips stained red with sauce.

There was general laughter around the table, before Namjoon spoke up again.

"Well, i did recommend him, so it's not that big of a coincidence."

Jimin nodded again.

"And do you like it there Jimin? I haven't seen you in so long." His mother asked, leaning in closer to the table as to indicate he had her full attention. "You've been working there for... five months."

Jimin nodded.

"It's fine, i think the group i'm working with right now really has some potential to grow into something big." He said. "And they're fun."

"If i audition to Bighit, can you make me into a kpop star?" Jieun asked with a glint of malice in her eyes, elbowing her brother until he turned to her with a sharp glare.

"Not even i could turn you into a star." He said, rolling his eyes. "Besides, you're studying engineering."

Their parents laugher, seemingly used to the constant bickering between the two Park siblings. Namjoon also chuckled. It had surprised him greatly the first time he had been over, to him a sibling was the greatest gift parents could offer, aside from his own life. Because it guarantees a sure source of help and support at all times.

"I think Bang Shihyuk is planning something new for BM." Namjoon said, looking back to Jimin to try and prevent the small tag fight to go further.

"Really? What?"

Namjoon was a lot less close to the Ceo, firstly because the dance studios were further from his office than then producing studios, but also because the Ceo was above all a producer himself and thus he paid Namjoon a visit at least once a week.

"No idea, we'll probably get a meeting over it next week." Namjoon said, looking down at his plate and taking another piece of fried chicken. "Something that has to do with the whole team of BM."

"Speaking of BM, look their doing their comeback special on Mnet." Jieun said, grabbing the Tv remote and inching the volume up, the family turning towards it to see the seven membered group to see them starting their new song.

"Waah! Kpop has changed so much." Hyorin said, her mouth chewing slower and slower as she got more and more captivated in the show.

"They're good." Hanjoon added. "Did you choreograph this?"

Jimin nodded proudly.

"And did you produce this?" Jieun asked Namjoon, who shook his nodded his head as well.

"Yoongi-hyung helped a lot." he said. "He's good with aggressive-y songs."

And it sure was. The girls weren't wearing traditional female clothing. Instead, they were clad in black suits, chains wrapped around their waists and draping over their frame. All of their hair were tied in sleek ponytails, though their makeup was very well done, with bright lipstick shades.

The lyrics were about a liberation of other people's judgment.

"They're talented." Namjoon smiled, proud of the girls who were just owning the stage despite barely even being twenty.
