Personality : He is quiet, stubborn, patient, short-tempered, protective, mature, observant, calculating, kind only to certain people, little bit dense, and a little bit cold, but he has a strong sense of justice. He is an aggressive person to other people who come into his room and are trying to harm him or his daughter and when he took Amelia in (Y/n) had to be the father figure she needed and due to them having a connection due to how similar their quirks were they hit it off right away and did his best to take care of her even if it meant stealing, food, cash, when people bother him he acts like a real Skrill and gets aggressive, yelling at them or trying to look intimidating to them and will something resort to violence. He is also intelligent understanding the cruelty of society to him and others like him who have villain quirks, and knew that some heroes are greedy but not all heroes are greedy, he can tell the difference between and real hero and a fake hero due their personality, and how they acted, something Stain could not do, but despite his intelligence, he can be a little dense at times, not understanding peoples feeling sometimes and it was difficult to do that when he was living with a young girl.

This quirk grants Y/n the abilities of a rare and extinct dragon known as the Skrill. (Y/n) gained some mental and physical things of a Skrill, where he cannot turn off such as likes, dislikes, personality, going into heat, having sharp teeth, weaknesses an his electro-kinesis.

 His quirks abilities are separated, One, he can grow out Skrill parts from the inside such as wings, tail, and spikes, he can also grow the bones along with it.

Two, he is able to transform his insides into Skrill parts, like his eyes, organs and actual Skrill teeth etc. (Note (Y/n) will have sharp teeth like Ryukyu), but if he transforms his brain he will go full Skrill personality, having limited speech, being vicious, violent and simply act more like a dragon than a human being.

Three, if he transforms fully, he would go into a full Skrill form, having a full personality and body of one while being fully in control, but can turn into a Skrill at will and can change back anytime he wants, but once he changes back, he must wait a few minutes for his abilities to come back, but the abilities he can't turn off remain.

Weaknesses : Due to being a Skrill, he carries the same weaknesses like a normal Skrill, such as his powers being neutralized by water, needing to recharge with lightning or electric sources and being attracted to metal.

Abilities : 

- In his Skrill form (Y/n) can absorb and store electrical energy from lightning bolts. Using his metallic spines, he can channel the lightning through his body and fire out destructive blasts out of his mouth mouth.

- Riding lighting. While riding on these lightning bolts, (Y/n)  is capable of travelling a couple of kilometers in a tenth of a second, which would mean that he can travel at several times the speed of sound. But he can only do this in his Skrill form.

- Electrical Field. (Y/n) can create an electrical field that acts similarly to a force field. While doing so, he closes his wings around his body, and swings his tail upwards. It then forms a small electrical field that can be used to block projectiles, but only in his Skrill form.

- Ice Hibernation. (Y/n) while in his Skrill form has a hidden ability which is his inner body heat, allowing him to survive and being safely frozen and encased in ice for years, without any dangers.

- Intelligence. With the powers that come with the his quirk, it also lets him have extremely high intelligence.

- Stamina and Endurance. (Y/n)'s stamina and endurance seem to be incredibly high, even for human standards.

- Enhanced Strength, even in his human form he an increased strength. 

- Immense Durability. In his Skrill form, (Y/n) has a lot of durability to withstand strong, blunt attacks from other.

- High Speed. In his Skrill form (Y/n) has the ability to reach 700 mph without using lightning and not even All-Might can reach this speed..

- Agility. In his Skrill form (Y/n) can make very sharp turns in a split second to throw pursuers of his trail.

- Thunderclap. When flying at incredibly high speeds, (Y/n) in his Skrill form, slams both his wings making him shoot up at speed fastest enough to let him create a sonic boom of shorts, shattering glass windows nearby, disabling electronics, and disorienting heroes, to let him make a quick escape.

Origin :

(Y/n) suffered a lot as a child at the age of 10, he witnessed his parents being murdered by a villain and being forced to be homeless for a few months as people simply walked past, refusing to help him since they said 'a hero would help him'. Till he eventually found an abandoned home on the edge of the city and settled there. Four years later, he found a little girl, which he adopted and she told him that her family abandoned her thinking that she wasn't pure. This angered (Y/n), after being hurt by villains and heroes, who he later found out, some heroes were doing it for money and fame, he could tell due to their personalities. So he vowed that he would make sure there would be no more fake heroes and villains, by tormenting them with fear and terror.

Appearance and Casual Clothes : She has the wings and tail of a Skrill always in her human form. She got her wings and tail when she was four years old, when her quirk came in and that's when her family abandoned her. (Y/n) then had to use the he stole money to buy new clothes she wanted, such as a white scarf, Icey blue jumper and other types of clothes that she wanted.

Personality : She is quiet, calm, shy, and sometimes erratic when she is full of energy, but can be very curious sometimes and wants to learn new things, so not be able to go to school, (Y/n) stole some books for her to read, learn and write, (Y/n) even stole an old tv that was still in good shape for both of them to watch movies and kids shows for her as well. (Y/n) also steals lots of money from, money transport vehicles so that he can them financially stable for a time and buying them food, (Y/n) also went to the dump to find a mattress to sleep for the both of them and even a blanket to keep them warm at night. Amelia likes heroes, but not all heroes after being told by her adoptive father that not all heroes are good and some only do it for money and fame and even told her about the major flaws in society as well to make sure she is prepared for it. But she was glad that her favorite heroes was what her father called 'a true hero'... Ryukyu. (Y/n) even went to buy a Ryukyu plushie for his daughter to make her happy, which always puts a smile on his face. Amelia looks up to her adoptive father wants to become just as strong as he is one day.

Origin : After being thrown out by her family for being 'impure' Amelia, was alone, hungry and scared... until someone found her, that someone being (Y/n). He took her in, to give a fresh start, (Y/n) did not only take her in due to how similar they were, he also wanted to make sure she did not become like him, a person society deemed a monster, he showed her kindness and compassion when no else would, he gave her food, water, and a home.
