"I hereby declare, Valt Aoi to be... Executed."The judge's voice echoed along the walls of these courthouse.

Kiyama, my Court Lawyer was in shock. Daigo, Ken, and Wakiya were shouting for the Judge to undo his decision. But Prosecutor, Alexander Gilten insisted that I was the murderer.

"That's not fair! There are a lot of loopholes in this case! You can't accuse Valt without the proper evidence!"Rantaro shouted on the top of his voice.

Tears welled down my cheeks as the student council took my arms and brought me inside a dark and cold room...

"VALT WAKE UP!"A loud and clear voice yelled from beside my ear. My eyes flickered open and I can see Wakiya staring right into my eyes.

"Ah Wakiya! Can you at least.. Lower down your voice?"I mumbled, rubbing my eyes before I could regain my senses.

"Seriously?! You're sleeping at a time like this? We're gonna be late for the hearing."Wakiya stated, opening the classroom door before taking his final glance at me,"Rantaro and the others are waiting. I heard they found the murderer."

"M...murderer? And what hearing? Were gonna go at the court?"I raised an eyebrow and picked up my bag.

"Yeah. The... Courthouse. I don't know. Just check the map I tuck inside your bag pocket."Wakiya rolled his eyes and shut the door close.

Let's see...

I pulled out a folded paper tuck inside my bag and examined it. It was the map of the school and a red scribble was drawn from my classroom, to the gymnasium.

"I guess this map stated that we should go to the... Gym?"I raised an eyebrow in confusion. I thought we were going to a hearing.

Thinking about a hearing inside a gym seems to me like an awful place to create a court aligned with plastic chairs and an ugly table.

But I think it still looks fun and cool anyway.

"Well maybe it's gonna be alright if I go anyway..."I shrugged and continued my way outside my classroom.

I pushed the door open to see my friends waiting for me outside in a circle.

"Great. Now we can go."Rantaro smiled, tapping my back before he shifted his expression to somewhat, sadness.

"Why are you sad..?"I turned to Rantaro who seems to be surprised to what I have said.

"Don't you remember?"He started.

"Remember what?"I shake my head in sign of confusion.

"The case were going in was about our friend."Daigo said in a bored tone.

"Shu Kurenai's Murder Case."Wakiya then finally said, making my heart drop to my stomach.

A murder case..? Why can't I remember..?
