Caya sat on the edge of a river with her legs tucked into her chest. She had lost her mother,her sister and now her father. For the entirety of the first day she sat under a giant tree and cried until she fell asleep to the sound of explosives going off when she awoke all she saw was flames,the sky was ablaze with scarlet and the air was enough to make Caya sweat.

Looking up,her worst fears had come true,the beast that had attacked her and her father in the court yard had been pursuing her since that incident. With a burst of adrenaline,Caya sprinted away in fear for her life in the direction of her aunts home,the creature simply laughed and called on an entire army of Magicat guards and with a snap of her fingers each one changed in horrific ways. Limbs snapped and sprouted feathers and other things while necks and bodies twisted in abnormal ways,bones split their flesh and wrapped around their bodies like snakes and became similar to armor.

Caya screamed at this horrifying image and kept running ignoring the sickening,delightful child like laughter and screams of agonizing pain. "COME BACK HERE YOU BRAT!!" A booming voice shook the earth and make Caya stumble to her knees,she looked behind her and saw the giant monster standing above her,fangs bared and Kallen's body in her hand. Caya cried out, "DAD!" Just as an arrow flew past her head and pierced the beast eye causing her to scream out in pain and cover her eye and squeeze Kallen's body until it exploded in a cloud of shimmering silver star dust.

"NOOO!!" Caya screamed and collapsed to in the earth in tears. "Hey." A voice called to her and in this current situation it sounded so calm and peaceful,almost like a child. "Don't just stand there. That arrow only made it mad we need to go." Someone pulled Caya by the back of her shirt,hurled her other their should and began to run,leaving a trail of dust in their wake. Caya was taken aback by how fast they were since by the time Caya was over their shoulder they were already half way across the field while the creature had ripped out the arrow and howled in a mix of agony and rage.

Just as she was about to charge,the pair was already engulfed in darkness then a blinding light followed,then voiced. "Well done Maru! Thank you so much", the voices praised the mysterious man now named Maru. Caya yelped in shock as she was pulled off his shoulder and placed her down in a chair facing her scared aunts. "Oh Caya we heard everything!" Her aunt Cassandra said,who was the more calm of the pair,her silver eyes and dark hair made it rather difficult to tell that they were relatable,except for her extremely slim figure and cat ears and tail. "Thank goodness you're alright! If something happened to you I'd probably go on another rampage." Cassandra's wife,yes wife,Murata Himeko (comment if you now where she is from,if you do I'll give you a cookie 🍪) who had fire red hair tied messily to the side and amber eyes. She was the complete opposite of her lover,tall and busty and was usually drunk by morning,still in bed or was stuffing her face full of bacon and beer. She was much like Adora,a human with pale skin and no animal futures at all and a lot more flamboyant than her wife.

Caya who was still in shock began to cry and hurled herself into her aunts arms and wept about her fathers death. They sighed and told her the truth about everything. "It's a fake. And Kallen is very much still alive. He's back at BrightMoon along with Queen Angela and Princess Glimmer and Princess Adora. Everyone is alive for the time being." Caya sighed deeply and leaned back into her chair and looked up at her savior,a tall man with straight white hair and gold eyes(if you know where he's from I'll give you a cookie and a cake).

He was so handsome and stood almost six feet,taller than D. She hummed and looked back her aunts who were mumbling something to each other but stopped and looked at her as if they were hiding something from her. "I get the feeling you're not telling me everything. You tell me dad is alive but what about Catra,if that things after dad and I then it must be after her too,please tell me I'm wrong." Cassandra and Himeko shared a worried look before Himeko stood and cleared her throat. "The same cannot be said for Catra. I may have never met her but what I saw made me wish I never saw her face. That way I wouldn't feel so horrible for not doing anything to stop it." Himeko walked around the table and to the window and looked outside as if she were in a deep trans.

"What happened?" Those two words sent Himeko into a spiral of sadness as she untied her hair letting it down, "I'm sorry,but your sister is gone. The Herrscher got her before I could get to her." Caya stumble backwards,she was so in shock about what she said she couldn't cry or even properly process what she said. "No. She can't be. I just found her and now I've lost her again-." Caya fell unconscious right next to Maru who was shocked by Caya who had fallen right on top of him. While shocked he was a little upset.

"Maru,go put her on the couch and prepare the troops for a full on assault on castle BrightMoon." Himeko walked away from the group and into the next room. Once inside she closed the door and walked over to a capsule containing the real Himeko,Cassandra and Maru. The creature laughed with a crazed look in her eye as she ripped the skin off her body revealing a deformed body of a guard. "It is almost time my queen. Though,to keep it fair,just as you wished,I have prepared troops for the battle. It is only a matter of time til you get your revenge on that awful King Kallen."

A hand shot through the creature stomach and was thrown to the other side of the room and hit the wall and exploded in a bloody mess She . 'Like I said,I like to keep it fair.' The creature walked to the window it was clear that it was in fact a Magicat. 'Soon my love. We will be reunited again at last.'
