Well the bad news is that I have two VERY boring tests in a row. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I have to take mock exams over my most dreaded subject... history.

Seriously. I am eternally grateful that the ACT and the SAT have no such thing as a history section. Or else my performance would be much, much worse. Sadly, the State of Texas Assessment for Academic Readiness (S.T.A.A.R.) isn't on par with that. Now that I am in my junior year, I finally get to take a history related STAAR exam over history. For four friggin hours. All multiple choice. Joy.

Given how quickly I tend to fly by the questions, I should be done before the first hour is over. Which leaves me three hours to waste between sleep, staring at the walls, or dying of boredom. It's just a mock of the actually thing, but I'm sure it's equally dreadful. I'll just smuggle in a book or something to entertain myself.

That's the plan for Tuesday.

Wednesday, I am quite frustrated that I have yet another APUSH mock exam to take. It hasn't even been enough time since the last one, so I have no idea what progress I've made. It truly sucks, but that's life I guess. How about if I just wing it and don't even try based on my average of five hours a sleep per night?

Oh wait. I FORGOT THAT BOTH OF THESE EXAMS ARE FOR A FRIGGIN MAJOR ASSESSMENT GRADE! Gah!

The last thing I want to do is fail history class for such a petty reason. Such as boredom. Or not doing those mock exams. I'm doomed indeed. At least spring break is coming up, and this:

That's probably what I'll do when I finish early with these exams. If I didn't throw away some of the more useless notes, then maybe I could've documented my growth in art. Oh well. I suck at this anyway.

R.I.P. the acclaimed GPA I always dreamed of. And my hopes and dreams of being liberated from stress.
