Hey everyone. It's me again. The last chapter took awhile and now that's done, I intend to keep on writing the next upcoming chapters. Now, this chapter is dedicate to a good person on here. This chapter is for NikkiBaca2 for always making me feel cheerful on here. Now, let's get on with the show.

When Saphira is speaking in thought:
'eragon'

When they are speaking in thought:
' '

Lord Stark took his time in leading the group to the Godswoods. It gave himself time to think. To think about all that has happened so far today. In only a few hours, his perspective of reality has turned on itself with many revelations. As such as the myths, although not exactly true, about elves is real. Couple that with other world's out there, he didn't know what to think. That two people, one who is a real life elf and another who could control magic as easily as if holding a cup of water, who aren't even from this world, now existed in this world. It felt unfathomable to him. And yet, the proof is in front of him.

And yet, he knew that there was more in store for him. Things that may change everything even more than it already has. And for once, that scared him. He honestly hope that nothing bad happens because of these revelations, but he knew that only time would tell what will happen. He just hopes that he will be prepared for when it happens. If it it happens.

Lord Stark shakes his head slightly, clearing his head of any negative thoughts and continued on his way to the Godswoods. Unbeknownst to him, someone was snooping in on his thoughts as Eragon let out a barely audible sigh. One thing he forgot to mention to Lord Stark and his wife as well as Maester Luwin that another magic allows them to not only listen to another person's thoughts, but could also allow them to prove a person's mind and look into the person's memories.

Eragon knew it was wrong for him to listen in on someone's thoughts without their permission, but he wanted to know what he was thinking. He knew that Lord Stark was thinking about everything he had just learned and he knew that the next parts will push him even further. Especially when he meets Her. He will eventually have to tell them that with magic, they could hear their thoughts and look into their memories, but he'll probably do it either in the Godswoods or afterwards.

It didn't take them long to enter the Godswoods and when he saw the Weirwood Tree, he realized that Lord Stark was right. Though the tree looked beautiful, the face upon the tree made it look unique. It did slightly disturb him when he saw strains of red sap coming from the slightly closed eyeholes, as though it was crying blood. Another thing about the tree as well as the Godswoods itself that Eragon noticed is that as soon as he had entered, he felt a presence or presences residing in the woods.

The feeling resided in the air, in the trees. He even felt it in the ground. He instantly knew that something very old resided withing these woods. What's more, the feeling felt..... familiar to him he only felt a feeling like this once before. In Tronjheim, the magestic capital of the Dwarves inside the mountain of Farthen Dûr. It was during the coronation of his half-brother Orik to become King of the Dwarves when the feeling came. When the Dwarven God Gûntera came and blessed Orik the new Dwarven King.

That same feeling made Eragon's eyes widen, gaining the attention of Arya who turn to him. 'Now I know why this place is called the Godswoods. They're presence is heavy within this woods.' Arya nodded as she continued following Lord Stark as they stopped next to the Weirwood Tree. 'No matter where you are, gods old and new have a presence in the world. Same Alagaesia, same here in the Known Realm. And it looks as though we have their attention.' He nodded as he stood there and waited for others to arrive.

It didn't take long for the others to arrive as Eragon saw Maester Luwin lead a group of people that he knew as Lord Stark's children. He knew some of from his arrival such as Robb and Bran as well as the energetic Arya and young Rickon. Then he saw two others he didn't recognize. One who looked to be around his age with long curly black hair with a small beard. If he remembered from what Kori on their way to Winterfell, that this was Jon Snow, Lord Stark's bastard.

But it was the other person who gain his attention. With long Auburn hair that looked like a river of fire flowing from her hair, the girl looked to be a few years younger than him, but it didn't mattered to him, she looked beautiful with her pale skin and blue eyes. The dress she was wearing had an overcoat that helped protect her from the cold. It didn't take him long to realize that this person was the last of Lord Stark's children, Sansa Stark.

As Lord Stark's children approached, little Arya noticed her big sister was eyeing the newcomer with brown hair. 'Seems Sansa fancy the new guy. And apparently he sees her as well. Ugh.' She let the last part out loud, causing Sansa to glare at her for some reason. Sansa then saw the newcomer and slightly blushed. 'Handsome.'

Standing next to Eragon, Arya saw the look on his face as she looked at what he was staring at and let out an inaudible sigh. 'Here we go again. Still an lovestruck idiot.' She slowly shook her head and then began staring at the tree, listening into nature asthe children came to a stop in front of Lord Stark and the group near him.

As the group stopped in of Lord Stark's group, Maester Luwin stepped forward and stood next to Lord Stark. "Lord Stark I brought your children as ordered. I told Ser Rodrik Cassel that he needed to see everyone and told him to go about as normal as to rouse any suspicions as to why you ordered me to bring your children to you."

Lord Stark nodded as he turned towards his children. "Forgive me my children for interrupting either your training or your studies with the Sept, but it was imperative that you must know what my companions here have to say." He then motioned to Eragon to step forward. "Eragon if you would." Eragon nodded as he stood in front of face of the Weirwood Tree and faced Lord Stark's children. "Listen well everyone, for this will be a long one."

Then Eragon told them everything that he so far told Lord and Lady Stark. About them not being from their world, about elves and about Arya being one of them. Then he got to the part about magic and that from where they are from they can control magic. The children were skeptical about it, so Lord Stark stepped forward and spoke. "Maybe you demonstrate to the children the same way you demonstrated to us."

Eragon nodded and then looked at the Weirwood tree and saw a branch near the ground and smiled. He took off his gloves and pointed to the branch. "Reisa kvïstr." A moment later the branch he was pointing to rose up and touch his before going back a little ways up the tree so it wasn't hanging lower. He turned around and saw that the kids were stunned. Well, almost all of them were stunned. He saw little Arya was jumping a little and let out a squeal before yelling. "How did you do that?" He laughed at her energy and then respond. "That's one of many things I could do with magic."

He then saw the one known as Jon Snow went from stunned to curious. "Why did your hand glow when you casted that spell?" Eragon looked at his hand just sighed. He then showed the kids and everyone else. "This is my Gedwëy Ignasia, or Shining Palm, and when I cast a spell it glows." Jon nodded as he then looked at Arya. "Do you have a mark? A Gedwëy Ignasia?" Arya shook her head and sighed. "Sadly, I do not. I can do magic, but I don't have a Gedwëy Ignasia."

Eragon took it upon himself to explain. "The Gedwëy Ignasia is a unique mark that forms upon a person's dominant hand when a special bond is created. Only a select amount of people at one time had the Gedwëy Ignasia." Jon Snow caught on to what he had said. "What bond are you referring to?"

Eragon didn't answer. In stead he turned to Weirwood Tree and just stared at it when he began speaking. Before I tell you, I want you swear upon the Old Gods that you would not reveal what I'm about to tell you unless I give you permission. Normally I have you swear in the Ancient Language, because the oaths in the Ancient Language are binding and can't be broken without the consequences of death, but this will have to do."

The first one to swear was of course little Arya, who didn't know any better. Slowly, after some time, everyone even the parents as well as Maester Luwin swore upon the Old Gods that they wouldn't reveal what he was about to tell them. He sighed. 'Here goes nothing.' He then looked up and sent his link to his partner. 'Come Saphira. It's time to reveal yourself.' he heard a snort as a response. He then looked at everyone.

"The Gedwëy Ignasia is the mark that represents the Bond when a certain creature bonds with a human or elf or what being that is susceptible to the bond. When the bond is formed, the person that the creature bonds to, their life is forever changed." Lord Stark stepped forward with frown. "What creature?"

Instead of speaking, Eragon stepped away from the Weirwood Tree and stepped into the clearing next to tree. Lord Stark and the others were confused as to why he did this, until they stilled when they felt the wind pick up. Them they heard a loud flapping sound. Lord Stark was nervous. He didn't know what was making that sound. Then on instinct, he and and everyone looked up. And what he saw made his eyes widen as a word escaped his mouth as everyone let out some sort sound from a gasp to a muttering. "Dragon."

A second later, they watched as a large blue dragon with spikes on its back and spikes on its tail landed in front of Eragon. He was about to draw his sword when Arya grabbed his wrists and looked at him with a stern expression. "Don't." He nodded as he took his hand off his sword and looked on as he saw Eragon pay the dragons side and scratched under it's head. He then looked at Lord Stark and motioned to Saphira.

"The Gedwëy Ignasia is the mark that signifies the bond between a person and a Dragon, designating that person to be known as a Dragon Rider." He then motioned towards Saphira. "Everyone, meet Saphira. And I'm her Rider."

And done. Whew that took a bit. Well, at least it didn't take as long as the last chapter took. Well, I hope you guys like and if you want to, leave a comment below to tell me what you think about it. Anyways, I'll try to post the next chapter as soon as possible.
