I’ll visit Bifrost after this!” she said outloud. She landed gently on her feet, then fell forward and rolled to a stop. Her head span and she looked up. The place looked sparkling clean with carvings and ruins that glowed white. By the sides were silver Pillars. Claire flinched when she heard aggrevated cries from the place, followed by clashes of swords.

“Maybe I can go back?” she thought with her heart faltering from fear. But her heart told her it was too late. She stepped in and almost got decapittated by a spear. Claire glared at the viking and he shrugged in response. Claire heard a shriek and saw Odin’s Ravens.

She waved to let Odin know she was here. The female wandered about and passed long halls with rooms. It expanded and she lost count of how many there were. She passed the world tree and heard an outraged shriek that could break glass. “Ratatosk'' she thought, shivering. She kept on walking and passed the dining room with long rows of tables and food.

It looked delicious, but she already ate. There was another reason she didn’t stop to eat. Claire was afraid that if she did she would be stuck in Valhalla. “Speaking of Valhalla. How come I'm allowed to be here as a living mortal?” Claire wondered. “Probably because Odin saw me coming, '' Claire thought. She has been thinking a lot lately. More than usual.
