3rd Person P.O.V

It was all hands on deck inside the workshop. The medic yeti and Bunnymund were working on bandaging their downed friends though Bunnymund soon had to swap out with North as Bunny's anger was reaching a boiling point with each new injury uncovered. Though Sandy got injured he was able to stay awake and kept asking if Jack was ok which unfortunately was a no.

Jack was bloody, covered in burns, had broken ribs and his dominant arm had been bent at a unnatural angle and needed reset to heal properly. Jack's staff which Sandy had manged to grab in his haste to get away from whoever did this was luckily not broken though Jack's own blood coated the wood now. The sight of blood was nothing new to the guardians but, knowing it belonged to their youngest team member had angered everyone though it angered Bunnymund the most.

He had gained a soft spot for the winter spirit and had grown protective though right now Bunnymund was unsure if it was just his normal level of concern or if it was more on a 'I must protect him' kind. By the time everything was checked over Sandy had about three injuries that were healing due to it being prime time for dreamers which helped give him the energy needed however, Jack's came to a grand total of about thirty injuries ranging from blade cuts, bruising, broken bones, a black eye and various other injuries.

North and Bunnymund went into the training area/gym within the workshop to try getting rid of their pent up anger. Each guardian had a set section of the gym that caters to their fighting style to hone their skills and test out new ideas if they come up with one. Bunny's zone was covered in paint residue from his battle eggs as well as scratch marks on the walls and the boxing bag from his boomerang and claws while North's zone was covered in wood planking, a boxing bag of his own which had multiple areas with foam coming out of spots as well as multiple blades of different sharpness along the walls.

As North and Bunnymund did their own things Toothiana and sandy watched over Jack occasionally getting pained sounds when he moved even a little bit. Toothiana eventually fell asleep as Sandy had asked her to while he kept watch. Despite his silent demeanor he knew some medical knowledge considered some of the kids he helped had medical conditions. Sanderson was In better shape then Jack though at a price. He knew him and Jack would have to explain what happened eventually as long as Jack didn't go into a extended period of recovery or a spirit coma. If Jack goes into a coma there was no telling how long it would last.

Bunnymund's P.O.V

Several hours have gone by before I felt I was calm enough to go and check on Jack and Sandy again. I didn't expect any change but, both guardians were fighters. North was still going at it as the sound of metal hitting wood could be heard from his room. I didn't dare bug him as I may end up on the receiving end. When North was mad it was best to stay away.

As I made my way to the infirmary I couldn't help but, think that something didn't add up. Why would someone attack Jack after two years of everything being fine? Jack stayed within his season and hadn't caused snow unless it was to prank me or North or give a small reminder to jamie and the others that he hadn't forgotten them. Toothiana could handle cold but, had to stay within a heat source after a set amount of time or her feathers and wings would be effected and Jack knew that. I knew Jack was actually one of the most cautious people I knew after 68'. his control had gotten to near perfect unless he was pissed or afraid but, even then he mostly had a grasp on control so it didn't get out of hand.

When I went in I could actually see clearer that Jack had been covered in burns shaped like wide spread flames meaning it was a spirit or spirits from summer or autumn that did this to him and Sandy though just from the injuries Jack received he had likely protected Sandy from the attack. Sandy had yet to tell what happened though guilt was obviously weighing on him. His glow had become dimmer  as he placed his hand on Jack's head gently to keep him in a prolonged rest though it was primarily so Jack's injuries had a chance to heal a bit and so Jack didn't suffer more pain. A bowl with snow was next to Jack's bed as yetis and Sandy could work on keeping Jack at his normal temperature.

If he gets too warm Jack could lose his powers or even internally drown which would be a very painful experience. We may be near immortal but, we can still fade away we only got Sandy back because of the surge of believers. I moved Jack's hair back to see if his fever had improved any only to find it was the same and so I put my paws into the snow despite it nearly freezing my paw pads. I gently put the snow on his forehead and a little around his body in a sort of cold armor to help aid in Jack's healing.

After I was done with that I got comfortable and took a seat between Sandy and Jack though it wasn't long before I was asleep though before I was fully asleep I could of sworn I heard Jack saying "good night bunny" before it became fully quiet I had said good night to Jack and sandy before I fell asleep too.
