After the defeat of the team up of Eggman & Gero as the latter was captured by Omega and the other was willing allow to be killed by Cinos, Azmuth finally fix the Kraang Portal in hope to return to their home universe. Although Azmuth and few of Cinos' allies, Cinos decided to stay which his Ravagers agree continue to live. Although Cinos stayed and continue love to 21, she decided to break up with him due to her believe it because of her Cinos didn't to his true home and try to keep her child a secret from him in hope not burden him. This made Cinos to be heart broken and run away with his Ravagers following him, once again feel the pain he had with his previous ex-girlfriend Sticks The Badger as he only almost found his new love. Cinos decided to make bold choice, gather the 7 Dragonballs via Chaos Control and his lightspeed capabilities by gathering them by using his superior sense of smell which caught the attention of 21 and the Dragon Team as Cinos took the 4-Star Ball 1st as it was the closest one. Cinos succeeded gather 7 Dragonballs, 21 and the Dragon Team arrived in hope to know but thank to Vegeta, it becomes a battle of Cinos vs. The Entire Dragon, while Cinos have more variety of strange, unique ability & power and unable to get tire he totally outnumbered. Cinos decided to used his venomous fangs and bony spikes of his arms to incapacitated them, especially Goku, Vegeta, and Broly as they're the main threat which he succeeded and his wish, bring Evil 21 back to life. Cinos carried Evil 21 and tell Shenron he done, disabled the Dragonball for now, now he he have no choice but to hide. Although Evil 21 was confused and unaware of what happened, he huge dislike Cinos as he and Goku are responsible for her then but he deeply say sorry and wish her back as he gave her a choice to have a new life and mentioned he killed Gero which sorta shiver her, he nickname her "Eva" as to treat her like a person. Weeks of hiding and help Eva, the to slowly bond as a new romance was born which led to Cinos to ask Eva to join to live with him as Cinos' lied about destroyed the Kraang Portal as she agree, aware no one, especially her good side won't accept her. Cinos, the Ravagers, and Eva finally show themselves and announced to 21 and the Dragon Team of them leaving as Cinos learn 21 and Yamcha are together, he told everyone goodbye and hope they forgive him which Goku easily do but not Vegeta, they then head to Cinos' home universe a.k.a. The Sonic Expanded Universe. Unaware in the DB Universe, Kandra was born as she was raised by Yamcha and 21 meanwhile in Sonic' universe,  Cinos and Eva married each other and have a daughter named Darkia.

This is a different version of the Cinos Aftermath as Cinaura, Cinos x Laura doesn't exist as she is replaced by CinEva. Other Cinos Spinoff are still reference like Totem's Realm, My Hero Academia, Fairy Tail, Food Wars, RWBY, Soul Eaters, my TriStar Godzilla MonsterVerse, Attack on Titan, Neon Evangelion Genesis, and Pokemon along with Next Avenger but sadly no Marvel characters are recurring characters.
