The Pan Anti-Human Alliance is an organization who serve as one of the main antagonists of the Cinos Spinoff series Cinos' Monster Rampage composed of aliens and ancient civilizations from Earth who want Earth and get rid of humans. Their goal was stop by the combination of Monarch, Pairans, Exif, Bilusaludo, and sometime Houtuas along with others as form the United Earth which remain operations from the 70' to the mid '90s despite being shut down, they return after the death of the first Godzilla.

Races
Leviathans - Also known as Tachyons, they're 6-legged telepathic aliens who crash landed 65 million years old, they tried to invade Earth with many mutations but failed. They form the P.A.H.A in hope to have more chances to get Earth, they're the only aliens Monarch didn't discovered. Their monster is Cyber-zilla, both their planet and leader are unknown.

Mysterians - They are human-like except that they have scars on their face, they wear cloaks and helmet outfit which us a life support system and have different colors for ranks. They were discovered by Monarch who want Earth as they need to mate with Earth women to revive their kind. Their monster is Moguera and from the planet Mysteroid, and their leader is Mysterian Leader.

Muans - They are underground-dwelling people who resemble normal people but have attire resemble that of Egypt and once lived on Mu which sank down over 12,000 years ago. They were discovered by Monarch who see the Atragon as threat when they plan to resurfaced to recreate their empire. Their monster are Mandas, they live in Mu, and their leader is the Mu Empress.

Xilliens - Also known as Xians, they are humanoid being who wear fake human skin which will be exposed when they died and wear blue and black uniforms. They were discovered by Monarch as they plan to take over Earth to make humans their cattle but infiltrate Monarch in hope to awaken a monster under their control. Their monster is King Ghidorah, they live in Planet X, and led by the Controller of Planet.

Terrans - Only two members who are female named Barbella and Flobella, they wears the same jump suit/ spandex outfit and look similar to human. The two were discovered by Monarch as two kids took them about what happened in their adventure in space. Their monster is Guiron and lived in the planet Terra.

Kilaaks - Also known as Kilaakians, they are aliens who have to the form of female humans with light blue robes but their real appearance metallic worms. They were discovered as they find an island which Monarch keep their monsters but failed to control them all they all died but discovered an egg. Their monster is White Rodan, they live on Planet Kilaaks, and led by the Kilaak Queen.

Virasians - They are aliens who also disguise as humans but have faint yellow eyes as they are really squid-like alien that can form into a larger version of themselves. They were by Monarch as they took two boys hostage but was save by Gamera. Their monster is Viras, they live on Planet Viras, and their leader is Zanon.

Astro-Quasars - The only member of the species is an individual named Zog who is collected of amoeba-like aliens which how they evolved. He was discovered by Monarch as he been possesing animals which turned into monsters than a Monarch Agent. His planet is unknown, but control his monsters Gezora, Ganimes, and Kamoebas.

M Space Hunter Nebula Aliens - Also known as Nebulans, they are aliens who took the form of deceased humans with orange uniforms as they're really giant cockroaches. They were discovered by Monarch as they search for their monster as he part of the plan to take over Earth as they're planet is completely polluted. Their home is M Space Hunter nebula, their monster is Gigan, and led Fumi Sudo. They are related to the Exifs.

Seatopians - They are underground people who dress in white robes as their architecture are similar to Ancient Greece & Roman Empire. They were discovered by Monarch as they unleashed their monster God as they see humans threatening and destroying the Earth with their nuclear weapons. Their home is Seatopia, their monster is Megalon, and led by Emperor Antonio.

Garogas - They are insect-like aliens who each have different colors which represents their ranks and successful destroyed planet Peaceland. They were discovered by Monarch as they infiltrate them in hope to used monsters but was stop by Zone Fighter who is Monarch's ally. Their home planet is planet Garaga, they have many monsters which includes a cloned King Ghidorah, and are led by Golden Garoga.

Black Hole Planet 3 Aliens - Also known as Simians, they are aliens who resemble green-skin apes as they disguise as humans which they were silver full-skin outfits and helmets. They were discovered by Monarch as they created a monster who can take many form but was stop by King Caesar, a year later they allied with Mafune and his daughter. They homeworld is Black Hole Planet 3, their monster is Berserk, and led by Kuronuma and Mugal. They are related to the Bilusaludo.

Millennians - They are aliens who can uses telekinesis and telepathy to control their surrounding and take any forms they, which includes a giant monster. They were discovered by Monarch as their ship were in the ocean but we're awaken by light as they search for the ideal suggest to absorb to establish an empire, this monster is Godzilla . Their home planet is destroy as a few ships escape , they have no leader, and their monster is Orga.

Vortaaks - They are aliens who are dominant species as they conquer other planets as they are interested to create their own monsters. They were discovered by Monarch as they form a powerful monster DNA in hope to create a similar but more dangerous monstrosity, it was Godzilla. Their homeworld is Vortaak, their monster is AstroGodzilla, and led by Vorticia

Cryogs - They are shape-shifting humanoid squid-like aliens as they lost their home from a Ghidorah and destroy Jet Jaguar's home planet. They were discovered by Monarch as they steel information about mechs and monsters so they used components of Orga to create their own monsters. They live in the Cryog Homeworld, their monster is Magita and the Trilopods, and led by Karkaros and Rhizon.

Devonians - They are fish-like aliens who came to Earth as they lived underwater for many years as they plan to get rid of humans. They were discovered by Monarch as they try to find marine monsters that they didn't find yet but meet one that was way worse then what Monarch capture. They currently live in the ocean but from the Devonian Homeworld, their monster is Barubaroi, and led by the Devonian King.

Olympians - Ancient gods of Greece who are believed to be myths as and overshadowed by other cultures and gods. They didn't really get discovered by Monarch as they believe them to myth too until they discovered the hidden home of the gods. They live in Mount Olympus, their monster is the Hydra, and led by Zeus.
