Chris had been looking for Tony, calling out to him, until he turned around to see him nonchalant. "There you are! I thought Simon did something to you."

"I was in the men's room." He furrowed his eyebrows, giving an irked tone.

"Listen, I'll be participating in the Redemption Round tonight." Chris informed him as he put a hand on his shoulder.

"Good for you." He commented before Chris walked away, Warlin shapeshifted back to his original form.

Have fun while it lasts.

Stella woke up from the bed, and shifted to the side to get out of the bed. While she walked she heard a loud cough comimg from the next room. She opened the door to see the sick patient.

Joon was given cough syrup, courtesy of the pretty Tunisian nurse.
"Thank you." Joon said after he drank the medicine.
"It's my job sir, no need to thank me." Nour said while the sick patient looked at her.
"I'd be grateful any day if I get to see someone as nice as you." Joon said, giving a genuine smile.

The Izarian found the exchange endearing. Aw, that's so sweet. Stella thought while Nour blushed, feeling flattered. She then spotted Stella peeking at the door. "Oh, you're awake."

"I didn't want to interrupt. How long have you been dating?" Stella asked as she walked to wards them.
"No no no, we've just met." Nour clarified.
"Like almost an hour ago, I think." Joon added.

"I noticed that you're wearing an EMCuff, looks like the same one a girl was wearing. Her name's Haeji." Stella mentioned.

"So you already know my sister. She's fighting to get the prize money for my treatment." Joon replied.

"I know, I talked to her a while ago," The Izarian commented in her southern drawl, "I offered to remove the EMCuff on her wrist, but she was reluctant to do so. Let me let you in on a little secret." Stella leaned to whisper on his ear. Joon listened in on what secret the space cadet could give, his expression was casual then his eyebrows raised a bit.

"You can actually do that?"

"With the right frequency, you can open it. It's not that hard." Stella said, just as she was about to leave the infirmary, she turned her head to look at Joon. Then she waved goodbye to the sick patient. "Get well soon."

"Hopefully." Joon thought to himself.

Stella stepped out of the infirmary, while she saw the Amoebian pacing back and forth, muttering to herself. "Do you want anything?"
The Amoebian looked at her colleague, first with a relieved expression, then her usual indifferent demeanor. She walked up to her, as she craned her head to look at Stella. "I want to leave this place and track down Carina. You already had your fun." Micah turned away before she opened an electronic flipbook. "We don't have time to waste."

"And now the last match of the Magic Division: Sora Hasaki versus Violet." Johnathan announced, the Arivex stood up and so did Violet, the Morean kept her opened fan above her nose before giving a side glance to her opponent.

Chris flashed a smile to Sora while she was on her way to the arena, Mirror noticed something off putting about the Venusian before he followed him. He walked out of the waiting room and followed the Venusian's steps down the hall before he entered into the restricted area of the stadium, far away from surveillance and reverted back into his original form.

Mirror recognized the wizard immediately.

Warlin. The silvery combatant kept his stealth as he came closer to see what was the head of the Inquisitor's Guild plotting.

The bearded wizard revealed a glass to see how were his captives. With a swipe of his fingers, he saw two Venusians. Tony was in a slumber that no amount of noise could wake him, and Simon was bound, powerless inside the pocket dimension while he yelled at the top of his lungs, demanding to be released. Warlin smirked before he swiped away, cancelling the connection between him and the Venusian captives.

Nat had returned backstage to see the footage around the stadium and saw an Amoebian running away from the fiery blasts that came from a Velociraptor, burning one of the spectator seats while another spectator balled his fist angrily. As she watched the video, she saw some of the staff members use fire retardants to quench the blue flames. This could scare off clients from coming to the Gladatorium. There had to be a way for them to pay off the damages. Nat thought until she came up with the idea. Bosses. There are a lot of gaming fanatics nowadays. This could bring in revenue. Nat thought, despite that she wasn't well versed in economics.

Phixa and Alexandra were watching the arena between Sora and Violet while the phoenix hybrid was about to finish eating.

"Who do you think will win this one?" Alexandra asked while they watched Sora use her telekinesis to raise the dart and shoot it at her opponent, the lady in lavender dodged it before Sora opened the portal to return the fans flying back to Violet. She dodged the fans before Sora used telekinesis to send the fans to attack her.

Phixa simply took another bite before swallowing her meal. The phoenix hybrid had no idea who was going to win.

Warlin made the glass disappear when he turned to see Mirror standing there, the refractive skin glinted as he approached the Emperor's adviser. Warlin took a couple of steps back.

"You shouldn't be here." Mirror said, looking at Warlin square in the eye while the wizard looked back at Mirror.

"I should say the same about you, Mirror. Tell me, do you actually enjoy being the center of attention? Or are you merely pretending to fill the void after your defeat with the demons." Warlin inuquired, trying to find any weakness that he could use against him.

"You're mistaken, Warlin." Mirror signed. "I maybe a mirror, but I won't be manipulated by your wizardry."

Warlin clicked his tongue. "Why would I need to manipulate someone who is already subjugated?"

Mirror looked at the wizard quizzically.

"I'm well aware of your competitive streak. You may be a person of few words, but your actions already speak for themselves." Warlin hovered a couple of inches in the air. "I wouldn't be surprised if you got disqualified for eliminating the competition."

I did no such thing. Mirror intrepreted in American Sign Language.

"May be so, but it wouldn't be far fetched that you would be the first suspect given your ability to shapeshift into your opponent and mimic their gestures to perfection."

Mirror grabbed Warlin by the collar of his cloak. "Wouldn't be the first time you tried to get rid of a wizard." The wizard smirked before he used his magic to shapeshift into Tony. "All I have to do is yell and the security guards would come rushing in. The reputation you worked so hard to build would crumble in minutes."

"This is starting to get good." Alexandra commented while Phixa finished her food, they watched how Sora used her telekinesis to lift Violet high up, just as her energy shield disappeared. By the time Phixa had discarded the plastic cutlery, she turned around just in time to witness Violet's vanishing act. The audience watched, even the other competitors were confused at her sudden evanescence.

Mirror glared at Warlin in the eyes before he realized too late that he fell for the wizard's control. "This is what happens when you don't keep your guard up." Warlin whispered before with a snap of his fingers, he made Mirror turn away and leave, his eyes glowing from Warlin's aura.

"Where'd she go?" Annabell asked, after the audience where staring at the arena.
"No idea." Eros replied, the human evolution spotted the Reptilian nearby, talking to his friends.
Annabell got out of her seat and went up to ask him. "Scale, you said you have infrared vision, right?"
"Yes, I do." The scaly green Reptilian responded.
"Can you use it to see where the invisible girl is?" requested before Scale blinked, but the heat signature that the spectators were radiating was quite distracting until he finally spotted Violet in the midst when she approached Sora when the Arivex summoned the forcefield.
"I found her!" Scale exclaimed.
"Where!?" She shouted before Violet appeared inside the purple forcefield.

The viewers saw the Morean Maiden inside the forcefield, her face and torso could be seen inside the forcefield while the rest of her was invisible on the outside.

Astrid and Alexander had a jumpscare when they saw Violet pop out of nowhere, what was even more unsettling was the stare down.
"Cowards." Tr muttered as he took out a snack to munch on.

You are not the only one in danger.
Violet stared at Sora's sky blue eyes while the Arivex looked at Morean's amethyst eyes.

What is she talking about? Sora thought, looking nonplussed.

I know what will happen to the other competitors.

Patricia's green eyes were focused on the group of people that bustled around the stadium while she kept the vial in the pockect of her three colored jacket.

Vilma's hazel eyes glared daggers at June while the young blonde called Derek to inquire about her sister's whereabouts.

Buid brandished a serene smile while he patiently waited to see how the young fisherman would respond once the red-haired compatriot uncovered the lie Herring told him.

Grim gave an insidious smirk with a similar anticipation once the mystery opponent fights the scaly Reptilian, hoping for the spineless reptile humanoid to fail in his endeavor.

Carina calculated the next steps she would make in order to obtain the gem she would need to power her cruiser while she weighed her options: to take the gem in Chris's possession, or to obtain the gem imbedded on one of the trophies.

Simon remained bound in the pocket dimension which Warlin kept him trapped while the wizard went to observe the next competitors to ensure that his plan came to fruition.

The sorceror revealed his scarred and frail comolexion before he headed on his way to elven civilation in search for the stadium.

Mirror returned to his post as he watched the competitors.

During the commercial break, the Raptor Squad got out of their seats. The hostess placed a flyer nearby that said: BOSS positions OPEN for a limited time ONLY.

Perks:
- Free food for 3 nights
- V.I.P. passes
- Free access to fight against the competitors in the Redemption Round.
- No division necessary.
For further information go backstage to room 1A.

Blue nodded at Hexice, and said, "By the way, wooden man, do you even have Google? Or a phone?"
Hexice blinked, "Google? Phone? Oh, right. The human stuff that Ryan has. I need not of such mundane items. And for your information, I am not wood. Porcelain if anything." The 7ft deity showed his pristine arms.
Blue nodded.

"Oh yes. You don't have access to the Library of Dinosaurs?" Shadow asked. "I think you might-" Blue stepped on Shadow's toe. "He does not need the Book of Knowledge, you idiot!" Shadow pulled her toe free. Blue's stubbornness when it comes to enemies is really not convenient.

"Well if he has it, he'll dust it," I tell her grumpily. "Porcelain people do not care for valuable books!" Blue said as if were obvious. "Really. You only just learned that," Shadow pointed out. "The Book of Knowledge is something many people seek. He'll protect it."

"The Book of Knowledge," Shadow explained, "is a compilation of all of the world's mysteries."
Hexice groaned. "Gross. You are talking like my brother. I'm quite glad that he's not here. He lives in a labyrinth of a library. Yet, he doesn't read a single book. All the books he has and does nothing with them. And he rarely leaves that place either." Hexice rolled his eyes. "What's that phrase? 'Bookworms?'"
Shadow nodded. "Yes, that's it precisely."

Blue rolled her eyes. "I'm leaving now." Shadow patted her. "Okay then."

Blue spotted the flyer and went to check it out. The Velociraptor read the flyer and the perks piqued her interest. "Suzanne! You gotta see this." The black muscular Indoraptor came forward to see what made the Velociraptor excited, while she slurped on thr shake mixed with blood though it didn't taste the same. As her red eyes read the flyer, she was skeptical at first.
"Don't you find it unusual? None of these flyers showed up until now." Suzanne surmised.
"Can't you read!? It says FREE FOOD! V.I.P passes! What more do you want!?" Blue vociferated while Suzanne slurped conspicuously as she read for further information part.
"I'm going backstage with you, I wanna know if I can actually boss people around." Suzanne said before she slurped the bloody shake dry.

"Wait? Where are you going?" Ratu asked him.
"As if I'm going to let them take the prize money." The ginger Cinnabarian went after them. Ratu slapped his forehead in disbelief.
"What's wrong?" A woman asked him.
"Why do you care?" Ratu scoffed before he turned around and saw the hostess in front of him. "You're the glass lady!"
"What's upsetting you, young man?" She asked him.
"EVERYTHING!" Ratu groaned, "The fat lard signed me up for nought, and what's worse is that he's still after the prize money."
"Well, you can test your luck in the Redemption Round. If you want." She suggested, at first Ratu was reluctant in joining but the more he thought about it. He didn't want to wait for Ruben, so he accepted.

Sora had gotten back to her friends after her match. The Dimension Guardians were waiting for her, though Zack was ready to bombard her with questions. "What just happened back there!?"
"Calm down, Zack." Stacey snapped at him.
"Don't tell me what to do!" Zack barked back before looking back at the Arivex. "What did the purple prick-cess do to you anyway!? I got spooked by that jumspcare and the creepy stare down a while ago and I can tell that your hiding something by the look on your face!"
"She was overwhelmed by her opponent. This Violet must've had a lot of power to knock Sora off balance." María stated.
"Obviously! I wanna know what it really is that stopped her from winning." Zack shouted.
"Pipe down! We don't need any unwanted attention." Stacey gritted his teeth at the airheaded Dimension Guardian.
"Oooh, I'm so scared. I'm shaking." Zack humored her as he shook his body angrily, "I'm quaking in my boots." He got jittery before he stuck his tongue at her, blowing a raspberry. Thomas then smacked Zack upside the head to stop him from monkeying around.
"That's enough." The blonde teammate gave a cold glare at Zack before he looked at Sora's sky blue eyes. "It's Sora's decision if she wants to tell us what's troubling her." Sora gave a greateful glance at Thomas before he turned away to get something to eat.

"Any second now..." Grim thought as he looked at the screen. Buid put his hand on Vilma's shoulder, the receptionist looked at her coworker as he gave her a serene smile. Though she smirked at him. "What? You want bragging rights for the match up?" The brunette queried at the older man.
"Not necessary. We both know that this would happen sooner or later." Buid hinted before he stroked his beard.

The same gesture he made when he returned to the reception when he saw the young brunette by herself typing away, altering the schedule of the matches. Scale was meant to fight the ferocious Indoraptor when Buid saw her change the match up.

Piros VS Ratu, Scale VS Shadow, Stella VS Master Yin. A click of the alt + enter key changed the line up: Master Yin VS Scale, Ratu VS Stella, and Piros VS Shadow.

"No, that won't work." Vilma murmured before she pressed the keys again.

Master Yin VS Piros, Ratu VS Scale, Shadow VS Stella.

"Done." Vilma clicked enter and the matches were changed again. Satisfied, she stood up from her seat until she saw Buid standing in front of her.

"Vilma. I saw what you did and I must say-"
"Save it, Buid. I'm not in the mood for your moral spiel."
"You misjudged me Vilma, I'm not here to hinder your progress. As a matter of fact, I want to help you."
"I don't need your help, old man. Now get outta my way before I make you." Vilma sneered.
"I have secret information." Buid cocked an eyebrow before he wiggled his both of them.
"Then spill it, I don't have all day." Vilma said before Buid smiled then whispered into her ear. Vilma elicited a gasp.
"No!" Her mouth agape. "Who knew you had it in you, you old dog." Vilma playfully pushed Buid across the chest then went back to her seat to alter the line up of the match on the website. Master Yin VS Ratu, Shadow Vividstripe VS Stella Spacey, and Piros VS Scale. With a click of a key, the match had been confirmed. "This is too good to miss. I gotta get some nachos." Vilma said as she got out of her seat, minutes away from lunch hour. Buid watched Vilma leave the reception.

"And I'm actually glad that you gave me the idea. If you'll excuse me, I'll be in the ladies' room." The petit brunette stood up from her seat as she walked down the hall.

"On the contrary, Ms. Van Dyke, I'm thrilled to see how this match will unfold. The fish will get reeled out of the water in three... two... one..." Buid said before the last fighting match was announced.

"And last but not least is Piros versus Scale!" Eleanor announced as the ruddy Pirian native looked at the screen as he saw his face next to a scaly green fighter, their names displayed on the bottom.

"What?!" Piros stared at the screen in disbelief.

Perfect timing.
