Hexice predicts

Consider this part of the bloopers (in the meantime, this is what you get).

Hexice pranced up the hall into a crowd of people as he searched for Breloq. When he was drawing the crowd's attention, he stopped in his tracks, took his clover-patterned skirt and flipped it inside out to wear it as a black cloak. He was not embarrassed nor frightened by the stares. If anything, he was actually overjoyed. Every eye that he met, gave him jolts of ecstasy. Every person was a mystery. The lives of everyone were from places he didn't even know existed. His diamond eye was slowly opening. He had to hurry. If his eye opened any further, he would get paralyzed with excitement. He had to avoid any more contact if he wanted to find Breloq in time before the actual fight began. He shuffled through the crowd quickly.

Shadow stared distastefully at Hexice. "That dumb thing, what is HE doing?" Indy flapped her wings. "I don't know, showing off? He does look stupid though."
Ripper curled up, his fern padding flopping to reveal huge unhealed scars. Suzanne stared at Hexice for a while and then disappeared. "Stop being invisible!" Blue yelled grumpily. "Vampires. Uggh."

Hexice: The 7 feet tall deity gasped at such an accusation. He then turned around to see a group of "scaly mutts." He glared with his spade eye at what he assumed to be Blue. "My pale skin symbolizes innocence not a resemblance to those blood suckers." He eyed the lizard and continued to speak, "Why don't you return home and hide underneath a meteor or something for like ever." Hexice's eye squinted as he saw a future waiting for Blue. "Fascinating little scaled dog you are." His diamond eye opened a slit. He then spun on his barefoot and walked away. "No more time to waste. I need to find my Breloq."

Hexice finally got out of the crowd. The place wasn't that big, nor was it close to a labyrinth to get lost, yet he has yet to find Ryan, Breloq or Felin. "Did I miss them? Are they fighting already?" He thought to himself as he rubbed his pointed chin.

"Hexice," Patricia called from behind him.

Hexice turned to her, looking with a raised eyebrow. "How did she know it was me? I do suppose that I stand out a bit, but there was definitely no hesitation in her voice."
He cleared his throat as he slid off his black cloak. "Ahh… Patricia. Just the person I was searching for."

"Really," she replied with amusement. "I thought you were looking for Breloq, considering that you were calling for him for the first few minutes you got here."

Hexice gave her a poker face. "There is nothing I am getting from her. I love a mystery but no puzzle piece is simply a boring mess. She is dangerous." He took out a pack of cards and shuffled it. With a smile, he offered, "How about a fortune card reading? On the house, though I never charged in the first place."

Patricia gave a small smile before accepting.

Hexice fanned out the cards, showing all 78 images to Patricia, then quickly swiped them and shuffled. Once finished, he once again fanned them out face down. "Pick 3 cards."

Patricia eyed the cards. She smirked before reaching out her fingers to touch the cards. Feigning joy, she replied, "Fortune telling? How childish? I'm in." She slid her nail across the cards. She stopped at a card, and her eyes dimmed. "I hope you know that these things are simply a hoax, especially with physical objects such as these cards." She slid out the card and proceeded to the next one. "Pure luck, randomness… and if lucky, memorization." She stopped, and plucked out another. "Call yourself whatever you want, you have no control over someone's fate." She picked out her final card. Without turning over the cards, she predicted, or rather stated what she chose, "Upright Page of Wands and 2 of Cups, and downright 4 of Swords."

"You seem to have a little misconception of who I am, or rather what I am." He signaled her to flip her cards.

Her eyes shot open to a different set: The Emperor, 10 of Swords and Wands. All downright. "I see," she responded, realizing her mistake. "You purposefully showed me those cards."

Hexice spread the remaining cards into a ring between them, facing all the cards to her, all blank cards. "Don't play dumb. I know very well that you knew what I was doing."

Patricia clicked her tongue. "Then tell me what these say."

He gave her an ominous grin. "They say that you are nothing more than a puppet waiting to be thrown out."

Patricia's eyebrow twitched at such a proclamation. "Ha. I suppose working for someone can be considered as puppetry. But thrown out… Now, that is crossing the line."

"Believe what you want. Whether by random or by choice, your ending is the same."

Take 2

Blue strides over to Hexice surprisingly fast. "Your responses indicate how stupid you are," she says in a voice dripping with contempt. "Suzanne is a vampire, not you. And you were talking to Indy instead of me. Can't you even tell the difference between an Indoraptor and a Velociraptor?"
She waggles a claw in midair and a ball of fire shoots through the air, barely missing Hexice's ear. "Also, I am not a normal Velociraptor. So don't mess with me if you want to keep your head."
She strides off to where the Indoraptors are making origami daggers from human skin. Indy transforms into a huge, hulking Indominus Rex roughly the size of a T. Rex and roars at a misshapen creation before turning back into an Indoraptor and trying to fix it. Suzanne hooks a claw around a big bowl of blood and drains it in one gulp. "You guys, stop trampling my origami or I'll eat all of the hand collection."

Hexice: "Keep your compliments to yourself, you duck," Hexice scoffed. "That brain of yours must be that small to think stupid is an insult. I desire knowledge. And to do so I must be stupid, dumb, ignorant or whatever you want to call it, of the world." He crossed his arms and leaned on a leg. "Even then, I have no interest in you primitive lizards." His eye passed Blue to Indy. "Well, maybe one."

Micah Arganism: "With the advanced technology that we have. Is anyone seriously stupid enough to fall for palmistry nowadays?" I ask, stating my opinion until Baci-Llus poked my shoulder. "Isn't that pink haired girl walking to that tall spade man?" I scan below near the arena and I see my colleague walking to that 7ft charlatan as she requested a tarot card reading. I slap my hand against my forehead. "Of course she would be stupid enough to fall for it." I comment distastefully.

Shadow: Blue doesn't hear and creates a wall of fire surrounding a rabbit, before diving into the fire. She comes out soon holding the dead rabbit in her teeth.

Stella Spacey: "Excuse me, can I get my tarot reading?" I raised my hand as I made a request at the man with the diamond eye.

Shadow: I smirk at Indy. "Whoops, you got some attention pointed at you," I laugh. Indy flaps her wings, and a little puddle of water on the floor turns to ice. "I've got my attention on him too, because I think his hands are rather petit." Suzanne agrees. "Yes, I can smell his blood from here. I'd judge it's an O type and -" I fling a finger bone at her. "Suzanne! Shut up with the math already!" She sniffs. "I am only paying proper respect to some subjects." She pointedly drains another bowl of blood. (Plot twist: SUZANNE IS A VAMPIRE!)

Stella Spacey: I come closer before I see two or three dinosaurs muttering about something "Hi there! Would you mind letting me pass? I wanna know my future." I ask politely, but I don't know if they heard me.

Shadow: I move aside. "Okay," I say. Blue rolls her eyes. "MY future is to eat tha stuck up midget with the cards."
"Scientifically," starts Suzanne, "palm reading is an incorrect form of divination, which is incorrect unto itself." I flick my tail in her direction. "Only humans do that stuff." Blue begins to form a ball of fire in her claws. "That idiot needs a fire bath," she says, eyeing Hexice. I take out a phone, something that the competitors have never seen before, and begin to play a loud podcast on how to sever hands the proper way. Blue leans in closer and Indy turns into an Indominus Rex so that she can camouflage.

Micah Arganism: "What is she DOING?!" I blurted out as I started sweating. "Calm down, she's talking to one of the contestants, chill." Baci-Llus says to me. "ARE YOU CRAZY?! THOSE DINOSAURS WILL EAT HER ALIVE!" I yank the collar of his shirt while I stand over him, my boots on his chest. I'm small okay. "With one bite of their gargantuan jaws, they'll eat her head off!" My home planet has dealt with similar creatures for millenia, at least they're extinct (on my world that is).

Shadow: I hear them and flick my head over. "Oops. When was the last time you brushed your teeth Ripper?" Ripper rolls over to conceal his scars. "Ummm… a while ago."
"It's his hand obsession," comments Blue as she shapes the ball of fire lovingly. It flashes purple and takes on a perfect sphere. "Will one of you get more hands?" I hiss at Indy. She takes the cue and transforms back into an Indoraptor, slinging a bloody sack over her shoulder and taking off into the sky.

Baci-Llus: "Calm down, Mitis!" I say by mistake. "I'm Micah!" She yelled at me. Well this is awkward, why do Amoebians look so similar?

Shadow: Apparently Blue has had enough of Hexice and shoots the ball of fire at him. It explodes above his head, reading

Blue, satisfied, sits down to construct a life-sized origami telescope.

Stella Spacey: Aw man, I wanted to know if I could catch Carina and go visit my mom at my home planet.

Shadow: I take out a bag of potato chips and the phone and start texting and eating.

Stella Spacey is feeling homesick.

Stella Spacey: I receive a text message from Micah. [Stella, get the VOID outta there!] I text back. [Why?]

Shadow: Ripper lies down and goes to sleep. I send the text and turn the podcast on. Blue's telescope is going great. She inserts lenses and dials, cleverly wiring them. Suzanne is studying a huge, complex book. She takes out a pencil and underlines several sentences in red.

Stella Spacey: [Those 🦖 s will bite your 🦲 OFF!] Micah sent me. [You don't know that.] I sent back. [Yet you would go to a stranger to get your palm read.] Micah sent me. I type: [WRONG! I'm getting a tarot card reading.] I sent her.

Shadow: I roll around in the dust, bored. "Why didn't you take our pet human?" Blue shrugged. "I don't know. Now I'm thinking about that man with the diamond eye being our pet." She says it loud enough for Hexice to hear.

Stella Spacey: Then Micah sent me an emoji with a facepalm. [🤦🏻‍♀️] Silly Amoebian. I put my phone back in my pocket. "Are any of you going to fight in the match? I signed up to compete." I ask.

Shadow: I raise a hand. "I will. My friends are spectators." I pause a second. "Where do you come from? I didn't think many worlds had phones.

Stella Spacey: "I'm from planet Izar, but my friend and I took a pit stop on a planet that was announcing the tournament."

Shadow: I get a text. You idiot! Stop talking with them! Go back to the wall! I quickly text back Shut up Akarra! This is important! I exchanged a look with Blue. "Her again." Blue shrugs. "Yep. What can I say?"

Stella Spacey: "My name is Stella," I stretch out my hand to the black and purple Indoraptor to get a hand shake, "Stella Spacey."

Shadow: I shake her hand. "Shadow Vividstripe."

Hexice: "A human is a human if they look alike and bleed alike.
(I am getting a little confused with the pronouns since there are a lot of people talking. So, it would be great to indicate who's who and if possible write in separate lines if there are multiple speeches.)
Note: By default, Hexice has his spade eye opened while his diamond eye closed. He only opens his diamond eye when he feels excitement. Mostly from a changed future or an unclear one.

"Like you said it is for humans. I, a deity, do the readings for people who fail to accept their reality," Hexice explained. "And on that note, I have no interest in your scales and claws." He then turns to Stella. Giving a wide smile, he stared at her with his spade eye. He shuffled the deck and spread them in front of her. "Pick 3 cards."

Stella Spacey: After I introduced myself to Shadow, I heard the deity's offer of a card reading. "Oooooh!" I picked the three cards that caught my interest.

Shadow: Blue treats a glare at Hexice while Suzanne peers at him interestedly. "Hmm… this human has skinny proportions, O blood type - very delicious, they taste like tacos - and it seems like he is not human, which means his hands shouldn't be of sour taste."
"So I do correct myself," she says. "He is not human."
"But none humans are tasty," Suzanne finishes.

Hexice looked at the cards Stella drew: 2 of cups, 8 of wands, knights of swords. "Ah…" he exhaled. "All images are upside down. A dissonant bond that lead to internal dismay and impulses. To all which ends with a burn out. But worry not. This is simply a warning."

Stella Spacey: "Dang." She paused for a second while trying to keep a straight face. "At least its better than the reading I received at a casino in Pinwheel Galaxy."

Hexice: "Perhaps, when this is over you can visit my casino," Hexice chuckled. "Well, not exactly mine, but I do oversee the players. You know, make sure that they are not cheating. Quite a boring job when I know they will just as they step past the threshold."

Stella Spacey: "Not sure I'll be stepping in a casino anytime soon."

Hexice: "I can see I am not getting anywhere anytime," Hexice sighed. He took off his black cloak and flipped it inside out. He wrapped it around his waist and turned into a skirt. Then, took out his long brim hat and wore it. "Why is that? Luck not on your side?"

Stella Spacey: Recalls Carina escaping the casino in Pinwheel Galaxy leaving thousands of hooligans and gamblers injured while she chased after with galactic guns and blasters. "You can say that."

Hexice: "Then allow me to add," he leaned closer to Stella. His diamond eye opened. The pupil shined golden yellow. "Let's just hope you don't burn out like a star." He gave her a wide smile showing his pure white teeth.

Carina snickers in the background on her seat.

Stella Spacey: "I hope so." She smiles back at Hexice.

Hexice: "I really need to be on my way." He said, pivoting on his toes. "If you see a human with a 10 feet tall wind up doll and a poverty stricken child, let me know".

Stella Spacey: "Sure thing." She said as she took out her phone and a stylus to take notes muttering human with a 10 ft wind up doll and poverty stricken child as she walked out of the scene.

Hexice erected his back and turned to the lizards. "Please understand that I am not human, nor do I have blood." He placed a finger on his shoulder and nicked it. No blood appeared. "But if you insist on trying to eat me." He broke off his pointer finger, revealing an abyssal inside. A couple of seconds later, his finger grew back. He tossed the broken finger at the "scaled dogs." "There is your appetizer. Being eaten is nothing new. So not arousing."

Shadow: I explained to Stella, "He does so get boring and uppity as if he knows everything when I have Suzanne, who insists on scientific explanations for everything. And being called a 'scaled dog' isn't really new. I do so wish that I could speak to someone sensible, that doesn't think of putting me in a circus every time they see me." I turn to Suzanne. "Really? It was obvious that he didn't have blood." Suzanne shrugged. "I wanted to see his personality and that was the most scientifically appropriate way to do so."
"Well," I muttered, "if it pleases you. Also O blood type does not take like tacos, for your information."
Akarra: "I'm going to spice things up a bit."

Take 3

Byrr-abang went out looking for Piros around the chief's orders since the Summer Solstice, since he ruined the rehearsal, he was the one who had to look for him. He had no idea how he got into the stadium or how he was teleported there, he was determined to find the ruddy fire juggler. When a tall man with porcelain skin and a pearlescent smile showed a deck of cards to predict the future. Hexice got bored from looking for Breloq and the others in this maze of a stadium despite that the stadium wasn't that big, perhaps the magic surrounding the place which sent guests for a loop. He decided to trick onlookers for a card reading to pass the time. "Pick 3 cards, from 1 to 78." Hexice said, as he watched the shaggy haired Byrrusian decided the numbers he wanted to pick.
"Eighteen, thirty and sixtynine." Byrr-abang replied in mild curiosity before the Byrrusian had spotted him and shouted his name.
"BYRR-ABANG!" The chief was aware of the double meaning behind those numbers.
"I just want some tender lovin'!" Byrr-abang hollered back.

"How did he get here?" Herring asked.
"I have no idea." Piros admitted as he shrugged.

"Hmm... Downright Knight of Pentacles and Strength, Upright 9 of Cups. The cards say you are a person of routine and perfectionism with unfiltered emotions. Whatever you desire will be in your grasp, though every wish comes a price."
Shadow eyed at Byrr-abang. "He does look strange," Suzanne commented.

Bonus:

"Pick 3 cards." Ratu picked cards number 1, 34, & 78. Dirlu picked cards number 9, 36 and 63.
Hexice felt a jolt up his body. He stares at the cloudless sky and grins. "Another variable has revealed itself. The future continues to swerve." His diamomd eye opens. A yellow shine escapes the pupil as bright as the sun. "Darkness can only be known when the light shines. And even the light can be blinding."

"For Ratu: Downright 5 of Wands, Upright 7 of  Pentacles and King of Pentacles. A fate that reads an internal conflict weighing on the ideas of how you would affect your external environment. Worry not, for if you prioritize the things that make you happiest, then the result will bare more fruit than you can hope for. Every action is an opportunity for wisdom even the act of doing nothing.

For Dirlu: Downright Sun and 3 of Cups, Upright 10 of Swords. Another internal struggle, but this time simply for yourself. Self-reflection can be useful but dwell in the darkness and you'll forget the sun. Your fate ends with nothing but wounds on the way. But that can be caused by a dissonant relationship between you and your comrades."
