Jungkook's POV-

The afternoon seemed to go by quite quickly.

I remembered that I had to complete the assignments for tomorrow so I went and got those done and submitted to my Professors.

After I got finished with that I unpacked some of the boxes in the kitchen and ended up finding some cleaning supplies in one of them.

I decided the place could use a good cleaning as there have been lots of people and things getting shuffled in and out.

There wasn't really enough in the boxes to clean the whole place, so I decided to go down the street to the store I had been to previously.

When I came back I put in my earbuds and got to cleaning up the kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Just as I was finishing up with that I got a text from Yoongi letting me know he had ordered the food to be delivered later and wanted me to see if I could get some drinks for tonight. I told him I'd take care of it and immediately called Jimin with the hope that he and Tae were together.

He knows alcohol better than anyone else I know while Tae's specialty is wine.

Of course Jimin gave a quick yes and started going on about all the things he will get to make mixed drinks whereas Tae wanted to know what the menu of the night would be so he could pick wine that would "pair well with the dishes."

He did not like my answer very much when I told him I wasn't sure what we were having.

He began to whine about me having "no business being a host if I didn't know what we were eating" which annoyed me even more so I told him to stop making it complicated and just get the fucking wine.

Lucky for me, Yoongi got back just as Tae was in the middle of his rant about why it was important for him to know what meats we will be having so he can "choose accordingly."

I cut my increasingly irate friend off, handing the phone to Yoongi for him to give Tae a rundown of the menu.

When Jimin and Tae finally showed up with their bottles of booze Yoongi was the one who opened the door.

I thought Jimin was going to drop the bags of glass bottles he held in each hand when he saw him.

He was quite irritated with me that I didn't tell him that Yoongi is who I was working for, the feeling intensifying even more when he realized Tae already knew. He calmed a bit though after I explained that I didn't tell Tae he just happened to have figured it out.

Shortly after those two showed up, Chanyeol came.

As drinks were being made my anticipation for who I have deemed the Guest of Honor, A.K.A. Mr. Jung Hoseok, was building.

Finally after what felt like days, I heard a knock on the door and watched intently as Yoongi left the room to retrieve their next guest, coming back into view with a cackling Hoseok.

I had a front row seat to it all from where I was stood and watched closely as Hoseok's eyes fell on Jimin as he was stood with his back to Yoongi and Hoseok near the far end of the island, talking to Tae.

I watched him look Jimin up and down as he continued on his way to where my two friends were stood.

Once close enough he tapped Jimin on the shoulder.

When Jimin turned around it was like magic when their eyes met. The world seemed to stop, the air stilling, electrifying bolts of energy sparks between them and...

No, thats not how it happened at all.

The watching Hoseok check out my friend part happened, but my vision of how I wanted the encounter to go stopped there.

What happened instead is that Yoongi, being fully aware that Jimin was the dancer in that video Hoseok was so impressed by, was leading Hoseok towards my friends in order to introduce him to both Tae and Jimin.

Just as Yoongi was about to speak up to get Jimin's attention, Jimin turned away from Tae and slammed right into Hoseok's chest.

Jimin had barely taken even a sip of the glass of cranberry vodka he had that was now spilt all down the front of Hoseok's what I assume to be very expensive Dior t-shirt.

They were both looking down at the fresh stain before looking up to meet each other's eyes.

When recognition hit Jimin his face lit up in excitement before his expression changed quickly into one of horror as he started apologizing profusely.

Hoseok just stood there with an equally shocked expression, staring at Jimin with wide eyes.

Everyone around the room was stunned, not really knowing what to do.

Jimin unfroze before the rest of us did and was about to grab some paper towels to start dabbing at the stain before Yoongi stopped him, telling them to go to his room, remove the shirt and for Hoseok to find one of his shirts to wear from his closet.

Jimin then took Hoseok by the arm before turning away from us all, leading him out of the room.

Jimin's POV-

I can't believe I just did that! And it had to be him, my idol, of all people.

I have a light grip on his wrist as I lead him down the hallway, through Yoongi's room and into his bathroom, apologizing profusely the whole time.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't realize anyone was behind me and- I'm just so sorry!" I repeat anxiously as we make our way through the room to the bathroom.

Once we are in the bathroom I turn to Hoseok, who still looks as if he has just walked into a surprise party and got the shit scared out of him, and take a step back so I can get a better look at the stain under the bright lights of the bathroom.

"Ok. Cranberry juice is red and red wine is well, red, and they say if you spill red wine on something you should immediately rinse it with cold water." I look up at him then, meeting his eyes.

"It's rinse with cold water right?" I ask, nodding, hoping he'll agree with me so I can try to pacify this situation.

But as I'm searching Hoseok's face the corners of his mouth raise and he starts to laugh.

Not a full out Jung Hoseok laugh, but a lighter one.

"You look so serious. It's just a shirt, silly! I have lots of them."

"Excuse you! This shirt is probably very expensive. I feel terrible that I've probably ruined it so please, go in that closet, find one of the unjustifiably expensive t-shirts your friend most likely has in there and change out of this one." I instruct as I start to push him towards the doorway to the large walk in closet. "Once you are done, bring that back to me."

He obeys and walks in, not long after I hear hangers being slid across the metal bar.

"You seem to know this place quite well. Have you been here before?" He asks, raising his voice for me to hear him.

"Only once but Tae and I took about fifteen laps around the place so I have it pretty well memorized." I pause as I swing my hands by my side as I think of how to say what I'd like to.

Ugh, I'll just come out with it.

"So, um, now that I don't have to look at you and be more nervous when I say this, I'd like to just say that I am a huge fan of yours. I didn't get into your music career until later, but I have been following your dancing for a long time. You're amazing."

He laughs, the hangers coming to a stop as he says, "I can stay in here if you find it easier to talk to me."

"No! No that's not what I meant I just- sorry. I like to look at you... And it's because I like to look at you that I find it easier to get my words out if I don't have to look at you..." I trail my sentence off as I look down at my feet.

I hear his footsteps coming back into the room and I raise my head up to look at him. After I take just a second to admire his gorgeous face, the next thing my eyes land on is the stained shirt in his hands.

He follows my eyes and sees me looking at the shirt. He looks back up at me with an expression I can't quite read. He almost looks, nervous? Why would he be nervous?

"Before I give this to you I have two things to say. Number one is that I think we do need to rinse it with cold water." He says as he moves to hand me the shirt.

I extend my hand out to take it out of his hand but he keeps his grip on it.

I look at him again with one of my eyebrows raised, not understanding why he isn't giving me the shirt.

"The second is that I am a big fan of you as well." He finishes as he loosens his grip on the shirt.

I stand there staring at him, completely confused by the statement.

"What do you mean?" I ask before turning to the sink to start rinsing the shirt with cold water.

Hoseok moves to lean on the counter a short distance away with his back to the mirror.

"Jungkook showed me the video of you dancing to my song and it's completely captivating. I love seeing people do my choreography, but I especially loved your performance. I wish I could have seen it in person."

I can't speak, can barely breath, as I try to keep my head down while continuing to rinse the shirt to hide my undoubtedly red cheeks.

I cannot believe those things just came out of his beautiful face about me.

"I also noticed that you added some things to the dance that I hadn't put into the original choreography that fit perfectly with the song. I'd love to be taught your version sometime if you're free."

I gasp when I hear him say that. This isn't real. This can't possibly be happening right now!

"You can't be serious." I turn my head in his direction. "You want me to teach you a dance to your own song?"

I am looking at him like it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard (because it absolutely is) to which he just giggles and pokes my cheek.

"You are so cute! And yes, I would like that very much." He says with a big smile.

I swoon a bit at the sight before turning off the water. I move my attention down and stare blankly at the shirt that's wadded up in the sink.

I honestly don't know if I am supposed to hang this up or just let it sit in the cold water or what.

Just then Tae comes in and tells us that the food just arrived and that they're getting everything set out on the table.

We both nod our heads and Hoseok says a very cheerful "Thank you" and then turns back to me.

"We can't keep our friends waiting now can we. I don't know about Tae and Jungkook, but Yoongi is an even bigger ass when he's kept waiting." He jokes as he glances over at the sink. "Besides, I think that shirt is a goner. It's best if we both just move on with our lives and try not to dwell on the tragedy that is getting a stain on my unjustifiably expensive white t-shirt."

That makes me laugh and we begin to giggle together as we walk out of the room, back to our friends.

When the table comes into view I see that they have conveniently left two seats next to each other open for the two of us.

"Asshole." I say under my breath to Jungkook as I pass behind him to get to my seat.

I can't believe he didn't tell me my idol would be attending tonight.

They knew I would get flustered so they purposely didn't tell me Hoseok would be here.

I should be irate that I embarrassed myself so badly, but I can't find it in my heart to hold on to the annoyance.

Yes, I want to be mad, but I can't help the genuine smile that appears when Hoseok takes his seat next to me.
