"I thought you would've gotten better, Master Kenobi, but you're just worse than the last time" Vader said, Luke frowned, not knowing what he was talking about and Han glanced at him, he did remember about what had happened and what he meant

"It wasn't just you back then, and you didn't make it too hard, on the other hand, Anakin did" Obi-Wan retorded, Luke was even more confused, what did his father make so hard? He wished he knew more about his past, but no matter how close they were, he never told him anything about the time when Luke and Leia were born, and that frustrated the Padawan

"Come on father, he can't beat you at your own game, if I'm not wrong, weren't you the most powerful Jedi along with Anakin? He can't be as far as good as you" Han said trying to stop himself from chuckling "besides, how long ago was that? 20 years?" Luke looked at him, what was going on and why did he not understand anything? What had everyone been hiding all this time?

"Oh, shut up Solo" Obi-Wan said, knowing all the Sith was doing was teasing, Vader didn't seem to notice the teasing between the two of them, luckily.

After what felt like hours of fighting, two Stormtroopers walked inside, Han glared at them, knowing they were the ones he had confronted before, the troopers began to shoot Luke, who was sitting on the floor too busy not understanding what was happening to pay attention to the two men trying to kill him, Han glanced at his father and back at the troopers, he ignited his lightsaber once again and deflected the shots, hitting both stormtroopers within seconds, Luke looked up at the Sith and smiled gratefully "Han!" Vader said, both boys froze, had he seen? "Kill him" he ordered

"What?" Han asked almost inaudibly "sure" he muttered, he winked at Luke and threw the blue saber at him, who stood up and ignited his lightsaber "well, end of the road kid, you can't win" he said, the Padawan was the only one who understood what the Sith meant, he couldn't win because they loved each other to hurt one another, but he could escape easily

Everything felt like the first time they saw each other, there were only to differences, one; Obi-Wan was there instead of Anakin, and two; the youngest two were in love and together again... But Han felt like something wasn't right, Luke wasn't the same innocent Jedi from back then, he felt hate and anger in him, and for some reason, they were stronger than the love he felt for the Sith

The Padawan disarmed Han and turned to the other Sith, who was fighting Obi-Wan and still talking about whatever happened when Luke was born, Obi-Wan knew how Luke felt, but he didn't think he'd go that far, no one in that room thought it was possible, in matter of seconds, Han's red lightsaber clashed with Luke's inches away from Vader, everything in the room went silent to Luke, he didn't feel anything, he couldn't hear what Han was telling him, and he couldn't understand what had just happened, he looked at Han confused and collapsed as everything faded

Han felt the urge to hold him before he hit the ground, but he couldn't, he knew he couldn't if he wanted to stay alive, but he also wanted Luke to stay alive and if there was any way he could save him from Vader or the Emperor, he wouldn't hesitate about it "master Kenobi" he said, not looking away from Luke "leave, and take him... there will be some other time" he looked at Vader and walked away

Vader grabbed his son's wrist "kill him" he said, Han looked at Luke, he couldn't do it, he just wasn't strong enough to kill the young Jedi, Obi-Wan looked at Han, he felt the conflict in the Sith, however, Vader was not going to give up that easily "Kill. Him." He demanded angrily

It took everything Han had to look away from Luke and to his father "no" he said, Obi-Wan knew what was coming, and so did Han, the only difference was that the Sith didn't and the Jedi master did, he knew Luke would be devastated if he found out that something had happened to Han to protect him

"What?" Vader asked furiously, but Han didn't step back, he didn't flinch and he certainly wasn't scared of whatever might happen next, he didn't care about anything but the Padawan laying unconscious on the floor before him "what did you say?" Obi-Wan took a step back

"If you want to kill him go ahead..." he regretted saying that the second the words left his mouth, he knew his father wouldn't hesitate in killing Luke whenever he felt like it "just don't get me into this because the Emperor doesn't want him dead" he lied, he had no clue of what the emperor wanted, but he knew what he wanted, and he wanted Luke to be fine

Vader Force pushed Han against a wall, the youngest winced in pain as he tried to get up, only to be pushed  back, he didn't want to fight, the three of them knew that, but Vader was going to use that against his own son, if he wasn't going to obey him, he was just an obstacle "if you will not do what you're told, you will be destroyed" Vader said threateningly, but what Obi-Wan said was something neither of the two Sith expected to hear

"Just like you did with Padmé?" Vader turned to the Jedi, letting go of Han "that's what you told her, remember?" The Sith left the room and Han went to Luke, kneeling down beside him "Han... come to the Temple tonight, I think it's time Luke knows the truth" Han nodded and took Luke to the Falcon

"Master Kenobi, your ship is pretty fucked up, I'll take you back to Coruscant and I'll get your ship repaired" the Jedi Master agreed and Han took them back home, where the three remaining masters and senator Amidala were waiting impatiently "I'll be here when he wakes up again" he said sadly, he didn't want to leave Luke there, he knew he was safe there but he just felt something, he felt like he wasn't going to be alright when he found out what really happened

After an hour or so, the Padawan woke up, he was in the medical center of the Jedi Temple, but he didn't know why, he looked through the glass and saw Obi-Wan talking to Padmé, the Padawan got up and walked out, he closed his eyes, everything was spinning, he lost balance for a second but master Kenobi held him "woah, what are you doing out here, you should stay in bed" he said, Luke shook his head and Obi-Wan sighed "well, we have to tell you something, I didn't think it was a good idea until I saw what happened today" The boy was confused, what did he mean by that? Was it related to him and Han? Or... did that really happen or was it just a dream? "Let's go to the council chamber" he said, Luke and Padmé following him

When they got there, Han was waiting, he didn't have much to say but he wanted to be there with Luke no matter what happened, Luke sat next to the Sith and Obi-Wan and Padmé sat across from them "okay, who tells him?" Han questioned, Luke looked at him frowning "don't look at me, I was four, remember?" The Padawan blinked, was this about whatever Vader and Obi-Wan were talking about earlier? "I'm only here to morally support all of you, especially him when he finds out"

Masyter Kenobi sighed "I guess I'm just going to tell you that we've all been lying  to you... Anakin did turn, but for some unknown reason, he turned back during the battle in Mustafar" Luke was in utter shock, not because they all had been lying, he had been having suspicions for a while, but because his father had actually turned

"What do you mean 'unknown reason'? I think it's pretty obvious that it was because of Padmé" Han said

The senator chuckled "it may have been 19 years but you haven't changed one bit, Han" the Sith blushed lightly

"So..." Luke started, trying to understand what Obi-Wan had said "my father did turn?" He asked once he found the right words, Padmé and master Kenobi nodded and Han took the biy's hand "why did nobody tell me?"

"You're too much like him and he was afraid that you'd end up turnong like he did and not turn back" Padmé said

Obi-Wan chuckled "the only differenceos that he's nowhere near as whiny as Anakin was" the three Force sensitive guys looked at each other as they heard Anakin's voice shut up master, it worked for me

"So he turned at the same time as Vader?" Luke asked

"No, I think my father turned first and Anakin tried to redeem him, which ended up with both of them in the dark side..." Han explained

"How do you even remember all that? You were four!" Obi-Wan exclaimed, the Padawan chuckled

"Hey, it was my father turning to the dark side to serve Palapatine, it was a big deal to me" Luke shook his head but then frowned

"Wait, mom... since when have you known about..." he asked referring to him and Han being together

"I did suspect that you were with someone, but I didn't know who until today. Obi-Wan told you woke up" she chuckled

"There's one more thing I don't understand, why did I try to kill Vader and why did I feel the way I did?" Luke asked confused

"You just wanted revenge" Han answered "you wanted me to feel the same thing you felt when I killed Anakin"
