INGREDIENTS:
Sooji- 1/4 cup
Besan flour- 3 tbsp
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Milk- 3/4 cup
Condensed milk -200gms
Sugar- 1 cup
Cardamon powder- 1/2 tsp
Chopped Almonds - 10
Chopped Pistachios - 5-6
STEPS:
STEP 1: Heat ghee in a pan. Add sooji and besan flour and roast till its colour changes to golden brown.
STEP 2: When the mixture turns into golden brown, add milk and condensed milk slowly and stir it continuously to avoid lumps. Boil it till the mixture becomes thick like paste.
STEP 3: Add cardamon powder and sugar and mix till the sugar dissolves.
STEP 4: Switch off the flame and garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve hot.

Cooking Tips
While making dosas, put two tbsps of cooked rice into the batter. The dosa will flip over easily and will be crisper.
