INGREDIENTS:

Minced Meat- 1/2 kg

Chopped Onions-2

Sliced Tomatoes- 2

Chopped Green Chili- 8 to 10

Thinly Chopped Green Coriander: 1/2 bunch

Crushed White Cumin Seeds: 1 tbsp

Ginger Garlic paste-1/2 tsp

Chana dal : 2 tbsp

Salt: as per your taste

Oil- for frying

STEPS:

STEP 1 : Grind onions,tomatoes, green chilli,green coriander,chana dal and cumin seeds into a paste.

STEP 2 : Mix this paste with minced meat.

STEP 3: Then add ginger garlic paste and salt.

STEP 4: Mix well so that meat becomes softer and easy to shape.

STEP 5: Form disc shaped kababs with meat and place it on a tray.

STEP 6: Pour oil in a frying pan.Fry them on high heat first, then lower the heat, to medium and continue cooking the kababs until the color is nice and dark. Turn them over carefully and cook the other side. Try not to crowd the pan, it will be easier to turn if you do 2-3 at a go.

STEP 7: Once it gets fried. Turn off the stove and serve it in a plate.Chapli kababs are ready.

                  Cooking Tips

Make ginger garlic paste in bulk and put it in the fridge. Similarly, make green chilly paste and keep in the fridge. This saves a lot of cooking time.
