(A/N: This takes place one year before the events of the first episode.)

We see Donatello in his lab on his computer until F/N walks in behind him.

F/N: Hey Donnie, mind if I ask you a question?

Donatello: Sure, go ahead.

F/N: Do you think you can make me some titanium knuckle gloves? Kinda like what you did with your bō-staff.

Donatello: (quickly turn to him as he gasps with stars in his eyes.) Oh mi gosh! I thought you'd never ask! (Quickly grabs a blueprint and shows it to F/N that has so many features on it) I've been coming up with a design that would be perfect for you. I was thinking of giving it some-

F/N: A-actually Donnie, I was thinking that you could make some regular titanium gauntlets that could fit both of my forms. No need for features.

Donatello: N-not even a little bit of features?

F/N: Donnie...

Donatello: (sighs sadly and turns around.) Alright, I'll get to work on it, I guess...

F/N looks at his brother as he feels like he broke his heart. After thinking a little bit he started to sigh.

F/N: Fine, you can add ONE feature.

Donatello: Really?!

F/N: Yes. But only one feature, please.

Donatello: I know the perfect feature!

With that, Donatello starts working on F/N's new weapons. One day later we see F/N wearing his titanium knuckle gloves.

Donatello: Well, what do you think? Of course they will be able to fit both of your forms, just like you've asked.

F/N: They fit perfectly! So, what was that feature you've added?

Donatello: Well I'm glad you've asked, dear brother. You'll be able to see for yourself once you press those buttons on the sides of your index knuckles.

F/N looked at the buttons and pressed them as electricity came out of the knuckles.

F/N: Whoa! That is so cool! (Turns off the electricity and walks towards Donatello with his arms opened.) Thanks Do- wait. I can hug you, right?

Donatello: (Opens his arms and smiles) I'll allow it.Then the two start to hug each other.

F/N: Thanks Donnie.

Donatello: Anytime, big bro.

(A/N: Yep, this was how his knuckle gloves came to be. This was a small little moment that I thought of for a while now and I thought to myself "Why not make it a short or something?"
