More Super Paper Mario here for ya!
This is nothing really, just something I'd been wanting to do for a long time to capture that Mario and Tippi dynamic. Yeah I copied the name of the song.
So here it is before I scribbled all over it:

Yeah, I did add a digital border to enhance the blackness but I did actually draw the frame myself... hence why it's so messy. I guess I should learn how to scribble.
This was just more practice with my markers in tandem with my pencils and other fine marker/pens I got for Christmas, so it was quite an amalgamation. I layered pencil and marker in some places. I don't even know what I did, I was just throwing stuff on and seeing what looked decent 😆
I kinda did half-outline for a more organic look to the cartoon style I guess? If you notice I also overlapped his eyebrows, which you see a lot in the toon artwork. I've never done it before but I wanted to give it a touch of whimsy 😄
