They all laughed dangerously but you didn't get scared because you know you are safe but just to make sure you turned around to look back just to see there he was standing like always, a few feets behind like always...his eyes were emotionaless, his face was blank and hands were stuffed inside his pocket like always then he gave you a firm nod and that was enough for you to turned front again and started walking.

Man 4 : Omg! What a confidence you have baby~ even after knowing the consequences you are still coming here~

You ignore them and continue walking with a confident and proud face.

Y/n mind : I could walk in the middle of the war but still there is not even a single scar on my body because If he is behind me I am always safe...ALWAYS!!!

Those drunkers started coming towards you and one of them was about to touch you from behind but you didn't feel anyone's hand yet.

Y/n mind : It's him!!! Yes it's him!!! Always ready to protect me!!!

Soon you heard those drunkers painful groans and screams from behind and after a few minutes the fighting sounds stop so, you turned around to look back again and saw those drunkers were lying on the ground unconsciously.

Shu : Ma'am...

You looked at him who is looking at you with his cold gaze like always.

Y/n : Hmmm ?

Shu : We should go back now...it's already late ma'am.

Y/n : But I wanna roam a bit more...can we walk for 15 minutes more ?

You used your ultimate weapon which was none other than your cutest puppy eyes but being your bodyguard for almost 21 years he knew how to resist those puppy eyes of yours but just for a few minutes.

Shu : Ma'am...boss will get angry on you.

He said while looking down cause he didn't want to look at your face which always makes him weak in front of you.

Y/n : C'mon...dad won't scold me.

Shu mind : Of course he won't...who can even think of scolding you ?

He sighed heavily and nodded giving up in front of you like always.

You jumped and kissed on his cheek as he is taller than you then you ran away not knowing you almost took your cold bodyguard's breathe away for a second.

Shu : This girl...

He touched his cheek which was blessed by your soft lips.

Y/n : Come fast Mr.Bodyguard!!!

You shout while running away without knowing where you are going because you know your cold bodyguard was always behind you but you didn't want him behind you because you want him to be beside you and for that you confessed your feelings towards him when you was 20 years old but your bad luck he already rejected you and you had lost the count of times you got rejected by your cold yet hot bodyguard.

You asked your dad while staring at a tall boy who is around 10 years old.

Y/f : Princess...he is Shu Kurenai...you can call him senpai.

Y/n : Senpai ?

Y/f : Yes...you can call him whatever you want, he is here to protect you from the bad people...he will be with you all the time from now on okay little princess ?

Shu looked at Y/f and he had already received orders from Y/f to act like a friend with you rather than a bodyguard so, when Y/f gave him a nod in approval Shu crouched down in front of you and smile softly.

Shu : Yes little princess ?

Y/n : You will play with Y/nie ?

You asked in the cutest way possible.

Shu : Yes...of course I will play with you.

His words made your eyes glow in happiness and a wide smile formed over your face making Shu's heart flutter.

Y/n : Really ? Then senpai is Y/nie best friend now.

You jumped into his arms and hugged him.

Shu : I swear I'll protect you for the rest of my life.

Shu died, not physically but emotionally when he saw his only family, his father's dead body...his father died in a fight since the moment Shu was living like a souless human but after you hugged him made his cold heart warm again...his eyes get teary as it was the first hug he reserved after his father's death, he wrapped his arms around your tiny body and hugged you protectively then he looked at Y/f who was already staring at him.

Shu : I am ready to sacrifice my life for her.

Y/f was surprised seeing emotions in Shu's eyes but he was happy too because he knew his daughter is in safe hands.

Y/f mind : His eyes didn't lie, the way his protective arms wrapped around my daughter isn't lie...my little princess would be protected always.

He was right, just like he said Shu protected you with his whole life he didn't even let a mosquito bite you and you grew up without even knowing what pain is...whatever you did, wherever you went Shu was always with you, behind you, just a few feets behind like always and nothing changed in your childish behaviour but one thing changed in the way you looked at Shu, you didn't understand why your cheeks turn red when you saw him or why you get butterflies in your stomach when you get close to him but somehow you got sure that you are completely in a love with your bodyguard who is 20 years older than you.

Shu Kurenai was very young to be a bodyguard, he was just 10 years old but Y/f knew not to underestimate him cause he had seen Shu's fighting skills as Shu was the only son of a famous street fighter so, Shu was born with fighting skills.

Shu always tried to convince himself that you are really not in love with him when you confessed to him for the first time but he felt like the happiest man on earth but then he realised who was he to love you ? At first he hated himself when he realised he was having romantic feelings for you when you was just 20 and he was already 25.

Shu might have loved you but his love was as pure as morning dew, he looked at you like he was looking at an angle but he believed that he wasn't good enough for such an angle like you and day by day his feelings grew like a beautiful tree where there no lust, no obsession, no toxicity, just a pure love.

He always loved you from distance cause he didn't want to embrace you and got lost into your innocent love and he believed that he was just a bodyguard, an orphan and he also believed that he wasn't even good enough to stand next to you that's why he kept on rejecting and refusing to accept your love.

You stop dancing and looked at Shu whose back facing you.

You started the water dance and Shu turned around to look at you for a second.

He shout on you but you smile.

You giggles and wrapped your arms around Shu's neck as he was holding you in a bridal style.

Shu : Ma'am...I have told you many times not to do this...what If you get hurt ?

He said in a cold yet worried tone.

Y/n : You won't let me get hurt no matter what.

Whatever you said is true...Shu never let a single scratch appear on your body since childhood.

Shu : Yes...I will never let you get hurt but that doesn't mean you should put yourself in danger ma'am.

He gently put you on the table and tried to move away from you but you didn't let him and pulled him even more closer.

Shu : M-Ma'am...

Y/n : What ?

Shu : Please take your hands.

If he wanted he could remove your hands from his neck but he don't want to hurt your feelings not even a little bit cause he always treat you like a delicate butterfly.

Y/n : Noooo! I wanna stay like this with you...why do you always avoid me senpai ? Don't you really love me at least a tiny bit ?

Your eyes filled with tears and your lips started wobble...you aren't shy or embarrassed to accept that you are in love with your bodyguard who is 20 years older than you.

Shu : Ma'am...

He sighed and slowly removed your hands from his neck.

Shu : I already told you ma'am...you are not in love with me...it's nothing but an attraction but don't worry you'll get over it soon.

You looked down and let your tears fall out of your eyes.

He whispered softly when he heard sniffing sound which pinched his heart.

He sighed and placed his finger under your chin and lift your head up.

His heart ached when he saw tears stains and the red nose of yours, he raised his hand to wipe your tears but then he looked at his own hand.

Shu mind : Rough...my hands are like sandpapers.

He didn't wanted his hand to hurt your soft baby skin so, he took his hand away from your face.

Shu : Ma'am...

Y/n : Don't! You don't have to comfort me...I am going to take a nap.

You tried to jump off from the table but he quickly grabbed your tiny waist and gently put you down carefully.

Shu : But ma'am your coffee ?

Y/n : Keep it like this...I will drink it later.

You wipe your tears and walked out of the kitchen.

~At Night~

You and Shu are in the living room watching your favourite show for the 45-50 times ( LOL...it's me ) but in the middle of the show suddenly you got up from your seat and sat on Shu's lap while wrapping your arms around his neck.

Shu : M-Ma'am...what are you doing ?

He asked in panic as he is a man with feelings too and having such a beauty on his lap wasn't helping his self-control.

You started moving on his lap.

Shu : Y/n...please don't...

He placed his hands on your waist and stopped you from moving on his lap, you are staring at his lips with your half closed eyes which make him gulped hard as it wasn't easy for him to control himself when you are giving him bedroom eyes and without his realisation his hands squished your waist while breathing heavily...you smile at his state and lean closer to his face until you was only an inch away from his lips.

Shu : Don't do this please...don't do this ma'am.

He begged but didn't move away from you.

Y/n : But I want this...I don't know how else to show my love to you senpai~

You whispered against his lips and you both was about to share a first kiss but guess it was not the right time for that.
