Losers Club But Evil

RedInMyLedger: (Y/n), when are you going to be back? I'm hungy (✖╭╮✖)

Portable Battery: I'm almost done. There was a villain attack so I got held back

TwoFace: They worth their salt?

Portable Battery: They got caught, so no

Crusty: who the hell changed my name?!

ICONIC: Your skin is so dry it hurts my face, sorry❤

StainSimp: Just own it. Besides, Marvel isn't relevant anymore so it's probably a good change

KnockoffDeadpool: ... words can hurt

KnockoffDeadpool: Insult me again!

RedInMyLedger: Mag, you're amazing. Never change. Spinner, Marvel is still relevant! Black Widow ໒( ♥ ◡ ♥ )७

BannedFromVegas: I dislike my name too. It disregards all the other countries I've been banned from

TwoFace: How many countries?

BannedFromVegas: 6 I think, sometimes I forget a few. Different charges in most too!

ICONIC: Not something to be proud of sweetie

Portable Battery: Roads are clear again. I'll be on the next train and kjsadhf

Cursing under your breath, you reached down to pick up your phone and fallen groceries. After putting the wine, knife sharpener, and mascara back in the bag, a red feather floated in front of your face holding the eczema cream.

"Interesting stuff you got there," a cheery voice - quite literally - chirped from above you.

Blood running cold, you ran over all your options. It was a wide and public space, with lots of witnesses in the heroes favor if something went wrong. Lots of people to report your facial features to the police, even with the medical mask. If you played it cool then there'd be no issues. You'd run into Hawks before, afterall.

"My parents dumped all of it on me so they could run to another store quick," you explained quickly, smiling sheepishly as any teenage girl would in the presence of a Top 10 Most Handsome Bachelors hero, "I'm sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going."

"It's my fault. What kind of hero am I to allow such a pretty girl to drop her things?" Hawks gave an easy smile, handing you the rest of your things and your phone, of which the league was blowing up in concern, "Although, I can't advise distracted walking in a district as busy as this."

Looking up at him for a few seconds, everything seemed so... fake. The only thing about his demeanor that was real was the curiosity in his gaze. The siles and banter was him going through the motions. How interesting. Taking your phone back quickly, you shoved it into your back pocket, hoping he hadn't read anything incriminating.

"Hey, I've met you before," Hawks claimed. At this point, more fans were gathering and you were anxious to leave, "You knocked out a petty thief near Minatomirai."

Shit, shit, shit, "Oh my god, I can't believe you remembered me! Can I get a picture?"

"Sure," Hawks grinned and held up a peace sign as you took a selfie with him, your stomach churning the entire time, "Stay out of trouble, yeah?"

"Of course! Thank you so much," with that you weaved your way through the crowd and breathed out a sigh of relief.

Losers Club But Evil

Crusty: (Y/n)?

TwoFace: Are you dead?

KnockoffDeadpool: oh my fuckin god she fuckin dead

RedInMyLedger: (Y/n)????? Are you okay??? Did someone try to fight you, I'll stab them!

BannedFromVegas: This is slightly concerning.

PortableBattery: (Image Attached)

StainSimp: IS THAT HAWKS?!?!

ICONIC: What a dreamboat

PortableBattery: I literally ran into him. Spouted off some excuse about shopping with my parents and took a picture with him to avoid suspicion. He recognized me from when we met when I went to get food during the Sports Festival

Crusty: you never told me about thatt

Portable Battery: I didn't think it was important. Weird that he remembered me. Guess he doesn't see young girls take out thieves all the time

TwoFace: There's something wrong with you

Crusty: says the horizontal Two Face

TwoFace: Says the crusty bitch

Uninterested in seeing another spat between Tomura and Dabi, you turned into an alley a ways away from where Hawks was. You'd take the time to wander before getting on a train just to be safe.

Scanning your surroundings with both your eyes and your Quirk, your heart rate rose when you sensed a weaker version of Hawks' Quirk core. When you were talking, you took a quick glimpse at his Quirk's energy - something you were becoming increasingly better at - and saw the sky as Icarus was falling. Blue with flame colored "feathers". It was a cooler one for sure. Behind you was a smidge of what that energy was.

Whipping around, you saw nothing, but you followed the energy signature and located a small, red feather seemingly hiding behind a crate. Eyes narrowing, you lit up your fist with energy and destroyed it. Maybe Hawks was trying to be a good person and make sure you got back to your parents safely since he saw you as a trouble magnet, but you weren't about to take any chances. Not with him, and not when his eyes seemed predatory and his heroic persona was so tired out at the age of 22.

That was the only signature around, so you turned around and continued on your way. Having to take an even longer way to the train station just to be sure you weren't being followed, you boarded the train and would take it to the closest station near the warehouse and do a few more circles around the town before finally getting back to get some rest.

You missed Kurogiri. He went out on some top secret mission nearly two weeks ago and hadn't returned. It was making you nervous, and you could tell Tomura was getting antsy as well. You were running out of hide away money - even with your extensive budgeting - and you could only steal so much and go to the same pawn shops so many times before suspicions were too high.

All for One always made you feel like there was led in your gut, but at least you didn't have to worry about money. Where was all the cash he'd accumulated from his empire? Why wouldn't he be rushing to take care of his darling heir? It frustrated you, and then you got anxious for feeling frustrated because if All for One somehow found out he could take it as doubt - even if Tomura was now in charge.

The sun was setting when you finally got back to the warehouse. You'd left at around noon that day to do the shopping. Dabi was absent, but that wasn't surprising. The others were lounging around, some more cabin feverish than others.

Handing out the specific requests first, you then put all of the essentials - bath wipes, dry shampoo, other toiletries, and food - in the corner. Wishing Dabi was there so he could at least heat up some soup, you picked out some bread in a can you got from a vending machine to go along with some canned fruit. Opening a few of those cans up, you handed them out.

"Thank you!" Everyone smiled, much politer than the average person would assume villains would be.

"Thanks, Mom," Toga beamed when she was handed your food, and you rolled your eyes. Kurogiri was formerly the parental figure, but he was MIA. And despite being the youngest you were probably the most mentally sound. Well, minus Compress but he was more like a Wine Aunt and Spinner a cousin of some sorts.

You pushed aside the fact that you knew the family dynamic of the league.

Taking the last two cans of dinner for that night and the eczema cream, you walked over to Tomura. He'd recovered from All for One being arrested, but Kurogiri was another blow and you were being careful. Frowning at the cream, he still took it. Both of you were aware that his skin condition was more physiological than physical, but it couldn't hurt all the same.

"How much money left?" Tomura asked, taking the bread but handing the fruit to you. He knew you were always the last to eat, and wouldn't if there wasn't enough for everyone.

"Not enough. We need to do something."

"I've been going about this all wrong," Tomura revealed.

"Be more specific."

"You've been right. I've been... unfocused, immature. I understand now, what it means to be a leader and what I have to do."

"Use us then, Tomura. We're pawns at your disposal," you placed a reassuring hand on his arm.

"No," Tomura shook your hand off.

"No? Tomura, the whole point of this organization-"

"You aren't a pawn. Stop telling yourself that," when you met his eyes, they were alight with both fury and passion, "You've been handling things because I've been too stupid to. You and Kurogiri both. The people in this building aren't pawns, because that means they're expendable. We- I need everyone here."

Heart warming, you picked up on what he wasn't saying. He liked the league, and he liked you. The two of you were always close, bonding over villainy, but beyond that was genuine care for each other. If you were to walk into another organization, you were positive you'd see this closeness within the top ranks and that was it.

"Okay then, what do we do?"

"Twice mentioned a guy he met..."

~*~

"You brought a crazy big fish, huh, Twice?" Tomura mused when Twice entered the warehouse two days after your conversation.

It wasn't the base, as that would be stupid. It was another one that was rarely used for anything other than the rare shipment from a small company. Perfect for a meeting.

Sitting on the box just below Tomura, you tapped your nails against the wood. It was a message. There were multiple people gathering outside, hence the long rhythm from your nails. Powerful Quirks, but no one was obviously moving in a way that could be taken as an attack.

The most powerful Quirk, however, was right in front of you. It reminded you a bit of Bakugou's explosions and Tomura's decay. Orange snow. Something destructive then, based in his hands because of the gloves.

"Big fish? That's ironic, the League of Villains," outside of the man's Quirk, he gave off an intense aura of power. He was wearing a green coat with a thick purple fur collar, and a plague mask.

"League of Villains? What? Is that guy famous?" Magne asked.

"Master showed me a picture of him once. He's what you'd call 'yakuza'. Shie Hassakai. The young head of the Shie Hassakai. Overhaul."

Definitely a big fish. The Yakuza had broken up into smaller sections after Quirks appeared, and they weren;t as big as certain villains organizations normally, but that didn't mean they weren't a potential threat.

"The head of the Shie Hassakai. So he's the number two of organized crime?" Magne questioned.

"Oh my. I've never seen anything like him."

"Isn't it exciting?"

"Organized crime? How's he different from us?"

"The Yakuza are considered 'Old Family Villains'. They were powerful. Not really anymore. The Yakuza broke into smaller sections years ago, which weakened them substantially. Now, they're often nothing more than stories. Isn't that right, Overhaul?" You tilted your head, interested to see what reaction your jab would receive.

Eyes narrowing, Overhaul said lowly, "Stories?" And that was it.

"So why is a Yakuza leader here? Are you on a high after All Might's retirement?"

"It's less about All Might and more about the loss of All for One. The emperor of darkness who ruled over the entire underside of society. My generation treated him like an urban legend, but our elders believed they had reason to fear him. Even after he was rumored to be dead. But this time he showed u[ in the flesh. All Might retired and All for One was thrown into Tartarus. Right now, for those on both sides there is no leader. So who will be the next leader?"

"If you know who my master is, and you're still saying that..." Tomura took a few steps forward, "Are you here to challenge me? I'm the next leader. Even now I'm gathering troops. Our numbers will increase soon, and with that power, I'll crush hero society starting with its head."

"Do you have a plan?" Overhaul asked.

"A plan? You little... you came here to join us, didn't you?"

Standing, you took a few steps forward as well but stayed behind Tomura. If there was ever a time for Tomura to look powerful, it was now. So you'd gladly stay behind him like a loyal underling.

"Join is a strong word for someone who already considers themself a leader," you whispered to Tomura as a slight warning.

"A goal with no plan is called a delusion. If you present me with a delusion, then how am I supposed to react. What are you going to do after you increase your forces? How do you plan to manage them in the first place? What kind of organizational chart are you trying to create? Starting with Hero Killer: Stain. Then there was Muscular and Moonfish. They were all first class game pieces, but you lost them right away, didn't you?"

"First class game pieces aren't expendable. We seem to have very different ideas about how to play, Overhaul," you cut in before you had time to think. Overhaul was making some good points, but Tomura had just started to really try to become a leader. He didn't have all the answers.

"You need a plan to achieve you goal," Overhaul regarded your presence briefly again, but did nothing more than that, "I have a plan. I did not come here today to join you."

"Twice, don't bring people before checking their intent. Energy, you seconded."

"I had higher hopes."

"In order to execute my plan I need a lot of money. There aren't many people willing to invest in the Yakuza. But it'd be different if I had you guys, with your increasing name recognition. Put yourselves under me, I'll show you how well I can use you. Then, I'll become the next leader."

You winced at that, not that anyone could see it under your mask. It wasn't an official challenge, but Tomura was sure to take it as one.

"Go home."

At those words, Magne sprung into action. She unveiled her giant magnet, "Sorry, but we didn't come together to be put under someone!".Activating her Quirk, she drew Overhaul toward her, "I'm here because I don't want to be bound by anything! We will decide where we belong."

You didn't see the glove coming off until it was too late. By that point, Overhaul had already touched Magne and she was dead.

Blinking once, twice, you looked at the remains of your friend - your family, your Big Sis.

"Big Sis Mag!" Toga cried.

Blood splashed on your clothes. You could feel the heat through the fabric. The others were shocked, a sense of peace and numbness overcame your body as your dissociated from the death in order to focus on the mission.

"You all made the first move," Overhaul claimed.

He was dead. When you first joined All for One, you said you wouldn't kill innocent. Even then, killing was something you'd done twice. Once as proof of your strength, and the second as defense when someone thought they could push you around. Overhaul would be the third.

Rubbing frantically at his clothes, Overhaul sighed, "Urgh, it's filthy. That's why I hate this stuff."

Compress jumped up next, despite Tomura's order for him to wait, "That guy's trouble. I'll use my Compress to seal him up!"

Compress' arm was gone. Tomura went up next, and that actually made Overhaul call for a shield. It was a person, who then died at Tomura's hand.

"I see," Tomura moved back as the wall came down and the hitter-heavy group you sensed earlier came in, "If you started with that, it would've been easier to understand what you wanted."

"What! Where did you- we weren't being followed!" Twice exclaimed.

"It was probably someone's Quirk," Tomura dismissed.

"It'll be hard to make objective opinions like this. Right. It's unproductive to cut down each other's forces anyway. We're even now with one corpse on each side." It wasn't the same. It wasn't the same. It wasn't the same, "Let's clear our heads and talk another day. We owe you an arm."

"We'll kill you!"

"Tomura, I can cut him. I'm going to, okay?"

"No."

"Let me take responsibility!"

"No."

"A wise decision, hand guy."

Overhaul stopped walking away for a moment, "The answer doesn't have to be immediate but it should be sooner rather than later. Think carefully," Overhaul threw out a card that landed at Tomura's feet, "about your own organization and stuff. Give me a call once you've calmed down a bit."

"You bastard! Why did you stop me, Shigaraki?"

"Jin, Himi," (When had Toga become Himi? Probably some point after she started calling you mom), "Take Atsuhiro to the Doctor. Himi, I'll trust you know how to stop the bleeding."

"I'll cut those guys," Toga looked at her knife while Twice was helping Compress stand.

Shaking you head, you fished in your pockets for your phone, "No."

"Why?"

"Not yet. Good things come to those who wait. Now get Atsuhiro out of here. And stop the bleeding like I said."

Nodding once, Toga was quick to join Twice in helping Compress out of the building and toward the nearest and most trustworthy back alley doctor. Tomura seemed lost in his thoughts.

"Tomura, I'm calling in the order."

"I know," Tomura mumbled, "A plan..."

"He said a corpse on either side,"you glanced at what remained of Magne, "But it wasn't an equal price. He called his gang member forward as a shield. Magne, she... it wasn't the same."

"Call in the order," Tomura left as well.

Scrolling through your contacts, you called up Dabi's newest burner, expecting the automated voicemail that came, "I'm going to text you an address. Burn it down. Store some of the ashes and pick up the package outside to bring back to base. You'll know why you need to soon enough."

Stepping into the pools of blood didn't cause any discomfort. It didn't cause any feeling at all. You picked up Magne;s magnet, and rewrapped it in the fabric it started out in. Blotches of red bled through.

Leaving the magnet out front, you gave the warehouse one last look and left, making another call as you vacated.

"Do you realize what time it is?"

"I'm coming."

"Fucking- right now?"

"I'll be there in twenty minutes."

You'd have to walk to UA, and stick to the shadows. You looked like you just committed a murder. Which was false. You'd just witnessed two.

The warehouse chosen for the meet up was relatively close to UA to throw off suspicion, and because it was close to the Shie Hassakai headquarters. So you were fine with walking if it meant being able to see Bakugou.

Walking there in complete silence, you went through the motions of avoiding the security systems and blasting yourself up to Bakugou's balcony. You knocked lightly on the glass twice before he answered with a scowl.

"You look like shit," he stepped aside.

Taking your normal seat in his desk chair, you looked down at the blood on your hands, then up at Bakugou. His arms were crossed, and he was frowning, but his brows were furrowed in obvious concern.

Shoulders shaking twice, three times, four times, your lip joined in and then you were sobbing. Whatever dissociation you forced yourself into had worn off, and everything crashed down upon you.

"Oh, fuck! Okay, hey, stop crying. No wait, that's not healthy- ah, shit. Okay, ugh," Bakugou wrapped his hand around the back of your head and pulled you closer so your forehead could rest against his chest, "Alright, I can handle this."
