-deryn, though small compared to other dogs, for her own breed that is not quite the case. she is lean and strong with muscle evident with each movement. she is on the large side for a female, standing at twenty-two inches at the shoulder, and weighing in at fifty pounds and three ounces. and though she is a strong a muscular dog, she appears to be delicate and soft, like a ballet dancer, beautiful and gentle, but strong and tough. she is the perfect siberian husky, best in show were she a pet and used as a show dog, she carries herself with dignity and propriety, and is on no way out of proportion.

-the female is a gorgeous red and white husky with silky soft fur that always remains neatly groomed. it isn't too long that it obscures the view of her musculature, nor does it inhibit her movement in anyway. her pelt, unlike many, doesn't naturally tangle all that much, meaning that the upkeep of it is easy. however she does have a double-coat, being a husky and all, meaning she gets warm very easily. her colors are stark and vibrant against each other, and they compliment her pale blue eyes well.

-deryn has gorgeous pale ice blue eyes, and though they are large, she doesn't express her emotions through them as much as some would think, she has learned how to tamp down her emotions and prevent them from showing up in her gaze. she has black outlining her eyes, giving her the perfect eyeliner look which only succeeds in making her eyes pop more. her eyes are so clear that one could think that they are staring into a wall of ice itself. the extremities of her irises are a pale white-blue that gradually becomes a more vibrant blue towards her pupil. her left eye however has a small sliver along the top of a light brown color, a trait she inherited from her father's mother, and a quite beautiful and exquisite one.

-the female takes good care of her body, and because she isn't one to look for a fight, and is more one to mediate it, she has very few scars on her body, she has a couple little nicks in her skin here and there from rough-housing as a pup, but those aren't visible from the outside. deryn prides herself on her unscathed physique, and rather likes that she has managed to stay out of harmful conflict.

-deryn is agile and quick, able to dodge around trees and rocks, able to leap over logs and bushes without a break in her stride. she is a strong dog, able to take on opponents larger than herself, but because she has no desire to partake in any physical fight whatsoever, she isn't very good at defending herself, but she could hold her own for a time anyway.

-deryn isn't the strongest fighter, she won't back down from a fight, but she lacks the skill needed to effectively take down an opponent. but due to that sufficient lack of skill, it'd be best if she didn't fight.

-deryn has a good heart, she is always looking out for the greater good and makes decisions based on how many will benefit from said choice. she is very much a people please, and in a heartbeat would make her life more miserable so another's life could be easier. deryn would be willing to give up everything for a dog that needed it, and she wouldn't regret it. however, this can be a bit of a problem especially around other dogs that would use her good nature against her.

-the female is more than willing to give multiple chances to other dogs, even if they have deemed themselves unworthy of multiple chances time and time again. she is very trusting of all dogs, and feels that all dogs are inherently good, which can be an issue seeing as some dogs would take advantage of that. but she doesn't see deceit, she sees a dog that needs help, help that deryn is more than willing to give.

-when it comes down to it, deryn will never ever give up on anything, if she was to get in a fight, she would never be the one to start the fight, but she won't give up. and not just in that scenario, deryn never gives up with every single task she is given, from rebuilding a den to watching over pups, she is there, making sure her job is done to its fullest ability.

-mother: sofia - a delicate red and white female husky with dark chocolate brown eyes; not in roleplay; she was very close with all of her pups, she loved all of them and worked hard to raise them up correctly and be there for them when they needed it which paid off, deryn is very close with her mother and talks to her about everything, often seeing her wisdom and advice.

-brother(s): lars - a giant red and white male husky with dark chocolate eyes; not in roleplay; deryn is decently close with lars, they talk every once and while, and they appreciate each other's existence, but they aren't as close as they could be, most of it being that lars is naturally more closed off than their other littermates, meaning that he doesn't really open up to his family, and they don't know that much about him; azrael - a delicate black and white male husky with dark chocolate brown eyes; not in roleplay; deryn is a little closer with azrael than she is with lars, azrael and lars are complete opposites, azrael is a lot more open and loud than his brother, almost too much so, but he is loved deeply by his family despite it, he isn't like most males, he is more mature and yet not at all, his attraction to other males was dubbed 'wrong' by his father, but florian is learning to accept his son; ozias - a giant red and white male husky with pale ice blue eyes; not in roleplay; deryn and ozias are quite close, they often went on adventures together in their young age, often getting into trouble, they learned to rely on each other then, and that carries over into their lives now. ozias, like deryn, was very adventurous, and they often egged each other on and they fed off of each other's energy. they have quite a few fond memories together and are always looking forward to the next chapters in their lives; jibri - a giant black and white male husky with an ice blue eye and a dark chocolate brown eye; not in roleplay; jibri is very close with deryn, though their friendship was discovered as they aged, as pups they often fought with each other and argued all the time, and it wasn't until they 'outgrew' their immaturity did they learn that they were quite similar and that they needed each other more than they had thought.
