-anya had a relatively normal early life, she had both her parents and a brother, her mother, stella, was essentially the spitting image of her in the personality department, other than that, stella had long silky black hair and pale hazel eyes, her skin was much darker than her daughter's, making it known that she wasn't originally from the blitz kingdom. she works as a seamstress, but she is very valued for her expert craft, her keen eyes were passed down to her children. stella is a very good rider, she has a way of understanding the dragon beneath her that goes beyond speaking and physical movements, a skill she passed to her daughter. 

-her father, yegor, had her same slightly curled pale dirty blonde hair and pale skin, though his was a few shades lighter. he was in fact a noble, but his marriage to an immigrant made him less so, not that he minded of course, he was only a noble due to his station as a warrior. he has other skills as well, being a master craftsman, a skill he passed to his two children, and he has a natural air of authority about him. he remained at his post of general in the military, and hoped that at least one of his kids would follow in his footsteps, which anya did, so he himself is grooming her to take over his position as general when the time comes.

-anya's brother, rasim, is tall with short black hair and dark blue eyes, his skin is the same dark shade as his mother's, he has no wish to be a warrior and rather spends his time as a handy-man, learning to build basically anything. he doesn't have a strong bond with his own dragon, only really using her for transport, anya spends time with rasim's dragon, inga, when her brother has other things to do, which causes the dragon to oftentimes seek anya out over her own rider.

-anya met her dragon at a young age, and they basically clicked, vova is hostile, aggressive and snappy just like his rider, yet he is soft and gentle around his rider, just how she only shows her gentle side to vova. they would risk their lives for each other and are definitely a force to be reckoned with. she trusts the dragon more than her own family and can rely on him for basically anything.

-anya, despite having an edge over other competitors in the way of becoming general, doesn't take it for granted, she still works just as hard or harder than everyone else so that she feels like she deserves the role. though part of her is angry with the world because she does feel like her skill alone isn't the reason she has the opportunity she has. but she tries to show her colleagues that even so her father is the reason she is where she is, she is one hundred percent worthy of it. but she always feels like she always has to prove herself, even when she doesn't.
