-aeliana is a rather adventurous canine, she is willing to take chances and put it out on the line, she likes going out and doing, not sitting back and letting others do her dirty work. she's a traveler at heart, and enjoys beautiful scenery and places she has never been before, the jackal will always be the first to head off on a quest, even if she has no darn clue what its for. luckily she's a pretty good survivalist, and knows how to fend for herself, though she can be a bit reliant on others, seeing as she has never been a true 'loner' at any point in her life. but do to her adventurous nature, this creatures can tend to be a bit of a rebel, often attempting to go her own way and do what she wants versus what she is told. though she isn't a very hardcore rebel, she occasionally will break rules and challenge authority whenever she feels her personal freedoms are being encroached upon. the most rebellious act that one could get from her would be her going off for a few days on her own to just explore, even if strictly told not to.

-the jackal is quite stubborn, as stated before, she is one to think for herself, she likes to do what she wants and when she wants, but outside of going on an adventure, it is easier to persuade her to give in. however, she can be stubborn in other ways, she is not one to back down from anything, and despite her rather sweet and uplifting nature, can engage in an argument with her opposer. aeliana definitely has a mind of her own, seeing as she likes to think for herself and not be another canine's robot. this female does her own thing and can be a bit snappy when one tries to interfere with what she wants to do, but that's about the meanest she would ever be to a canine that hasn't directly attacked her or someone she loves.

-jackals are known for being rather intelligent, however aeliana takes that up a step or so with her intelligence level. the jackal is a very smart character, being able to handle new situations without a problem, not only that but she is a rather good problem-solver and take any new obstacle in stride. she learns new material fairly quickly, and learns better if she figures out the solution by herself. this female is a cunning little fellow that can think her way out of literally any dilemma or event, she tends to be a bit of a commentary-thinker, meaning that she will say her thoughts out loud so she can process them auditorily. she's pretty handy and appears to have a basic amount of knowledge in every possible field. not only that, but this individual is rather witty, and uses her cleverness and intellect to make little jokes, though she rarely means them as any sort of negative comment.

-this female is a risk-taker, she is not afraid to put everything out on the line, she has no fear of any activity that could be considered dangerous or unsafe, and instead finds them quite fun, especially because she likes a bit of a challenge. she is a very curious individual, she loves to learn about the world around her and why things are the way they are. learning something new helps aeliana to stay on her toes a bit and get the most out of life. as before stated, this jackal always rises up to a challenge, she is not one to be left behind or forgotten about, seeing as she always has a drive to do her very best and get the most that she can out of every experience. she is always ready to act in response to an issue and come out on top, anything less than her absolute best in unacceptable. she is a very hard worker and tries to make that known with everything that she is part of, she hardly rests and constantly works her tail off to contribute and make a bit of a name for herself.

-on any given day aeliana is rather optimistic, always looking on the bright side and finding the good in every possible way. she likes to be uplifting, especially in times of sorrow and frustration in order to keep moral up, and even if everything that could grow wrong goes wrong, she will always see the silver lining and do her best to convince her allies to not give up. this female is very kind to all that meet her, she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. she is considerate of all creatures and does her best to treat them all well and as nice as she can, this female is loving and motherly to all that meet her, even if they don't necessarily need her to be. the golden jackal only believes in spreading goodness and joy in order to make the world a better place, no matter how cold and bitter some of its inhabitants may be. though she is sweet and sincere, this canine can liven up and be a bit of a jokester, and though most of her jokes come from her wit versus actual humor, the canid loves laughter and making others laugh. she would never make a joke that could be potentially viewed as mean to another creature, unless of course she felt like they absolutely needed to be put in their place.

-this female, though she seems sweet and soft, is tough and determined at heart, she just doesn't always see anything good from being straight up mean, and would rather handle issues by being mature and diplomatic instead of charging in guns-blazing at a potential friend. though if a canine were to challenge her, she would rise to that challenge and put them in their place. seeing as she tends to be a bit of a physically reckless soul, this female isn't above or below behaving maturely and being an adult. that being said, she is still a little young as canines go and she listens to her own experience instead of those who have gone before her and have done the same things. aeliana doesn't listen to her elders and needs to make her own mistakes in order for her to really learn and understand. and though that is a personal preference of hers, this female is very stingy about learning things for herself instead of going off the information of a different source.

-aeliana is a beautiful golden jackal that stands at the higher end of fifteen inches tall and weighs the better part of twenty-one pounds, so she is a rather small canine, but she doesn't allow that to get in the way. her pelt is a bright golden color with lighter patches under her jaw, the end of her muzzle, on her chest, underbelly and along the inside of her legs. she has dark versions of that gold on the back of her legs and the top of her head and behind her ears. she hosts black markings on her back and down the length of her tail, ending it with a black tip. her eye color depends solely on her background but usually are a brow/yellow color that is the darkest on the edges and lightens the closer to the pupil.

≛backstory≛

-aeliana doesn't really have much beef with the humans, but she was born in a zoo, to be gawked at and photographed, not that she minded of course. all the while, the jackal, being a curious soul always hoped and dreamed of a different life, one in which she didn't live within artificial walls and figure out what the world really was, which heavily annoyed a good number of her 'zoo-mates' but she never stopped believing. but because of her beauty and gentle personality, the zookeepers arranged to breed her. when she was hardly over a year old, they fixed her up with this larger male who forcibly gave her his pups, which she birthed and loved like no other. when they were just shy of two months, the pups were taken from her and she was bred again. this went on for a couple more years, but when dogs swarmed in and freed the canines, she took advantage of the newfound freedom, as she had been in preparation for her next breeding. but she never once thought the humans to be at fault for what was done to her, she held no creature to blame and thus didn't partake in any of the actual killing, however she was greatly helpful in the formation of battle plans and means of attack. she has tried on multiple occasions to track down her litters of pups, but to no avail.

≛role in war≛

-aeliana has a good mind for battle and worked as a battle strategist because she had no wish to partake in battle, though her military mind is highly valued since being a zoo animal gave her a more extensive knowledge of how the humans acted in their normal everyday lives.
