Kaoro and I both made it to the Macy-Penny.

Just like Renora said, there were some people in there and they were all wandering around the place.

"I suppose we should walk up to them and introduce ourselves," I muttered.

Kaoro walked up to one of them and tapped on their shoulder.

Ok he left me behind. Great, I thought as I sped walked up to the two of them.

"Hi how's it going?" They asked, cheerfully.

Finally someone who isn't mean or cold this time.

"It's not going great. I had to wait for him to wake up before looking around this place," Kaoro said bluntly.

"Oh come on," I murmured.

"Don't worry! I can help you with looking around this place! I already explored since I was one of the first few people who woke up before anyone else. Although I haven't found an exit," the person explained.

"That's actually great! Thanks," I said.

"No problem! Oh my name is Miyuji Aoiro by the way. I'm the Ultimate Orchestra Member," they said.

"I'm Kuro, Ultimate Coder," I said.

"Kaoro, Ultimate Nature Survivalist," he muttered.

"But first, you must meet the other two people here. Sky!" Miyuji waved towards a girl with a blue ponytail.

"Hi there!" The girl said happily.

"This is Kuro and Kaoro. Don't worry, she is really nice and bubbly," Miyuji assure us.

"Yep yep! I'm Skylar Twine, you can call me Sky if you like and I'm the Ultimate Director! Nice to meet you," Skylar said.

"Ultimate Director? So you direct movies and such?" I asked and she nodded.

"There's a bunch of movies that I directed. I could list them out if you want," Sky said.

"No, that's ok," I declined, politely.

Despite never see her before this, why do I have this feeling that her talent is...

Familiar.

It's probably nothing.

"Why are you staring at me?" Sky asked.

"Huh? Oh sorry, I spaced out," I apologized.

"It's ok," she said, happily.

"Hey, your companion left," Miyuji noted.

"What? Oh damn it," I sighed.

"Well that's rude," Sky crossed her arms and pouted.

"Can you tell me where he went?" I asked Miyuji.

They pointed to a purse display where Kaoro was talking with two other people.

I thanked them and jogged away.

"You left me behind," I complained as I approached him.

Kaoro ignored me though.

"Oh, there's a new person," the one with blue hair and glasses said.

"We shouldn't be that surprised," a guy with black hair and two different eye colors said.

"I guess not," the blue haired person shrugged and stretched.

I looked around from our surroundings.

"Soooooooo...what are your names? I'm Kuro by the way," I asked them.

"Soda Miku, Ultimate Exorist. That's all you really need to know," Soda explained, sounding bored and uninterested.

"And you?" I turned to the second person.

"Aleem Sumato Sakka. Just Aleem though and I'm the Ultimate Screenwriter," he said.

"You guys have nice talents," I noted while keeping an eye on Kaoro who was staring out of Macy-Penny.

"Thank you! If you're looking for everyone else, I think I saw some people in a retro arcade," Aleem said.

"That's my cue to leave," Kaoro then walked away from the group.

I sighed loudly.

We're probably not going to get along, I thought.

Aleem gave me sympathetic look while Soda was fiddling around with the purses' flaps.

"I uhhh...better get going," I said, awkwardly.

"It's fine," Aleem told me and Soda merely shrugged.

I sped walk to catch up with Kaoro.

I don't really have an excuse for why I delayed an update for so long other than I have a lot of other books.

The pains of having so many book ideas :(

But we're here now so that's good.

I can't promise when the next update will come but I'm not going to give this up. I didn't write down who dies and who lives for nothing!
