"WHOA, cat?" Ace says as he and krypto were walking on their own to a alleyway.

After krypto explained to ace about Furlina, he was surprised.

"I know it's wrong because you know we hate cats, they're our natural enemies"

"Oh yeah it's in our natural" ace nodded his head in agreement.

"But this cat is different, she's amazing, she makes me feel like-like..." she then thought of her makes him smile as he starts to fly.

"Like you can fly" ace finished his sentence.

"Yeah exactly"

"No I mean you are really flying" ace reminded him then he got on him, pulling krypto down.

"AH" krypto makes a panic face as he lands back down.

"So what does your buddy think"

"Well...he wasn't exactly agreed by it"

"Well...I too...have a thing for cats"

Walking past them was a black female cat with violet hair.

He gives a wink at her, she looks back at ace and smiles tenderly at him, raising her rump in the air and walking away.

"Oh, you too"

"Sure it seems wrong but hey I have a type"

"So what does the big guy think" krypto asked.

"Hey wasn't so sure but now he's used to it, besides I always wanted to be a wing man..eh wing-dog" ace says as they turn to another alleyway.

"So you think I can find her"krypto asked.

"Hey this is where all the hot stray and cool cats go, if your cat lady was going to be anywhere...she would be here...speaking of which" ace turned his attention to the same black cat from earlier giving his a wink and running teasing him, he chased after her.

"Hehehe" he laughs.

Then as krypto looks around in the cat filled alley...

He finds her, talking with other cats, "hey" he ran to her.

She turns to see him, "oh hey" they stood in front of each other, a bit awkward.

"So are you here with your owner" he asked.

"Nope...I'm by myself"

"What" he was surprised and chuckles, "really, how?"

"You just have to make it look like you belong to someone, observer"

They walked out of the alleyway when two girls past by, Furlina rubs against one of their legs.

"Aw" they both cooed as animal control passes by and walks away.

Krypto was impressed then Furlina walks back to him.

"See"

"Oh wow, but you know it is dangerous for a cat to be out here, on her own, in the middle of the night"

"Oh...I can handle myself...so what brings you here" she asked.

"Well I been thinking about what you said..and maybe we should get to know each other"

"Oh really" she says in a seductive manner.

"Yeah...I know this nice Italian cuisine palace that severs this really nice salmon and they owe me after I saved the owner"

"Oh...krypto...are you asking me out on a date" she raised an eyebrow at him.

"Well...I-uh-if you want too, I like to get to know you better"

She chuckles and rubs her back up his snoot and rubbed her tail against him, he melted over her touch.

"I love too" she whispered and they got lose in their eyes.

And just like that, an unlikely relationship merged but meanwhile Ace was about to take a trip to memory lane.

He chased the cat, they both laughed, "haha, get back here baby"

but then when they were entering a park, ace lost the cat, "baby? Hey baby wheee did you go?" he looked around for her but he saw something that surprised him.

He saw his date was rubbing against a leg of a brown skin teenage girl with curly brown hair.

"Huh" he gets a closer look at the teen as she started to look familiar to him.

She wore jeans with black ankle boots, a white t-shirt and a leather jacket.

When she picked up the cat, she looks at ace and she smiles excitedly at him.

"ACE"she puts the cat down and rushes to ace, opening her arms out for him.

That's when ace recognized her, "Cassandra" he gasped.

When he gets a flashback of teen reminded him of the little girl he once loved.

It was his original owner Cassandra was her name.

He was horrified to see her, he looked shocked to see how she's grown then unexpectedly she hugged him.

Although he loved to feel her hug, he started to suffer from PSTD.

He gets flashbacks of her nearly falling down the stairs, him accidentally biting her, and the horrified look on her parents face and him being taken back to the orphanage.

He was terrified reliving his terrible past, he got scared as Cassandra nuzzled into his fur, his chin rested on her shoulder.

"I can't believe I found you after all these years" apparently she's been looking for him.

But then he snapped out if it, he panicked and pulled away, he didn't wanted to hurt her again.

And he didn't wanted to suffer again so he backed away and ran away.

"Ace? Ace wait? It's ok, it's me" Cassandra tried to stop him but he just ran away, abandoning his date and the little girl he once knew.

The female had a surprise and hurt look on her face as Cassandra shared the same look.

And after he lost them, ace hid behind a building, he was breathing rapidly, his heart racing.

Then he looks back to see Cassandra looking for him.

He frowns and walks on his own, he was in deep pain, thinking about his past, how he hurt her.

And now that he's reunited with his original owner, can he really face his trauma, will his original owners take him back after everything.

Meanwhile in the justice league, Superman was in the training room with Batman, talking to him about krypton's own Lois lane.

"A cat?" Batman says as he was punching a punching bag.

"Yeah I know it's crazy right" Superman was pacing back and forth.

Then wonder women joined in, "well I think it's cute that krypto has a girlfriend, you guys can have double dates"

"Diane you don't understand, this is a cat we're talking about, I don't trust her, she's not good enough for my baby, and a dog and cat can't be together" he sits on a bench.

"And why not" green lantern asked.

"Because it's unhealthy"

"Well don't you think that krypto deserves a girlfriend of his own" wonder women asked, "even if it is a cat, you should support him"

Everyone else started to agree, you know Superman, ace is dating a cat too, I didn't like the idea till I met his girlfriend's owner"

A flashback plays with ace seeing a black cat flashing her eyes a at him, his tail wag and he grabbed a rose with his mouth and gives it to her, eyebrowing her, Batman who is Bruce lols down at the unlikely couple, he rolls his eyes in annoyance but then he sees a brown skin women in a lavender tube dress, she had green eyes, and a dark black curly wavy hair, she unbutton one button on her dress and smiles at Bruce, then he smiles warmly as he approached the women but women smiled tenderly at the both men who were winking at them, ending the flashback.

"So ace is the reason why krypto is falling for a cat, ace is a bad influence on him" Superman accused Batman.

"Hey calm down, it's not that bad, look the point is, love is a sacred thing, if you try to keep krypto away from it, it'll only make his love stronger then you'll lose him"

Batman's words got to him and Superman thinking.

"You have Lois and what does krypto have" Wonder Woman asked, "don't you think he deserves some love in his life, I'm sure it won't be that bad, what could happen"

But it got worst..
