Zack and Natasha found a survivor mere three hours after they landed in the titan. The Survivor name was Melina. One of the scientist in the Aegis VII Expedition. She was injured and needed first aid.

Zack: We can't let her die.

Natasha: Dammit Zack, What If she's infected?

Zack: I don't see any bite marks and she looks normal. We can't just let her die like this. You know our job too well.

Natasha: Okay Zack I get it. We have to help her but Where do we find a first aid kit for her?

Zack: The Medical Deck.

Natasha: Alex can't get to the Medical Deck. Its Swarming with Infected. He won't last a second in there.

Zack needed to save Melina but He also cares about Alex and Natasha's safety.

Zack: We don't have a choice now. We need First Aid right now.

Natasha knew it was a bad idea but at this rate arguing wont do anything better for them. Zack contacted Alex as He told him about the medical deck and told him to be careful along the way. Alex made it back to Zack and Natasha as Zack was telling Alex the location of the first aid kit he located along with a map to the deck. Alex was about to leave until Zack stopped Alex again.

Zack: Look Kid. The Medical Deck is swarming with those things and Your Cutter wont be enough. Here, Take this.

It's called a Pulse Rifle. A Powerful Assault Rifle that is used for Crowd control along with a grenade launcher mod.

Zack: Be Careful Kid.

Alex nodded as He took the pulse rifle and was gonna leave until Natasha stopped Alex.

Natasha: There will be barricade at the Medical Deck so I'm giving you something to remove the barricades or anything stopping your path.

Alex looked confused as Natasha explained it to him.

Natasha: Its a Kinesis Module. It help you remove the objects or barricades blocking your way.

Zack: Alright kid. Your good to go. Take Care Rookie.

Alex nodded as He left the room and went to the Medical Deck.

Zack: Poor Kid. I don't know how he's handling all of this.

Natasha: Let's focus on getting out of here.

One Hour Later

Alex made it to the Medical Deck as He saw a women cutting a dead body up and Alex felt worried and almost nervous. The Women used a surgical knife and kept cutting the body as She saw Alex.

Women: Its truly remarkable isn't it?

Alex didn't answer her as She was humming to a song while cutting the body. Alex went past her as He continued walking through the medical deck until he saw blood all over the hallways and felt an eerie silence. Alex was breathing as He looked around him at the same time had his rifle on the trigger. A Pipe fell down as Alex looked around him and saw something written in blood on the wall.

"DEAD ON ARRIVAL"

Alex was even more scared as he got to the main hall of the Medical deck as he was gonna get in the organ banks until The Entire hallway was on Lockdown and Alex looked around him.

Natasha: Dammit I saw that too Ambrose. I'll try to override the lockdown.

Alex heard the vents busting open as He saw multiple slashers and leapers trying to attack Alex but Alex shot their limbs as He was shooting at the horde even more. Alex was trying to survive as More and More Necromorphs were swarming him but Alex kept shooting.

One Necromorph was crawling at Alex's feet until Alex kicked it in the head and stomped on it.

Zack: NATASHA. STOP THE LOCKDOWN NOW!!!

Natasha: I DONT HAVE THE CAPTAINS PASSCODES TO GET PASS THE SYSTEM!!!

Alex kept shooting until The Lockdown was shut down as Everything went back to normal and Alex was trying to catch his breath.

Natasha: Dammit. Alex, I can't get pass the medicine rooms door. I need the captains codes to get through.

Zack: Try locating his RIG.

Natasha: There, Captain Marcus Crawley. Location Morgue. Status Deceased.

Zack: What the hell?

Natasha: That's all I can do. Alex get to that morgue and find the body and get his codes. I'll get the organ bank open for you.

The Door open as Alex sighed in Relief. Alex was walking until He saw someone crying as Alex looked around him and saw a man crying and laughing. Alex was beyond freaked out and wanted to get out of the medical deck. Alex kept walking until he saw another survivor panicking as Something was attacking him.

The Man kept screaming until the lurker pounced on his body and killed him. The Lurker looked at Alex and growled at him before it jumped to the wall and disappeared. Alex walked into the room with the dead body as he kept walking until the lurker surprised Alex and tried to rip his head off but Alex threw it on the ground and started shooting at its tentacles as It died.

Alex continued walking as He was at the Morgue and Found the Captains Body as He grabbed the passcodes for the ship and Natasha was relieved by it.

Natasha: Okay Alex. Get to that Medicine Room Now.

Alex nodded as he was walking through the deck until He made it to the medicine room and got the first aid kit but Alex noticed a Necromorph in a testing tube sleeping as Alex was about to leave until someone closed the doors as he saw who it was.

Edward: Greetings Young Solider. I'm Edward Winters. I'm the Head Doctor Of The Titan. You should have already know. There is no escape my friend. We are now witnessing a new life in this universe. A Chance of Rebirth and a change in life.

Alex was staring at the man as Edward was smiling at him.

Edward: Death is around every corner and now you will meet it soon.

Edward left as The Necromorph in the testing tube woke up and started growling before it broke free.

Alex was staring at the monster as it tried to attack Alex but Alex shot off its legs and arms. Alex stomped on its head as he thought it was dead but it started regenerating.

Zack: ALEX GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. YOU CANT KILL THAT THING!!!

Alex got the door open as He placed the monster in stasis and kept running. Alex saw more Necromorphs chasing him as Alex managed to escape the medical deck alive.

Zack: Alex, I have some great news. I managed to get a distress beacon and The USM Valor is heading towards us but I need you to come to the flight deck.

Alex nodded as He was walking until The Door in front of him is locked as Alex needed to get in until he heard a voice behind him as he turned around and saw who it was.

Peyton: Alex!!!!

Peyton hugged Alex as Alex hugged her back.

Peyton: I was worried about you. Oh my God I'm so happy to see you.

Alex kept hugging her as She was smiling at him.

Peyton: I'll get the control panel fixed so I can help you get pass the door.

Alex nodded as he followed Peyton to the control panel. Peyton fixed the panel as They were gonna get to the door but They got separated as Alex was worried.

Peyton: Dammit, The Circuits must have fried itself. I'll get to you Alex. Just be safe.

Alex nodded as He walked away and was hoping he will reunite with her again.

Two Hours Later

Alex made it to the flight deck as he was walking until a slasher in the escape pod scared Alex as Alex fell down until Zack helped him up.

Zack: Hey, Its alright. That Thing is stuck in the pod.

Zack launched the pod as The Escape pod flew away drifting in space.

Natasha: Thank God your okay Alex. We haven't heard from you since you escaped the medical deck.

Zack: But We can finally get out now.

Soldier: This is the USM Valor. Is that your escape pod?

Everyone was shocked because the pod contained a slasher in it as Natasha tried to warn them but something was blocking the communications as Zack knew what it was.

Zack: Alex, Get on the cannon and open fire.

Alex got on the cannon as Zack and Natasha were in the comms room trying to communicate with the valor.

Alex opened the window and saw what was blocking the signal.

Alex started firing at the slug as The Slug threw Debris on Alex but Alex shot it as he was trying to shoot its tentacles. Alex kept shooting at the tentacles until Alex finally killed it as Natasha send the message.

Natasha: THIS IS NATASHA OF THE USG TITAN. DO NOT OPEN THE ESCAPE POD!!!!

The USM Valor video showed a slasher killing a soldiers as Multiple Soldiers were getting slaughtered as Natasha hold her head.

Natasha: Why did they ope- Oh my god. Alex, Get out of there. Valor is gonna crash to us. ALEX Get-

The Valor hit the titan as Alex fell down and a huge explosion was seen. Alex was unconscious as Everyone's only hope is gone.
