Indecay is heading home from school after finishing their education for the day. Due to the lengthy duration of the classes, Indecay does not return until late in the evening. They are slightly frustrated about the school's attempts to keep the students there well past the scheduled end time.

After enduring a long day at school, Indecay desperately wants to return home and spend their precious time with their laptop. The school, unfortunately, crushes their plans by requiring that they remain in class until later than expected. Indecay eventually returns home, after the sun has already set. The house is completely darkened and cold, yet Indecay finds the atmosphere to be more pleasing than their school's.

Indecay slowly walks into the house and immediately heads to the shower, hoping to refresh and energize themselves. Once finished, Indecay proceeds to the dining room, where their mother beckons them to assist with obtaining groceries for dinner. Although Indecay is weary from a long day at school, they still go out to do the requested favor.

Indecay puts on their jacket and heads to the grocery store. They retrieve all the necessary items and proceed to return home. However, on their way back from the store, someone suddenly covers Indecay's mouth as they try to forcibly abduct them.

Indecay successfully strikes their assailant's abdomen, causing them to bellow in pain and glare at Indecay with a furious expression. The attacker brandishes a knife and charges at Indecay, who adeptly snatches the weapon away. Indecay then uses the weapon to swiftly thrust it into the assailant's neck, ending the confrontation.

As the victim collapses to the ground, Indecay is fortunate enough for their jacket to absorb the majority of the blood. While the fabric is stained with dark red splotches, it is still difficult to determine its exact origin due to the black color of the jacket. Indecay calmly returns to their personal quarters, placing the grocery bag on the kitchen table prior to departing towards their bedroom.

Indecay stands before the window, holding the bloodied knife in their hand. Their gaze is turned upwards towards the moon, its gentle illumination seemingly reflecting the severity of the situation at hand.
