Hello everyone

I am so happy, actually really sad, to say that Defying their Demons is officially completed!!!!

That is right folks, this story is done.

Let me start by saying, I started this fanfic series when I was in 7th grade or so. I am about to start my last year of high school so I hope you understand why (sort of ending, I'll explain later) ending this project is making me a little emotional. 

Thank you to all my supporters and readers who have stayed with me through these years or to any new comers. 

Here are some things I want people to know (I did mention this on my profile a few weeks ago)

The series as of now:

I will TRY to update Bride of the Demon, Freed from the Demon, Return of the Demon, and Defying their Demons. IF I DO EDIT THEM I will be posting the updated versions on a different fanfiction website, Archive of our Own (Ao3). I've outgrown Wattpad and I feel like Ao3 is a better fit for me. I WILL NOT be deleting the original series. The books on my profile will remain on Wattpad for those to enjoy. 

Honestly, I'll probably update them all during my next manic episode-

The last book:

You might be wondering, Hot Pocket, you told us there's going to be a last book, where the hell is it?

I don't know when I'll write it. To be perfectly honest, writing these things are a lot of work and since this year I will be busy with my senior year plus college search, I am going to be crazy busy. I really really really want to write the last book but it is going to take a while, so do not count on it right now. Though the book is planned to be rated mature since they are going to be adults in it. 

When (or if) I do write this book some things need to happen. Number 1) I want to make sure all the books are updated and uploaded. Number 2) I need to plot the damn thing. The last book is going to be my own story and does not follow a movie so thats fun. That in itself is going to take a while. Number 3) I need to write it.

So you can see that is it going to be some time before I even write the first chapter. And if or when I do write it, the updates will be slow and inconsistent which I apologize for. 

For those who want to read it but dont like Ao3, I might post it on here after its completed but do not count on it, Im sorry.

So yeah, that is my plan. Right now, I am going to relish in the fact I sort of completed a fanfiction series, then worry about the future when the time comes. If you want me to take a wild guess, I would say sometime in 2022.

Some quick things I want to put out there, if you want to get in touch with me, my socials are in my bio, I actually posted on tiktok which is basically my cringe art, since wattpad does not like giving me notifications, which is why it takes me a while to get back to you. So if you want to chat or say a quick hi, thats where you reach me!

And I tried to start a discord server but it flopped so if you want me to make another one so I can get your input about the last book, if you want spoilers, questions answered, want my headcanons of Y/n and Damian, or want me to write little personalized hcs of YOU and Damian leave a comment.

One last thing before I go, I cannot for the life of me remember if I announced what the title of the last book is planned to be so I shall leave you with it.
