"Y/n, are you ready?" I heard my mom call me. "I will be there in a minute" I checked my phone to see if I received any reply from ahjumma but no. In all of this drama I completely forgot about my parents. They were supposed to be here at the birthday party. And they did come on that day. They were chatting with Eunwoo parents and all. I only realized they came when I met Eunwoo later that night. After Jimin left I went to fresh up and when I came back Eunwoo was waiting for me.

He told me my parents came and they know about our relationship. He didn't get enough time to tell them the truth since they were with his parents. I told him it is fine cause I don't think Jungkook will bother about it now. He told me to wait till he gets the confirmation of his position in the company.

Eunwoo can get it without this drama but he doesn't want to disappoint his grandma I think. I sighed in frustration when I checked my phone again. "What's taking you so long?" my mom asked me peeking through the door. "Nothing" I locked my phone and went out with her. "We are waiting for you downstairs" I followed her with my luggage. Jungkook and boys left right after the party cause they have schedules to attend. I didn't get to bid farewell to Jungkook. He didn't talk to me after the dance. I don't know what he was thinking.

"Thanks for having us" my mom thanked them. "You are always welcome to stay" his mom replied. "Now that they are dating it would be more appropriate" his grandma said making them laugh. "We should leave. We will miss our flight if not" my dad informed thanking them once again. I hugged everyone and waved to Eunwoo who was staying back to finish some work related to company.

"Is it true?" I looked at my mom confused. "What?" she rolled her eyes. "You and Eunwoo" I looked away not knowing what to answer. "Didn't he tell you?" she smacked my head. "I leave you for a month and you are already dating" I whined rubbing my head. "Mom?" she mumbled something like she didn't expect to hear from others and all. I ignored her and closed my eyes. I know she is acting like that not cause of me dating. She wanted to hear from me about my life first.

They were the kind of parents who would celebrate if I dated anyone. My mom always pestered me about boyfriends when I was in school and college. She would worry if I will ever get married in future. If it really happens, she would be the first to be happy. I closed my eyes and slept for the remaining drive.

It's been a week since I came back to home. Eunwoo resigned the job as he was announced as the CEO. News spread like fire and everyone started getting interested in him more. They would ask us about him and his love life. It was getting tired with all the attention. I couldn't get the chance to speak with ahjumma either. Since I took almost a week leave, I didn't get any leaves too. She wasn't answering my messages nor my calls. So, I didn't have any other option to contact her.

"Hey Y/n" Soojin came with her tray and sat in front of me. "Hi" she placed the food in front of me. "I brought your favourite" I sighed when I remembered Eunwoo. "I miss him" I frowned thinking how we three were always together. "Me too. I never thought he will accept the position though"

"I know he would. He was the only son so he had to" she sighed looking down. "Why don't you tell him?" she looked at me confused. "What?" I smiled at her. "That you like Eunwoo" her eyes widened at my comment. "I don't like him" I chuckled at her. "You can't fool me" she played with her food thinking. "I wanted to tell him but when he asked you to be his fake girlfriend, I know my chances are very less"

"You never know how he feels" she shook her head denying my words. "We should go quick. Or else our maanger will kill us" she changed the topic but I know she was sad. I didn't expect this to happen. I only observed since last two days and realized she likes him as more than friend. If only I knew before I would have never agreed to his plan. We finished our lunch and went back to work as usual.

"I will see you tomorrow" I waved to Soojin as she walked towards the bus stop. I grabbed my bag and made my way to the house. Today was tiring. It was not only because of the work but due to the gossips also. I was getting tired of all of this drama with them. I messaged Eunwoo to check how he doing. Instead of reply I received call from him.

"Hey" I smiled hearing his voice. "Hi, how are you?"

"I am good. Just busy" I stopped at the regular café. "How are things at work?" I sighed thinking about the gossips. "Bad. Everyone is talking about you" he chuckled. "I am sure they are bothering you and Soojin"

"Did you call Soojin?" I asked him curious. "No, I didn't. I was busy with the work" I hummed in reply thinking she will be sad. "Hey I have to go" I heard some commotion in the background and know something happened. "Ok, talk to you later" he bid me bye and hang up the call. I ordered my coffee and walked back to my home. I sipped it while walking enjoying the weather.

I felt relaxing after a cup of coffee. I hummed to the new song as I walked. I sighed in relief when I saw my home. Finally, I can relax after a long day with good sleep. my smile dropped when I saw the person who opened the door. "Hey Y/n, surprise"
