(The episode starts with an overview of the streets of Vale being decorated in time for the Vytal Festival. Red, yellow, and green streamers and balloons are proudly on display, and Team JNPR is strolling through it all with an awed Jaune Arc. A sign is being put up by the elderly Shopkeep that reads in bright red letters "WELCOME TO VALE!" for all the foreign newcomers from their respective kingdoms of Remnant.)

Jaune: So this is the Vytal Festival! Just as wonderful as Weiss described.

Nora: You said it, fearless leader.

Pyrrha: A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances! Parades! A tournament! Oh, the amount of planning and organization that goes into this event is simply breathtaking!

Jaune: Indeed. I wonder how's Team RWBY doing.

Ren: She said she heard that students visiting from Vacuo will be arriving by ship today. And, as a representative of Beacon, she feels it's her solemn duty to welcome them to this kingdom.

Nora: More like she wants to spy on them so she'll have the upper hand in the tournament.

Jaune: How would you know, Nora? We don't have any evidence.

Ren: Jaune has a point, you know.

(Then they see Team RWBY standing ahead as Ruby focuses at a shattered window down the street and a door full of yellow caution tape of the Vale Police Force before walking over to the detective in front, who is writing on his pad. He approaches them as well.)

Jaune: What happened here?

Ruby: I'd be asking the same.

Detective 1: Robbery. Second Dust shop to be hit this week. This place is turning into a jungle. (walks over to his partner)

Jaune: Dude, that's terrible.

Detective 2: (off screen, to his partner) They left all the money again.

Ruby: (turning her head when she hears this) Huh?

Jaune: Okay, now it's getting weird.

Detective 1: Yeah, just doesn't make a lick of sense. Who needs that much Dust?

Detective 2: I don't know, an army?

Detective 1: You're thinking the White Fang is involved?

Jaune: (sighs) White Fang...

Weiss: I know, right? (crosses her arms) What an awful bunch of degenerates!

Blake: What's your problem?

Weiss: (turning to her) My problem? I simply don't care for the criminally insane.

Blake: The White Fang is hardly a bunch of psychopaths. (crossing her arms, getting serious) They're a collection of misguided Faunus.

Weiss: Misguided? They want to wipe Humanity off the face of the planet!

Jaune: Well, the only one I know who would actually need that much Dust instead of money is currently in prison. (in mind) Or is he...

Weiss: See? That just proves that the White Fang are a bunch of scum. (to Blake's growing anger) Those Faunus only know how to lie, cheat, and steal.

Yang: That's not necessarily true..

Sailor 1: (off-screen) Hey, stop that Faunus!

(The huntsmen rush to help the sailor as they see a Faunus with a golden monkey tail named Sun Wukong running down the length of the boat and leaping on to the edge as the two sailors are about to apprehend him.)

Sun: (looking back at his pursuers) Thanks for the ride, guys! Haha! (he jumps off and hits the dock running)

Sailor 2: You no-good stowaway!

Sun: (using his tail to hang on a lamppost while he peels back a banana) Hey! A no-good stowaway would've been caught! I'm a great stowaway! (before he eats, one of the detectives down below throws a stone at him to get his attention)

Detective 1: Hey! Get down from there this instant!

(Sun drops the banana peel on the detective's face, who growls in return. The monkey-like Faunus twirls up to crouch on the lamppost, laughs in amusement, and proceeds to leap off and run away from the detectives. Jaune then prepares to transform.)

Jaune: Henshin!

KAMEN RIDE: DECADE!

(Jaune becomes Decade and chases after Sun along with the officers as he pulls out a card and transforms again.)

KAMEN RIDE: DRIVE!

(Decade becomes Drive and keeps chasing after Sun as he almost catches up to him, but bumps into someone.)

Decade (Drive): Oops, sorry.

(He turns to see that Sun disappeared.)

Decade (Drive): Great, he got away. (sees the man down) Are you alright?

(He reaches out his hand to help him up, and he accepts it as he dusts himself and sees Jaune as a Kamen Rider.)

????: You must be the new Kamen Rider Decade, right?

Decade (Drive): How do you know that?

????: Tsukasa and Kaito are not the only ones who got knowledge about Kamen Riders. I'm George Karizaki! Pleased to meet you!

(George extends a handshake and Jaune accepts it as he detransforms.)

Jaune: My name is Jaune! (sees his teammates approaching him) These are Nora, Pyrrha and Ren. They're my teammates. Sorry for running into you, by the way. Take care!

(As he is about to walk away, George stops him.)

George: Wait.

Jaune: Huh?

George: Since you're Decade, I would like to test you.

Jaune: Wait, what?

(George opens up a suitcase.)

(He picks up the Juuga Driver and the Juuga Vistamp as he places the Driver in his waist.)

JUUGA DRIVER!

(He activates his vistamp.)

JUUGA!

(Then he places it at his Driver.)

REX! MEGALODON! EAGLE! MAMMOTH! PTERA! LION! JACKAL! KONG! KAMAKIRI! BRACHIO!

George: Henshin!

SCRAMBLE! JUSSHU NO IDENSHI! TSUYOKI KOKOROZASHI! HAZERO, HOERO, CHOUETSU SEYO! KAMEN RIDER JUUGA! GO OVER.

(Jaune then prepares to transform as well.)

Jaune: Henshin!

KAMEN RIDE: DECADE!

(Jaune becomes Decade, and prepares to fight Juuga.)

Juuga: Bring it on!

(Decade brings out his Ride Booker and turns it to "Blade Mode" as both he and Juuga charge at each other. Juuga's punches clash with Decade's slashes until Juuga overpowers him and starts punching him before kicking him down.)

Juuga: You're pulling your punches by any chance?

(Decade then pulls out a card and inserts it on his driver.)

KAMEN RIDE: SABER! BRAVE DRAGON~! REKKA ISSATSU! YUKI NO RYUU TO KAENKEN REKKA GA MAJIWARU TOKI, SHINKU NO TSURUGI GA AKU WO TSURANUKU!

(Decade becomes Saber and resumes his fight against Juuga as he dodges his attacks while pulling another card and inserting it on his driver.)

ATTACK RIDE: KAENKEN REKKA!

(Decade (Saber) summons the Kaenken Rekka and lands some slashes on Juuga.)

Juuga: Not bad... but it's not enough!

(Juuga kicks him in the gut, but Decade (Saber) quickly shoots a fire slash before preparing to transform into another Kamen Rider.)

KAMEN RIDE: BUILD! HAGANE NO MOONSAULT! RABBITTANK! YEAH!

(Decade becomes Build as both he and Juuga prepare to finish the fight.)

Juuga/Decade (Build): Let's end this!

IMPULSE GENOME EDGE!

FINAL ATTACK RIDE: B-B-B-BUILD!

(Then they perform their Rider Kicks as the attacks collide, and an explosion happens. As the dust settles, both George and Jaune detransform as they get up.)

George: You have passed!

Jaune: What?

George: You're worthy of being a Kamen Rider, Jaune Arc.

(Then George prepares to leave as he turns to him.)

George: We'll meet again.

(As George leaves, Pyrrha approaches Jaune)

Pyrrha: Well, that was intense.

Jaune: Yeah, I almost lost. Who knew there could be stronger Kamen Riders...

(Suddenly he sees Blake running past him.)

Jaune: Blake?

Nora: What happened to her.

Jaune: Well, I'll find out.

Pyrrha: I'm coing with you.

Jaune: No, you're not. I'll do it myself!

(Jaune goes after Blake and arrives at a statue of an armored man with a sword and a hooded woman wielding an axe on an outcropping, staring at the Beowolf under the stone heroes in particular. He then approaches Blake.)

Jaune: Blake?

Blake: (shocked) Jaune?

Jaune: You don't seem to be okay... (stern) Carol picked on you again, didn't she?

Blake: No... I just had an argument with Weiss, and I ended up...

Jaune: You ended up what?

(She closes her eyes and slowly lifts her arms up to her bow and pulls the string to release the bow from her hair. She wipes away a tear away as the camera pulls up to reveal her Faunus ears.)

Jaune: (eyes widen) You're a faunus?

Blake: (sobs) Sorry, Jaune... I didn't mean to hurt you or anyone else...

(On the verge of crying, she hugs Jaune, who hugs her back.)

Jaune: Blake, I understand you. I know how it feels to be treated like a criminal. The sad truth is that... My family never appreciated me... they never wanted me to be a huntsman... if it weren't for Ozpin, or the Kamen Riders Decade & Diend before me... I wouldn't even get to put my feet on Beacon. Even I did things I'm can't be proud of.

Blake: It looks like we are on the same boat...

(As both Jaune and Blake lean in like they're about to kiss, a male voice is heard.)

????: Mind if I join in?

(They turn to see Sun Wukong.)

Jaune: Hey, it's you.

(The scene then shifts to Jaune and Blake's teammates walking through the empty streets of Vale.)

Ruby: She's been gone all weekend...

Nora: Don't worry, our fearless leader must have found her. She'll be fine.

Weiss: I didn't want to say that, but I'm more worried about your leader than Blake. I mean, she's a big girl, I'm sure she can handle herself! As for...

Pyrrha: Weiss, Jaune is MY teammate! Worry about YOURS!

Weiss: MY teammate? You clearly didn't hear the rest of our argument, did you?

Ren: So you argued again...

Yang: Blake just admitted that she's a member of White Fang... well, maybe she is, maybe she isn't. Either way, she's missing, and we need to find her!

Weiss: A member of the White Fang! Right underneath our noses!

Ruby: I just hope she's okay...

Pyrrha: Same about Jaune...

(Elsewhere, Blake is sipping a cup of tea while sighing> She looks at Jaune and Sun, who are holding their drinks and take a sip.)

Blake: So, you want to know more about me...
