New Rule for Battles

Queens (and any cat taking care of kits) can now use 2 energy to defend during a battle as normal, 'cause protecting kits from an enemy is more important than watching over them.

New Rule for Borders

If the border strength is below 10 then every border patrol will gain +1 border strength.

New Rule for Sickness

You can get Redcough from being inactive for more than two days. But you can ask another person to control your cat for a day or two if you want. If you're going to be inactive for a week or something like that then just tell me and you'll be fine>
