Tue. 6

first of all, lemme account for my absence yesterday. I was incredibly drowsy to write anything, hence i decided to sleep and today I'll tell you my motion.

My school is decorating and preparing for a heap of activities this Christmas month. We have a workshop in which we can decorate ginger biscuits with cream and chocolate... and it costs a fortune (for me at least). We have 3 X-mas trees on the main stage of the school yard. They're not so beautiful yet brings a winter vibe into my campus. We are also raising money for a school fund as well. I have to promote, rally the troops and encourage people in my team to donate, which resembles to an owner insisting his money. All of the money will be used to buy backpacks, and the faculty stimulates us to give the charity at least 50... (please hide the currency), however, it depends on our heart.

Fun things aside, we got our test dates yesterday. The bad things won't fall through Christmas, but after Christmas :0 that means, we don't have carefree holidays. That means, we have to learn no matter what day it will be. I'm fine with that!

Overall, today and yesterday was both stressful and fun. Let's see what happens next.

Thu. 8

After a long time, I had an opportunity to narrate a long story! My voice is not really apt for the story background yet the conversations between characters. At the end of the story, I read it out loud while trembling. I didn't have any idea how the whole virtual class would react to my storytelling as everyone turned off the camera. Fortunately, luck came into it! My teacher congratulated me on my successful narration, which made me happy till now.

My school opened a booth so that students can buy and give candies, chocolates, biscuits, hair clips, charms,... to their beloveds. Nevertheless, the commodities there were freaking expensive! Accordingly, I didn't buy anything.

One more fun thing to tell, the EDM club of my school launched a series of musical performances publicly during intermissions! Loads of good songs echoed through classes, especially when they played "All I want for Christmas is you", the whole school seemed to sang together! One of the best moments of this week.

Sat. 10

Today I eventually have free time (not really spare time but...) to put down some lines. I'm just so thrilled! Today is absolutely a blast!

Concierto first! I watched the 10th anniversary live concert of Nikki on YouTube with thousands of people. We were amazed at the lavishness, gorgeousness of the concert stage. It was elaborated with flowers, snowflakes, lights, petals, dandelions,... We were astounded at the meticulousness of all the animations that were shown. Each and every videos, previews, piece of animated stories, piece of cloth, ... were done to their fullest. Even 2-dimensional videos, 3 dimensional photos,... everything of the digital art is beyond my imagination, as usual. I must appreciate Paper Games company for this gift. I even bursted into tears when Nikki received a hair wreath from her grandma and they embraced each other warmly.
Last but not least, we were elated by the orchestra. As this is a concert, the orchestra played a crucial role in the whole procedure. Shanghai Orchestra did really well, since I love from the person who stood on the podium, to the trumpet player, to flute playing, to violinists, to the skillful pianist, to the drummer, to the bass players, and the harp woman,... everyone did their good job! I was astonished when a group of traditional music players appeared. They played my childhood music brilliantly and I bursted!

Beside that concert, I watched a ballet performance from Russia, Nutcracker, which was beyond my expectations. The stage was carefully ornate, the dresses were so realistic and gorgeous. The content of the story is explicit, easy to comprehend.

I was notified about the tests' schedules, did a math test today greatly, ordered a nail set, savored a lovely and cozy dinner with my fam. I'm now toasting in my duvet with no fear of coldness or bleakness.

My life is far better and luckier than others' and I must treasure these time, work harder to be on a par with what I am depending on.

Sun. 10

I went to the supermarket with my mom and little brother. We bought so many sweets, candies, ... for the New Year to come! I took plenty of photos of modernized-packaged commodities. I was amazed at boxes of cereal corn flakes flavored. I fancy seeing adorable French packages, reading information about a variety of products that are imported from foreign countries. I love the bakery in which they fetch baguettes, sesame bread, lovely birthday cakes, slices of bread, sausages and so on. I love the tranquility and the background music played through morning. Just memorable!

Though I know that our expense, income,... is hung in the balance as the global economy is facing adversities, we can't be oblivious of the coming festivities, celebrations,... I'm trying my best to cut down on the money I spend :( I even has not dared to ask my mom for a new handy computer, which we all use in calculating, because I am afraid that she just can't afford it.

Stuck, strain, severity. That's all I can describe:( hope everything will better.
