Akshu can see how her son is longing for Abhimanyu's presence in his life. Even she miss him a lot. So she decided to take him to udaipur. It was a surprise visit. When Goenkas opened the door they saw Abhir, Akshu and Abhinav at the doorstep.

Suhasini: we thought! We were dreaming. You are here for real?

Abhir: yeah. I missed you all, even mumma missed all. So she took me back to here for somedays

Suwarna: come in kids. Why you guys are standing at the door like strangers.

They entered the house. They are tired due to the travel. They left to the room for a quick nap.

After one hour

Akshara was getting ready to go to Birla house to meet Arohi, Neil and roohi. She took out her favourite saree and drape it beautifully

Akshu: *surprised* I was getting ready to meet you. How did you read my mind. Where are Neil and Roohi?

They took him to Birla hospital. Abhi's assistant doctor ( Neeti, lady doctor, as Rohan promoted from intern, Abhi opt another intern under his guidance) is there outside the icu. Birlas also arrived. Mahima wants to hurt Akshu with words but she is concerned about Abhi's health. Just then Rohan comes out of the ICU.

Neetu: how is he? What happened to him. Tell something Rohan Bhai

Rohan comes near Akshara, his bhabhi.

He is in coma... The wound in my head was so deep. I tried a lot but !!!

Arohi: it was a deep cut. We don't know how long he will be in this condition . We can hope for the best and cheer him up.

Just then he understand that he is not in a real world. He is somewhat is imaginary world were his Akshu is not yet born.

Surekha: do you remember anything??
