As I cooked dinner, the sun slowly went down and the house cooled quickly. "So, do you not have proper heating and cooling?" Vegeta asked as he rubbed his arms as chilly wind blew through the house. "I wish it did though." I spoke quietly and it went silent, only the crackling of the food breaking the silence. "Food is almost ready," I told him, not once looking away from the pan. "What are you cooking anyway?" He asked with a hint of confusion in his voice. I didn't respond back and he raised his voice. "What are you cooking?" I sighed and put the spatula down. "I'm cooking some hamburgers," he got up from his chair and stood beside me along the counter side. "Why won't you look at me and talk to me?" He leaned on the counter with his back and I looked at him. "Maybe if you weren't a strange alien demanding food and a place to live the second you met me!" I barked at him and he flinched at my voice. "I am a prince! I have the right to woman!" He barked back and I turned off the stove as I looked back up at him. "Maybe if your ego wasn't bigger than your brain, maybe I would be more comfortable with you!" He was hurt by my words. He coward down as I took the food off the pan and put it on a plate. "I never should of came to this stupid planet!" He yelled while taking his food and heading to the room I gave him. "Well I feel the same way!" Anger and rage had filled me to the brim with his attitude. He slammed the door when he got to his room and I marched to mine, slamming my door and putting my plate on my nightstand while getting into bed. It was gonna take a long time to get used to him being around, especially since he acts like this.

I didn't even eat my food last night, but I woke up at dawn to pounding on my door and the pacing of foot steps. I slowly got up as the banging got more obnoxious. I opened the door a little bit, stopping him in his tracks. "What do you want?" A snarl came out as he put a hand on the door. "Listen, I'm sorry okay?!" He yelled and my brows burrowed. "You're sorry? You certainly don't sound it!" I mocked him and his face started turning red. "How dare you mock me,  the prince of all saiyans!" He got in my face yelling, his veins starting to pulse in his forehead. "Geez, you're angry for being a kid." I huffed and he backed off a little. "I am not a kid!" I cocked my brow and crossed my arms. "Then how old are you Vegeta?" He pinched the bridge of his nose and Shut his eyes tightly. "Isn't it obvious, I'm 16!" I nodded and watched his movements. "You've never told me your name or age either." He tapped his foot and crossed his arms back. "I'm y/n, I'm only 15," His eyes widened a little. "You look a little bit older than 15, I thought you were like 17 or 18!" I shook my head and he calmed down. "This Is taking a lot out of me but I'm s-sorry." He looked away and I looked down. "I'm sorry too, I ain't used to having someone around, it's something new for me." He looked back and me and had a small smile, not a smirk this time. "If it makes you feel better, I don't have parents either, mine died." I gasped and put a hand on his shoulder. "I'm sorry that happened to you!" He shrugged and I took seat on the bed as he sat beside me. "You know what?" I hummed at him and he leaned over with one leg on the bed. "We're just prisoners here of our own device." I cocked a confused brow, signaling for him to explain. "Our bodies are a prison, and reality is like a cell." Even though it didn't make sense, it made sense in its own little way. "But there is another reason why I came to earth." He looked down and I watched him. "I came for the dragon balls." My mind raced, how could he know about them?! "I'm gonna wish for immorality and live forever!" I stood up from the bed as he got up after me. "Of course I could always wish the same for you." He spoke as he rubbed the back of his neck with a small chuckle and blush covering his cheeks. "I found this device when I moved in, the old people must of left it." I spoke as I rumaged through the dresser to pull out a green cloth that was hiding something. "I think this will help us find them." He leaned over and watched as I uncovered it. The green screen blinking, signaling a ball was near with the ball appearing on the screen. "If you didn't know where one of them was at, then why is it blinking in our location?" He spoke, his brows burrowing as I gulped and covered it back up while letting out a awkward chuckle.
