Lachlan's POV

Ugh, school. I'm just happy I'm home and it's Friday. It's already night and I'm tired. I'm just going to bed, so I dragged myself to my room. I don't even care if I'm still in my same clothes and didn't eat dinner.

After dealing with girls looking at and crushing on you, basketball practice and school work. Plus, I get to see that cute looking boy again. I wonder what's next...

I soon fell in a deep sleep as soon as I crash into my soft covers...
..............................

I open my eyes as usual for this past days. Hm... something seems different though. The black haired boy was there but it looks like his on a one-seat table with a notebook, pencil and a cup of coffee.

The place was also looking different. Instead of a black space. It looks like the coffee place that I go to with my pals. Reminds me that we decided to be going there tomorrow at morning.

Soon enough, I blanked out.
...............................

I woke up with the rays of the sun outside my window. Dang, morning already? I gotta get ready to go then. Taking a quick bath, brushing my teeth and taking a comfortable and suitable clothes for me to wear.

I grabbed my house keys, wallet and phone, stuffing it in my pockets then going out the door.

I locked my house and faced the morning day. Seems to be slightly cloudy today.

I jogged down the sidewalk, the destined coffee shop just a few miles away from my place. It's a pretty nice place to hang out on a morning like this.

I was able to find Rob just a mile ahead of me. "Hey Rob!" I chirped. "Oh hey Lachlan!" He turned his head to me. I was able to catch up to him. "How's your day going so far?" I asked. He shrugs "Eh, good. You?", I respond "Fairly well".

Both of us entered the glass doors. I hear the familiar voice of the Bacca himself "Yo guys!". We looked to see the rest already in a booth. We casually walked to the both and took our seats.

"Good to see everyone here." Mitch leaned back at his seat. "I could barely get any sleep last night, because the neighbors were throwing a party 2 AM in the morning." Brandon yawned sleepily.

"I think Anna Hatley threw the party, her parents were out for this week and she wanted to impress this boy from the basketball team." Rob rolled his eyes. Ah, typical.

"Name?" I ask. "Charles Lorenzo." Rob answers. "Charles is a good basketball player. I can say" I muttered. Everyone nodded.

"Has anyone heard about Alex's accident in soccer?" Jerome brings up a new topic. "Alex? You mean Alexander Sarik? He sprained his ankle pretty bad..." Brandon mutters.

"His foot slipped when he was with the ball, he tumbled, spraining his ankle in the process and was placed in the clinic until his parents came to take him to the hospital... It does sound bad." Jerome makes a disgusted look.

I move my eyes around the coffee shop, and silencing all the sounds. I perked up when I see him. That boy... he looks like the one in my dream last night. He's in the same seat and table. Identical clothes and looks. The same notebook, pencil and cup of coffee.

I blushed when I see him move his hair to the side, so I can see his eyes. Those eyes..., that caramel and chocolate mix color, they seem to sparkle than anyone else's I've seen. His hair that looks like the midnight sky, covered a bit of his face, but I can just see it enough. His height was the same as he was in my visions. He looks even more cute in real life!

Oh shit, I think I've been staring at him for to long, and I probably think he can feel it. I was able to turn away from him before he can catch me. Now I feel his eyes land on me. I am doing my best act that I don't seem to notice him, yet I do. It was hard not to be suspicious.

Thankfully, the waitress came over to us before I exploded. She took our orders, I took a Frappuccino, Mitch ordered a Caramel Macchiato, Jerome wanted the black, Rob asked the Breve and Brandon, who took the Espresso one.

We can all see the waitress trying to flirt on Jerome, saying cheesy pick-up lines and complimenting. All of us can tell Mitch is getting angry. Probably going to snap any moment and set this place on fire, because hell no man do you want to make Mitch mad. He will absolultely destroy you when you try to take his man.

The waitress left before Mitch could murder her, but not leaving without sending a wink to Jerome, which made Mitch twitch. Jerome reassured him that he has no interest on the waitress as he squeezes his hand.

My eyes traveled back to the cute boy, some feet away from our table. I would want to talk to him, but I wouldn't want to make things awkward. Our eyes met each other for a second and a quickly faced away. My heart somehow started to beat faster than usual.

The guys noticed at how I became suddenly tense. "You okay Lach?" Rob raises an eyebrow at me. I looked at them and whispered "Remember that dream boy in my head at nights I told you yesterday?". They all shook their heads 'yes'. I made a small gesture to the short male, who luckily wasn't paying attention to us. "That's him. I also saw him in my dreams last night."

They pointed their orbs at the direction I showed them and they gasped. "That's him?" Brandon's eyes widened. "Oh my gosh, he is close to what I pictured for him to look like." Mitch commented. We were talking like gossip girls.

Brandon then suddenly nudged my arm with his "Are you you going to talk to him?". I shook my head "Nah. Maybe some other time.". Jerome then urges me to go "You may not be able to see him again though!" Well he does have a reason that I should....

Nah....

"Mmm... nah, I think I'll wait for the right time..." I shrugged. "Fine, but don't come whining to us that you didn't ask him out earlier ." Rob says. "Alright, but if I still get to see him and get his number you better ask Preston out the next day." I take my hand out. He hesitates for a moment but the he shakes my palm. "Deal." He responds.

The waitress came back with our drinks a few minutes after. Her giving a flirty smile to Jerome as she gave his drink, causing Mitch to give her a death stare. Rob and Jerome had to keep him on his seat before he could scream at the woman. She left a few minutes later. The Merome couple had a small talk making Mitch calm down and smile.

We talked and laughed. They wouldn't stop teasing me and the boy. I wouldn't blame them though. I find myself taking glances of him every few minutes. Maybe nearly getting caught twice by the indian-looking boy.

The day went by, we finished our coffee and the waitress came back with the check. Of course she gave it to Jerome with her number scribbled on it and a note saying 'call me xxx' before leaving.

Mitch gritted his teeth got a red pen from his pocket and wrote down:

'He's taken already you whore. No tip.'

Right next to the waitress's number.  Mitch smirked as he put his pen back in his pocket. We all laughed at his evil scheme. Rob gave the exact money, We stood up from our booth and were about to leave the cafe.

I took one last glance at the small boy. This time, he finally caught me. Our eyes met for a second, blue meets brown, before I turned away and left. I swear that will be my most favorite second today.

Mitch sighs in relief once we were all out "Thank Lord we were out of that dump". I snickered "It wasn't that bad of a dump". He then glared back at me, "Having a slutty waitress try to still my man is not bad?!" He says as he grabs Jerome and hugs him tightly. "Alright, maybe minus the waitress part it wouldn't be bad" I chuckled. Mitch then huffs and lets go of Jerome before he suffocates him.

We were bantering as we went to the gym for our weekly workout practice. Brandon thought it will be a good idea to do a small race as we get there. "LAST ONE THERE HAS TO PAY FOR LUNCH LATER." The smile yelled as he dashed. We all screamed at him as we ran.

Sadly, Rob was last, "Rob-a-dob-flob has to pay for lunch!" Jerome points and Rob. Rob then slaps Jerome's hand making him say "Ow."

During that day. I still couldn't believe I saw the real dream boy at the coffee shop this morning. I'm going to cherish that glance from that coffee shop. Forever. I hope I'll be able to see him again.

==================
Yeah. It's pretty shitty. I couldn't think of something good. Hope this is alright though. Sorry for any misspelling or/and grammar. Just take it.
