"This was a bad idea, asking all of you to help, because the plan requires one person risking their lives and facing the corruption head on."

"But who will do that?" Angel asked.

"I don't mean anything by this, but I'm curious to know what would happen if you were to be corrupted. Would your powers switch to Light powers?"

"Or, you mean that I should go."

"That's not what I—"

"I'll go."

"Think about this for a moment," Skull, Angel's partner, warned.

"I have. Zap."

"What?"

"Are there any hidden areas I can hide in?"

"There—come on, Angel, you wouldn't be asking particularly me for this particular favor if you didn't know where one was."

Angel grinned. "Exactly. See you soon!"

"Hold on," Static said. "What do we do?"

"Alright. All of us will check on Angel once she—if she gets corrupted. We need to know what happens and how we can reverse it," I said. "I know, this seems like too much people for this one step, but with the size of the Academy, our size matters, too."

"Alright, there's only three things to consider when looking out:

"One: definitely don't be discovered—stay hidden. Who knows what they can and will do?

"Two: stay attentive—at this point, all information we can gather is simple.

"Finally, three: know what to do—be prepared. If anything ever happens if things go wrong, please be safe. If they charge you, run or fight. If you can't see anything useful, move around."

"Alright," Magnet said, "that seems dangerous. But it seems alright enough."

"This is so dangerous and I'm so scared," I mumbled. As everyone started moving to locations, Flow walked over to me. "I found out where Pacifia is."

"Spill," I said.

"She's fine. She just lost it a bit. I saw her curled up by the Cliff, in a corner that is too easy to pass by."

"Ah, geez... what did you do?"

"She wouldn't talk to me. I could try again, or you could try."

"Flow, please try again."

"Got it, Zap."

Flow proceeded to run to the Cliff as I ran towards the spot Angel was referring to.
