Different Beings and their Souls

All living beings on Earth have a Soul. A Soul can appear outside the body right before death or during high use of magic/natural ability. All Souls have the same shape: a small, spherical orb that glows. The color of a Soul changes depending on the being, and even more so, have different traits based on the color.

For mortal beings, the Soul is one color.

For immortal beings, the Soul can be multiple colors (usually around 2-3, with rare cases of 4).

For Gods and Celestials, the Soul comes in every color imaginable. These Souls are often called 'Prismatic Souls'.

Souls saturation levels also indicate the level of natural ability the individual has. Referring back to what Magic is, Natural Ability is nothing like it. Similar, yes, but far different, as it's purely the Soul's given ability to a person, and never changes based on the person. A very saturated Soul is for those with very strong natural abilities. A very pale or pastel Soul is for those who rely heavily on magic. A desaturated or darkened Soul is... well, a deceased one!

In the modern times, it's much rarer to find someone with a perfectly saturated Soul, so it's safe to assume most beings either can't access their natural abilities, don't have either magic or the natural ability, or have very little of it to use.

Soul Colors

There are 14 different Soul Colors, 2 of them uniquely different from the other 12. Let's go over those colors real fast!

Soul Traits and Abilities

Now that we have gone over the colors of the Soul, we should go over the natural abilities associated with each color as well as the trait it represents. Keep in mind that just because a person has a specific color Soul, they are not always gonna represent that trait. Many do embody that trait, but it's really not a guarantee. 

Do keep in mind that fully white and black Souls don't exist, but they do exist as a border to the other Souls. This effect is usually seen in Sillombres and Luminombres, but hybrids of those species can be seen to have them (and their respective gods also contain this border).
