Hermione's POV
I was walking to the common room when i saw a potter I really didn't want to deal with him so i said "Look Potter i really don't have the energy or mood to deal pick on me another day" but then Potter did the most unbelievable thing he hugged me i was so Surprised "Potter what are you doing?!" I said but he just playfully smiled and said "I'm hugging you silly" but I replied "But why would you hug me you bullied me ever since the first day i met you on king's cross" then he let go of me and said "I am really sorry Hermione" i was shocked the great Harry Potter apologizing "That day you i heard in the bathroom I didn't realize that i made your life a living hell and since i lost my parents i know how it feels but you are different i have so many friends to comfort me and no bullies but you only have one friend and so many people who make fun of you and no you are not useless i was just jealous so i hope you can please forgive me" he continued it took me a minute to process the information and then i was the one who hugged him "and just so you know i dumped Weasley for calling you those thing "Oh Harry you didn't have to" "yes i did Hermione no one calls you that and gets away with it" he replied i felt overwhelmed with joy "Thank you Harry" then we let go it was such a nice feeling getting a new friend it made you feel like you won the whole world and i think i can trust Harry he never hugs anyone but yet he showed me sympathy and i am super grateful .
