Leora doesn't know how she found herself with Liam. The others were in Scott's house, making sure he would be okay. Malia had called Braeden for help so Braeden was there as well. Liam said that he thought he could track Mason down with getting his scent and he managed to convince Leora to go with him. Leora hated that he used his puppy dog eyes. He knew she couldn't say no to them.

So now she's running in the woods alongside him. She felt a lot better after earlier. She had took a break and sat down for awhile at Scott's house, but she still felt exhausted and weak.

"I'm getting something." Liam says, continuing to run. "Come on, let's go!"

"Alright, alright." Leora mumbled, doing her best to catch up to him. She felt like her body was about to collapse, but she forced herself to keep going.

"Why are you slowing down?" Liam questioned, glancing back at her with furrowed eyebrows.

"I'm not." Leora lied, even though she was. She could barely keep up with Liam's pace. She knew she needed to find Mason, but her body protested with each step.

Liam stopped, realizing she wasn't next to him. She had stopped to catch her breath and her legs were trembling. She was struggling. Liam went back over to her with a sigh. "You're slowing down." Liam stated, noticing her heavy breathing.

"No, I'm not." Leora argued, trying to stand upright and hide her fatigue.

Liam sighs, his frustration evident as he slowed his pace to match hers. "Look, if you can't keep up, just tell me. I can handle this on my own."

Leora shakes her head, determined to push through despite her fatigue. "No, I'm fine. Let's just keep going." She said, pushing past him and forcing herself to run again.

Liam follows her, easily catching up and running in front of her. "Leo, you can barely keep up." He says, grabbing her hand and gently pulling her along. "Just go back to Scott's. You're gonna pass out if you keep going like this."

Leora shakes her head and continues to protest. "No, I'm-"

She was cut off by the feeling of her body collapsing and she was soon being held by Liam.

"See? I told you." He muttered. He lifted Leora into his arms, carrying her with ease. "Go to sleep, okay? You need the rest."

"I don't want to. We have to find Mason..." Leora slurred, already half asleep. She was out before she could finish her sentence. She was finally getting the rest she so desperately needed.

Liam sighed and walked her back to Scott's house. He was frustrated. She should've told him she was feeling bad. He understood why she didn't, though. She was so stubborn. It was annoying.

He got to Scott's house and dropped her off with the others, setting her down on the couch before he went back out to keep searching for Mason.

****

Leora woke up at Scott's house. She didn't know how long she had been out, but she was alone in a guest room. She got up, grimacing and holding her head when it started throbbing. She stepped out of the room, pausing in the hallway when she noticed Scott in his room. He was still asleep and thankfully his wounds were healing. But she knew she could help him heal faster.

She stumbled over to him, sitting down next to him. She felt relieved she was finally sitting down, but she didn't focus on that long before she held her hands up over the remaining wounds on Scott's body and her eyes glowed white.

She focused, using her healing powers to heal the last of his wounds. It was a lot harder than before, and she had to put a lot of effort into it now especially because of how weak she was. She knew she was about to pass out, but she hoped she could heal Scott more before she did. Suddenly, a hand grabbed her wrist, snapping her out of her trance. She blinked rapidly, her eyes going back to their normal color as looked up and saw it was Scott. He was awake and frowning at her.

"Don't. You're already exhausted." Scott scolded, his voice raspy from sleeping.

Leora's eyes dimmed, returning to their normal color. She sighs, knowing he was right. She was too weak. But she still felt bad. "I'm sorry."

"Don't be. I'm fine." Scott assures her, smiling softly. "They're just taking longer than normal to heal, but I'll be fine. Though thank you for trying." He told her as he let go of her wrist.

Leora nods, letting her hand fall on her lap, giving him a small smile. "You're welcome."

"So, how'd you end up back here without Liam?" Scott asked curiously.

Leora hesitated for a moment, debating how much to tell Scott about her encounter with Liam. She decided to keep it brief. "Liam thought he could track Mason down and convinced me to go with him. But I...I couldn't keep up with him. I got too tired and weak, so I think I passed out and I guess he carried me here."

Scott sighs, frowning slightly. "I wish you'd stop pushing yourself so hard."

"I couldn't just sit around while everyone else is trying to help. I had to do something." Leora says. "Besides, I'm feeling a little better now." She added, even though she was lying.

"No, you're not." Scott states, easily seeing through her lie. "I can hear your heartbeat. You're still tired." He heard her heart rate pick up slightly, confirming his suspicions. "You need to rest more."

Leora shakes her head. "But Liam's still out there and I'm worried about him." She quickly adds, "Don't tell anyone said that."

Scott chuckles softly, nodding in agreement. "Your secret's safe with me. But don't worry too much about Liam. He's tough, he can handle himself. Right now, you need to focus on getting your strength back."

Leora nods, appreciating Scott's reassurance. "Thanks, Scott. I'll try to rest."

Scott smiles warmly at her. "Good. And if you need anything, just let us know."

Leora nodded gratefully, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. With Scott's words echoing in her mind, she knew she needed to prioritize her own well-being. She couldn't help her friends if she was too exhausted to even stand. She went to ask Stiles to drop her off at home since she wasn't old enough yet to have her own car or license.

She thanked Stiles for giving her a ride home and didn't hesitate to head up to her room. She got into her pjs and did her nightly routine before climbing in bed and going to sleep.

****

The next morning she felt much better. She still felt a bit weak, but the rest had done her good. Lydia had came to pick her up this time to take her back to Scott's house where the others were at. She joined the group in the kitchen after thanking Lydia for the ride. She sat at the kitchen island at one of the stools, Liam happened to be sitting on the other one. Scott had still been sleeping which is good since he needed the rest.

"My dad's got an APB out..." Stiles explained.

"For a 5'8 16 year old?" Kira raised her eyebrows.

"I recommended nine-foot tall rampaging werewolf." Stiles replied.

"It still might not be him." Liam pointed out.

"I can keep checking the woods." Malia offered.

"I can check the school." Leora spoke.

"My mom can check all the hospitals in the county." Scott spoke up, revealing his presence as he walked into the kitchen. "We can find him."

"What happens then?" Liam inquired.

"We figure out a way to save him." Scott answered and Liam nodded in agreement.

"Okay. Where else could we look?" Lydia asked.

"Let's ask Corey." Scott then suddenly reached his hand back, making Corey appear as he grabbed Corey's shirt and pulled him forward.

Leora's eyes widened as she turned around in her seat fully, not knowing Corey was even there. Liam stood, looking at Corey in surprise. Everyone stared at Corey in shock.

"Wait. Wait." Corey quickly said, raising his hands in defense. "It's not my fault. They took him and I couldn't do anything. They took him..."

"Who?" Scott demanded.

"The Dread Doctors."

****

"How stupid are we to be doing this?" Liam inquired as he, Leora, and Scott walked down the hallway the next day at school.

"For once I agree with him." Leora admitted, earning a surprised look from Scott and Liam.

"We're not stupid. We're desperate." Scott corrected.

"How desperate?" Liam asked, raising his eyebrows.

"Incredibly desperate." Scott answered. He opened the locker room where they stopped at, revealing Theo and Tracy waiting for them.

"More like incredibly stupid." Leora muttered.

"I told you we'd end up on the same side." Theo remarked as he glanced at the trio.

"How about I punch you in the balls to remind you we're not?" Liam asked with a glare, his question earning a snicker from Leora.

Theo chuckles. "I love this kid."

"I don't." Tracy shook her head.

"Nice to see you again, Rapunzel." Theo added, his gaze lingering on the blonde.

"Rapunzel?" Leora repeated, arching an eyebrow at Theo with a mixture of confusion and annoyance.

"Yeah, you know, because of your hair," Theo replies casually, gesturing towards Leora's long locks with a smirk. "And you have healing powers, right?" He shrugs. "Well, Rapunzel had magical healing hair, so it seemed fitting."

Leora rolls her eyes at Theo's attempt at humor, not finding it amusing in the slightest. "Yeah, very funny," She retorts sarcastically. "Let's just focus on finding Mason and dealing with the Dread Doctors."

Theo chuckles lightly, unfazed by Leora's reaction. "Of course, Rapunzel. Whatever you say."

Leora clenched her jaw, resisting the urge to snap back at Theo. She knew they needed his help, but that didn't mean she had to like him.

Liam continues to glare at Theo during the entire exchange, not trusting the chimera in the slightest. He knows Leora can handle herself, and he's a bit confused of his feelings for her now, but he's still protective of her, and he'll be d***ed if he lets Theo hurt her. He kept his eyes trained on the chimera, silently daring him to make a move. He's ready to pounce at a moment's notice. Leora, meanwhile, just stares at Theo with an unreadable expression, not giving him any indication that he's getting under her skin. She's not going to let him win this game, no matter what. She won't give him the satisfaction of knowing that he's affected her in any way. She's stronger than that. Theo just raised his eyebrows at Leora's silence, finding it amusing. He's never met someone so stubborn, but he can't deny that he's intrigued by her. Her feistiness is refreshing and makes her all the more interesting. He knows that there's more to her than meets the eye, and he's determined to find out what it is.

"We know you're not on our side, Theo." Scott interjects quickly. He knows that things could go south fast if the tension continues, and he doesn't want to waste any time. They need to focus on finding Mason. "You said you wanted to help Lydia, but you left Eichen with something else, didn't you?'

Theo tilts his head to the side. "You mean the mask? Are you worried about that?"

"Did you put it on?" Scott asks him. Tracy glances over at Theo as if she knows something the others don't and she probably did. Scott looks over at her before looking back at Theo. "Who did you see?"

"Not Mason." Theo shook his head.

"What's that mean? It's not him?" Liam furrowed his eyebrows.

"What, so someone framed him then?" Leora questioned, looking confused.

"It probably means he's a lost cause." Tracy suggested.

"We all want the same thing. We want Mason back." Theo voiced.

"Okay, but the difference is that we want him back alive." Scott told him.

"Well, I'm open to compromise." Theo takes a step forward. "You still got the map with telluric currents on it? Bring it to the operating theater in two hours." His eyes flicker to Leora, a smirk on his face. "Nice seeing you again by the way, Rapunzel."

Leora clicks her tongue, glaring at Theo. "Wish I could say the same." She retorted, not bothering to hide her irritation.

Theo just chuckles and shakes his head, seemingly amused by her response. "Feisty. I like it."

Leora ignores him, turning away and heading towards the door. "Let's go." She called over her shoulder, not waiting for the others to follow her. She can't stand being around Theo for any longer. Scott and Liam share a look before they follow her, leaving Theo and Tracy behind. Theo smirked as he watched her walk away, his eyes lingering on her form. He can't help but admire her fiery attitude and stubbornness, finding it both admirable and frustrating. She's a challenge, and Theo's always enjoyed a challenge.

"How desperate are we?" Liam inquired once again as he, Scott, and Leora walked out of the locker room.

"Incredibly." Scott sighed.

****

At the Dread Doctors operating theater, the trio meet Theo there in two hours. "They called him Der Soldat. That's German for 'The Soldier'. I'm pretty sure he fought in World War ll."

"And he was a Nazi." Scott realized.

"And an Alpha werewolf." Theo continues, causing the other three to share a look. "The Dread Doctors were using him to prolong their lives. They've been doing it for decades. Actually, probably longer."

"How old are these guys?" Liam asked him.

"Who knows." Theo shrugs. "But wherever they go, he goes, too."

"So how do we find him?"

"Keeping him alive requires a pretty unique set of conditions." Theo replies to Liam. "There's got to be a power source. It has to be underground..."

"And on a telluric current." Scott finished his sentence, handing Theo a map. Theo smirked, taking the map from him and unfolding it to look at it.

"Looks like we're going for a hike." Theo noted.

****

"Where is he?" Scott questioned later that night. They're now at the preserve with Theo, following the map.

"I thought we were looking for him." Theo responded.

"You know who I'm talking about." Scott speaks. "Deucalion? You shouldn't trust him."

"And we shouldn't trust Theo, but yet we're here with him." Leora pointed out.

"Where's your manners, Rapunzel?" Theo teased, glancing back at her with a smirk.

"Screw you." Leora shot back.

Theo chuckles, shaking his head. "That's not very nice."

Leora glares at him, her eyes glowing white in annoyance. Theo just raised his eyebrows, unfazed by her display of power. He found it amusing, actually. She's cute when she's mad, not that he'd ever tell her that. Liam and Scott shared a look when Leora's eyes glowed white. She usually had control of her powers, but when she was angry or frustrated, they tended to flare up uncontrollably. They knew they had to keep an eye on her to make sure she didn't accidentally hurt anyone.

He glances at Scott. "And anyway, you're the one who let Deucalion live."

"I'm not a murderer." Scott voiced.

"You still think you're gonna get through all this without killing anyone?" Theo questioned.

Scott shakes his head. "I didn't say that."

When Liam stopped suddenly, the others did as well. "What is it?" Leora asked him.

"We're close." Liam nodded.

"You got his scent?" Scott asked, sounding hopeful. Leora looked hopeful as well, relieved when Liam nodded in response.

Theo tilts his head to the side. "Which way?" Liam doesn't say anything as he looks at him. "You think you're going to leave me behind?"

Liam looks from Theo to Scott. "Liam..." Scott started.

"Look, he wants to kill him." Liam pointed out.

"I just want his power." Theo explained.

"That doesn't make it any better." Leora shook her head.

"You want to fight someone hat actually wants to kill Mason? Go fight Parrish." Theo continued.

"Who did you see when you put on the mask?" Liam asked Theo.

"I already told you. It wasn't Mason." Theo responded.

"Who was it?" Liam demanded, his voice raising.

"I saw a man dying in the snow." Theo confesses. "He was impaled on a spear."

"It's called a pike." Scott corrects. "Lydia told us the story."

"Then you guys know what it means." Theo said. "Time's running out. Where is he, Liam? What direction?"

Liam is quiet, glancing at Scott, who shakes his head. Then he glances at Leora, who does the same as Scott. He starts walking forward. "This way."

Leora and the others follow Liam. Soon they all arrive at a shed where Liam reached for the handle, but Scott stopped him.

"Listen."

Liam looks at the door after a moment. "It's him." He opened the door, walking inside and Leora followed him along with the others.

They walk down the steps they find. "Mason?" Liam whispered. They walk around the corner, finding Mason sitting on the ground, leaned against a tank.

"Mason!" Leora's eyes widened and her eyes are full of concern as she knelt on the other side of him after Liam knelt by him. Liam looked at his best friend in concern, rubbing his arm. Leora looked on in shock after noticing the syringe in Mason's neck that's connected to the tank.

"It's connected to him." Scott pointed out.

"What is this thing?" Liam asked as Scott knelt by him.

"I don't know." Theo admitted.

"Liam, I can feel it." Mason suddenly speaks up, his voice shaking. "It's in my skull."

Leora put a comforting hand on his arm, eyes full of concern as her hand began to glow. She knows she can't heal Mason completely, but she just wanted to help him feel some kind of relief. And she knows she probably shouldn't use her healing powers too much yet after just healing from before, but she couldn't just sit there and do nothing to help Mason.

"Don't move." Liam warned Mason softly.

"Careful." Scott added.

Liam glances back at Theo. "What are they doing to him?"

"I don't know." Theo responded.

"Guys, let's focus." Scott said, making Liam look back at Mason. "Mason, we're gonna get you out of here. Hold him still." He tells Liam. He glances at Leora with a sigh. He didn't like that she was using her powers already after she was so weak earlier, but he knew that she wasn't going to stop helping her friend no matter what. "Keep doing what you're doing, but don't overdo it. Please." He told her. Leora nodded and kept her hands on Mason. continuing to concentrate on her healing powers.

Liam holds onto Mason and he and Leora exchange a look before Scott hesitantly reached to the syringe. "Okay. Alright. I'm gonna try to pull it out. Let me know if it hurts." Just as Scott grabbed the syringe, Mason screamed in pain. Scott immediately pulled his hand away and Leora continued to use her healing powers on him, letting Mason have some relief.

"It hurts." Mason breathes out. "It definitely hurts."

Scott glances at Liam and Leora worriedly. "I barely moved it." Leora continued to use her healing powers on Mason, letting him feel more relief.

"Is this helping at all?" Leora asked hopefully.

"Yeah. A little." Mason breathed out.

"Good." Leora nods, letting out a breath of relief. "That's all that matters. I'll keep doing it." She reassured him, her hands still on his arm, her healing powers going through his body.

Then suddenly a clicking noise is heard, causing Scott to look behind Liam. Liam looked behind him as well and Theo even turned around. Leora looked over in the same direction the others are looking at, gasping at seeing a Dread Doctor.

"They wanted us here." Theo said in realization.

Another clicking noise is heard, causing them to look to their right and see another Dread Doctor on the railing. "Liam, try to get that thing out of Mason's neck." Scott orders, glancing over at Leora. "Leora, please don't overdo it. We need you at your best. Keep healing him, but just try to conserve your energy."

Suddenly, hissing is heard as footsteps walk into the room. "Theo..." A dark disembodied voice is heard. "Theo Raeken." The same voice spoke.

"He's coming with us." Theo informed him.

"Failure." The Dread Doctor said, walking into the room. "Theo Raeken."

Theo looks panicked. "I'm not a failure."

Leora had to admit she was surprised to see Theo look panicked for the first time since she met him. It was strange to see him like that and not the calm and collected persona he always wore. She didn't blame him for being afraid though, given the situation. She was scared herself and she could feel herself getting more weak, but she had to push through.

Mason gasps, grasping Liam's and Leora's arms. "Guys, get out of here. Just go."

"We're not leaving you behind." Leora said firmly. She could tell by Liam's expression that he felt the same.

"Just go. You can't help me. Just go." Mason pleaded.

"Mason, stop." Leora snaps, breaking from her trance to glare at him. "We're not leaving you. If you can't understand that, then shut the h**l up." Mason and Liam both looked at her with surprise, shocked by her sudden outburst.

Liam's surprised that she was snapping at Mason, but he also understood why. He couldn't leave Mason either and he wouldn't, no matter what. And he knew that Leora wouldn't either, especially when it was clear that she really cared about Mason.

"She's right." Liam says, glancing at Leora and nodding, agreeing with her. Leora gave him a small smile before focusing on her powers again. "We're not going anywhere."

Mason sighed, knowing he wasn't going to win this argument. He felt a rush of warmth spread through him as Leora's healing powers worked, and he had to admit, it helped a lot. He was surprised the two were agreeing on something which caused him to chuckle a bit. "One of the times you guys rarely agree on something is when it's about not leaving me behind, huh?"

Leora smiles softly at Mason's words, relieved to see him managing to find some humor even in such a dire situation. "Yeah, well, don't get used to it." She teased gently, her focus going back to her healing powers.

Liam chuckles, shaking his head. "Let's just focus on getting out of here in one piece, okay?"

"Not a complete failure." The Dread Doctor continues. "We learned from you."

"Theo, he's trying to get to you." Scott warns. "This is what they want, don't give it to them. We can't beat them."

"The mark of a true failure." The Dread Doctor speaks. "Repeating the same mistake again and again."

Theo glances at Scott. "We're taking Mason." He looks back at the Dread Doctor, his eyes now glowing yellow and fangs showing. "Then I'm taking what's mine." He then growls loudly. "Let him go."

"You have the entitlement and narcissism typical of your generation." The Dread Doctor said to him. "In that, you are a profound success."

Liam tries getting the syringe out, but Mason still screamed in pain even with Leora using her healing powers. "Scott, I..." He looks back at Scott with worry, pulling his hands away. "I can't get it out. I don't know what to do. And Leora can't keep using her healing powers much longer. She's getting weaker."

"Maybe I am, doesn't matter." Leora mutters as she continued concentrating. Her eyes were glowing a faint white color and her hands were still glowing. "I'll do whatever I can to help." She didn't care that she was getting weaker, as long as Mason felt better, it was worth it.

Liam had to do a double take as he realized Leora agreed with him. The second time. "Okay. Wait a second, did you just...Agree with me? Again?" He asked her.

Leora mentally scolds herself when she realized what she did. "Oh...Um, no I didn't. I take it back." She grumbled, rolling her eyes.

"Nuh-uh, you said it! No take backs." Liam smirked at her with amusement.

"Dang it." Leora huffed.

She was annoyed at herself for agreeing with Liam, she knew he would never let her live it down. Though he was right. She was getting weaker, her powers were slowly draining her and she knew it was bad. But she refused to stop until Mason felt better. She'd die before she stopped. Mason rolled his eyes at the two though he had a small amused smile on his face as he watched the interaction. Scott knelt by Mason, putting a hand on his other shoulder, looking at him in concern.

"But your failure taught us one thing." The Dread Doctor continues. "The banality of evil. That you were and would always be an ordinary evil."

"You think I'm ordinary?" Theo questioned.

"We believed that to resurrect the perfect killer we had to start with the perfect evil. From you we learned true evil only comes by corrupting something truly good." The Dread Doctor replied.

"Not something." Scott realized.

Liam looks back at Mason with a small frown. "Someone."

The Dread Doctor aims his hand that was glowing, but Theo pushed him out of the way. Liam hesitated as Theo fought with one, but then another walked over. He got up and went to fight it.

"Liam, wait!" Scott called out. He looked back at Leora in concern. She looked pale, sweat was on her forehead, and her hands were trembling from the strain of using her healing powers for so long. He knew they couldn't afford to lose her strength right now, especially with Mason's life on the line.

"Don't worry about me," Leora's voice interrupts his thoughts. She looked tired, but she had a stubborn look on her face, refusing to back down. "I'll be fine. Help Liam." She pleaded.

Scott hesitates, glancing at Liam and the Dread Doctor he was fighting, but then looks back at Leora. She was looking even weaker and it broke his heart. "Scott, please." Leora's voice breaks. "Please. I'll be fine. He can't do this alone."

Scott's heart clenched and he nods. "Okay. I'll be back soon."

Leora gives him a shaky smile, continuing to use her healing powers on Mason. He gives her one last look, hesitating a moment longer, before finally getting up and running over to Liam. Leora sighs in relief, closing her eyes for a moment and taking a deep breath. She could feel her own powers draining.

"You okay?" Mason's voice snaps her out of her thoughts.

"Yeah." Leora breathes out, nodding. "I'm good. You just hang in there, okay? We're gonna get you out of here. I promise. I'm not gonna let anything happen to you."

"I know." Mason gave her a tired smile. He trusted her. "I trust you. Just don't overexert yourself."

Leora laughs a bit, shaking her head. "No promises."

She looked exhausted, but she still tried to remain optimistic. She refused to give up. Mason sends her a grateful smile. "Thanks for not giving up on me. It means a lot."

"Of course." Leora replied, giving him a soft smile. She felt a surge of determination flow through her and she held onto it. She could do this. She could help save Mason. Even if it meant her powers would drain, it didn't matter. All that mattered was helping her friend.

Liam and Scott take turns attacking the Dread Doctor. Scott suddenly gets thrown to the ground, followed by Liam. "Liam!" Mason reached to the back of his neck, grabbing the syringe, screaming in pain as he pulled the syringe.

Leora could feel herself fading in and out of consciousness. She could faintly see Theo fighting with a Dread Doctor, eventually getting in a chokehold. Her weak self watched in surprise as Mason managed to stand, screaming the whole time in pain as he tried to pull the syringe out. Mason then finally got the syringe out of his neck and the Dread Doctor let go of Theo.

"Transformation...Transformation without frequency." Everyone watched as black smoke surrounds Mason, his eyes glowing bright blue.

"Mason!" Liam said worriedly.

"That is not my name." Mason spoke in a distorted tone and transformed into the Beast.

Leora could feel herself slipping into consciousness and the last thing she heard was someone calling out her name.

****

"Leora!" Liam shouts, getting up after he had been thrown to the wall and going over to her worriedly. He forgot about the pain he felt when he got thrown at the wall. He couldn't think about anything else other than making sure that Leora was okay. He gently shook her, calling out her name desperately, but she was unresponsive. He checks for her pulse, relieved when he felt a steady one. It was weak and barely noticeable, but it was there. "I knew she was getting too weak. She's not completely healed from before." He mutters, glaring down at Leora. "Why do you have to be such a stubborn dumba**?"

The Beast roars suddenly, gaining his attention. He picks up a Dread Doctor and ripped his head off. The Beast then threw the body to the ground. Scott moved to quickly go over to kneel where Liam is kneeling by Leora.

"She'll wake up soon." Scott reassures Liam. "We just gotta make sure nothing else happens to her."

They watch in surprise as the Beast tosses Theo to the side. "Success." The Dread Doctor spoke. The Beast roared, grabbing the Dread Doctor and dragged him outside.

Scott and Liam share a look. "Get her. We need to follow him." Scott said and Liam nodded in agreement. Liam picked Leora up bridal style and followed Scott outside.

They make it outside just in time to see the Beast dropping the Dread Doctor to the ground. Then suddenly Parrish comes up behind the Beast in Hellhound form, jumping to attack him. He punched the Beast in the chest, causing the Beast to roar. Chris then appeared, shooting at the Beast, and Gerard followed Chris. The Beast staggered backwards in pain and soon retreated. Then it stopped as it turned back to its human form.

"La Bete du Gevaudan!" Gerard shouts. "I know your name."

A man of the name Sebastien turns to face Gerard. "Do you remember mine?" Gerard questioned.

"Argent." Sebastien snarled and then ran off in the woods, being chased by Parrish.

"Who the h*ll was that?" Scott asked.

"You've seen the Beast of Gevaudan." Gerard responds. "That was the Man."

Chris nods. "Sebastien Valet."
