Tarika weds Abhijeet

Abhirika had been a couple for the longest time now and the team's joy knew no bounds when they heard that Abhijeet had finally proposed to her.  

This had also lead Salunkhe, a doctor, to give a veryyy non-threatening speech (in his own words) to Abhijeet, a legit CID officer who carried a freaking gun with him at all times. 

Nonetheless, Abhijeet was terrified of him. 

You see, the doc had always seen Tarika as his own daughter, ever since she had joined CID as his protégé, and any thought of her being hurt was just too much for him to handle. So he had comfortably made Abhijeet aware of the consequences he would have to face if he ever troubled Tarika even in the slightes.

Dr. Salunkhe was also going to be the one to "give away" the bride in the kanyadaan and Tarika didn't doubt the capability of any member on the team, especially Abhijeet, in making this probably the most incredible day of her life; but she did dread the thought of Salunkhe during the vidaai.

Murdein kaatne wala budhau was more likely than not going to see Tarika in the bureau next morning. But AbhiRika just knew kuchh emo gadbad machaayenge salunkhe sahab being the whiney little baby that he was; so they went to the one person who could unleash a bigger monster than the drama-monster himself.

"Theek hai mai sambhal lungi," Purvi replied, having been approached by Tarika and Abhijeet to take care of Dr. Salunkhe if he became overly-dramatic or emosunal. 

But of course she had to twist it.

The day and ceremonies had gone by as smoothly as Kavin flirts with Purvi and literally nobody looked forward to the vidaai. 

"Abhijeet kekda hai Tarika uske saath mat jaao," Salunkhe sobbed out dramatically as he held onto Tarika's hand.

"Arey par sir mai kal subah vaapas aa toh rahi hu lab."

"Nahi kal nahi jaana na, raat ko thak jaaogi..uh- thak gayi hogi," Abhijeet spoke up only to get a few cheers of "GET SOME" from his crowd of friends.

But Salunkhe's incessant whining came to an abrupt halt when a large apple tackled him to the ground with a war cry of "WHINEY BABY BITCH", giving the newly married couple the perfect opportunity to escape, much to the delight of the guests. 

As Purvi poked her head out of the ridiculous costume, she was met with cheers from the team and a proud-looking Kavin.

"An apple a day, keeps the doctor away!"
