So I had a lesson yesterday. I was on one of the super chill horses, Blackjack. So we were working on like splitting in the middle of these barrels, and using my body to turn instead of my hands. So, we were doing it at a trot, and then my trainer asked me to canter. I was on the wrong lead, so I stopped and started again. I loped around the arena a few times, then my trainer asked me to split down the middle of the barrels, so like I was just loping along and then Blackjack bucks me off, and I got slung off the right and into the barrel! It didn't really hurt, but I do have a bruise on my knee, a cut down my leg, and a cut on my behind but I'm fine other than that! Just sore. But I got up and got on a different horse so they could make sure he wasn't hurt. So yeah, that was my lesson. Also Ceasar got his hooves down today, so I'm planning on riding him on March 1st, tomorrow. If I'm not too sore.. Heh
