She kept recalling these strange memories in a school. Everyone was so nice and friendly, supporting each other no matter what the circumstance may be, but then, her memories always stopped at a certain point, as if there was no more to it.

It confused her beyond relief.

It was a room full of machines and tools, someone always laughing and using them in the corner. She remembered sitting on a chair, watching the figure do their thing, eventually asking for help with a blush on their face, yet... she didn't know who it was.

They appeared as a misshapen, blurry figure, the look never going away, but she could feel the expression, the emotions, the soft gaze in their eyes.

It was as clear as day.

And [Name], dear [Name] felt joy run through her veins when she was near them. She felt so safe and secure in the building, like nothing could hurt her at all.

She always liked daydreaming about that place. It felt like a safe haven to her.

Snap.

She heard something behind her.

Footsteps began approaching her, they were getting louder and louder, until they stopped.

"ᴺᴬᴹᴱ-ˢᴬᴺ, 'ᵛᴱ ᴮᴱᴱᴺ ᴸᴼᴼᴷᴵᴺᴳ ᶠᴼᴿ ᵞᴼᵁ."

Whoever this was... it for sure wasn't Iruma. The voice held genuine concern, a soft tone, and no cussing at all. It could've been a machine Iruma built, but would she really do that?

They barely knew each other. The inventor probably just let her run off so she wouldn't have to deal with her anymore.

"[ᴺᴬᴹᴱ]-ˢᴬᴺ?"

Her breath hitched.

"Who are you?" [Name] didn't want to turn around. Instead, she sat down on the grass and pulled her knees up to her chest, wrapping her arms around them.

"19 1 9 8 1 18 1 19 8 21 21 9 3 8 9."

She couldn't understand what they were saying, it was all jumbled up into random numbers. She stayed still either way.

"It's late. Shouldn't you be sleeping?" The ultimate asked, staring down at the lake in front of her.

The stars were out and shining brightly, not dimming once after a minor inconvenience. She wished she could be like that.

"ᵞᴼᵁ.. ˢᴱᴱᴹᴱᴰ ᴿᴬᵀᴴᴱᴿ ˢᵀᴿᴱˢˢᴱᴰ... ᴬᴺᴰ ˢᴬᴰ."

[Name] opened her mouth to say something, yet the figure behind her interrupted quite rudely.

"9 8 9 4 6 18 15 13 20 8 5 20 18 21 20 8 9 11 14 5 23 19 8 5 11 9 12 12 5 4 25 15 21 2 21 20 9 4 9 4 14 20 19 1 25 1 14 25 20 8 9 14 7 14 15 23 25 15 21 18 5 19 20 21 3 11 8 5 18 5 14 15 20 18 5 3 1 12 12 9 14 7 1 19 9 14 7 12 5 20 8 9 14 7 15 6 23 8 1 20 8 1 16 16 5 14 5 4 9 14 20 8 5 16 1 19 20 9 13 19 15 18 18 25 14 1 13 5."

She shut her mouth. She didn't feel like talking anymore.

Instead, she felt herself tip to the side, landing on a very soft lap. She didn't mind. She was tired after all. Her eyes slowly closed and she enjoyed the warmth the person emitted.

They began to stroke her hair, making sure to not be too quick or to slow. They wanted to make her feel okay, despite how red it made their face.

" ᵂᴬᴺᵀ ᵀᴼ ᴴᴱᴸᴾ ᵞᴼᵁ. ᴰᴼᴺ' ᵂᴬᴺᵀ ᵀᴼ ᴳᴵᵛᴱ ᵁᴾ ᴴᴼᴾᴱ ᴶᵁˢᵀ ᵞᴱᵀ."

He may be deceased, but he wanted to try and aid her either way.
