Pit's POV:

"Pit, I have hired another servant to protect me. I hope you will be kind and welcoming."

"Huh... ok." I say casually... wait... WHAT?!? I drop the floor ice cream I was just eating back on the floor. Am I fired?! But I defeated hades, Palutena can't fire me!

"Am I getting fired?!" I panic and fall at her feet

"I promise to be good!! I won't eat floor ice cream ever again, and I won't call dark pit Pittoo, I won't look through your search history!!!!! I promise to be good!! Please don't fire me!" I yell.

"Relax Pit no one is getting fired, this is just a mere precaution." Palutena soothes "Wait you read my search history?!" her voice becomes nervous.

"No no no no," I lie waving my hands. I do it sometimes when I'm bored, and later I regret it and want to unsee everything. Who knew the goddess of light could be so... dark?

"sooo who are they?" I ask now, more interested. It will be nice to hang out with someone other than mean dark pit.

"Her name is Y/N, and she is an angel too. I hope you are kind and understanding Pit, she has been through more than all of us. Oh, and she was trained by the goddess Artemis herself." Palutena says.

Palutena doesn't need to worry about me not being kind, I will make sure Y/N feels right at home! "When will she get here?" I ask eagerly, unable to contain my excitement.

"Y/N should be here right about No-"

Suddenly the door opens.

A girl with E/C eyes, short curly brown hair and a white toga with gold and black accents walks in with a determined and serious look on her face.

"Hello Y/N!" Palutena greets "You are right on time, come in!"

Y/N POV:

The door opens. You can do this Y/N, you were trained to serve your whole life, let's make those 14 years count!

I see Lady Palutena welcoming me with a smile, sitting on a throne with an angel looking at me with interest standing guard next to her.

I take a deep breath and step forward.

I walk to the foot of Lady Palutena's throne and bow down deeply. Artemis taught me how to behave properly, I hope I am doing this correctly.

"Greetings Goddess Palutena. I am honoured to be chosen and it will be my privilege to serve and protect you." I say trying my best not to stutter.

The goddess motions for me to rise and gives me a bright smile. Good so I didn't mess up, phew! "Welcome Y/N! I am glad that at least one of my servants has manners!" she chuckles

"Hey!" protests the angel boy "Well, there goes my job!" he sighs.

"Pit, No one is getting fired!" Goddess Palutena turns to me "You can call me Lady Palutena! I am so excited to finally have a girl to talk to!" I give her a polite smile.

"We're going to have so much fun together. It will be a nice change from talking to people who eat food off the floor!" Lady Palutena squeals, I smile genuinely.

"Ahem!"

(AN: Umbridge that you?! k i'll stop!)

Lady Palutena turns and looks at the boy "Oh, and this is Pit, my other servant."

The angel outstretched his hand and gave me a closed eye smile "Nice to meet you, I hope we can be friends!".

I take his hand and shake it "Likewise." I say and smile politely.

"Why don't you show Y/N to her room?" Lady Palutena calls out.

Pit takes me by my hand and pulls me towards a door. this catches me by surprise and my cheeks heat up at the sudden contact.

He opens the door which reveals a white themed greek style bedroom complete with a marble table and a white four poster bed, and it's own balcony.

"woah..."

"Pretty neat right!?" says Pit, smiling.

Did I just say that out loud?! "It sure is." I reply and smile back.

"Ok I will let you settle down!... Oh I almost forgot, here!" Pit tosses me a laurel and goes out the door.

Meanwhile with Palutena:

I watched Pit take Y/N by the hand and I smirked.

I pulled out a ship with an eye painted on it.

(AN: get it? eye ship, I ship! NO? ok... )

"I have waited a long time to Bring you out, old friend." I say to the tiny ship. "But I am the captain of a ship that needs to set sail." I caress the ship thinking about Y/N and Pit.

"I'm back!" exclaims Pit as he loudly enters the room.

"So how did you like our new visitor?" I ask smoothly.

"Oh she seemed nice, polite, shy and pret-'' Pit abruptly stopped, he knows me too well "WHY?! WHAT'S IT TO YOU?? I NEVER SAID THAT!!" he shouts and runs off.

"ship confirmed." I say to the boat.
