So I found out last night that Brodie Lee - or Luke Harper for his WWE fans - passed away yesterday from non-Covid related lung-related issues at the age of 41....and honestly, I nearly had a fucking breakdown after hearing that.

When I was only just learning about WWE in 2014 - 3 years after getting into wrestling through Impact Wrestling during its TNA days - Brodie Lee was, alongside Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose and John Cena, one of the first wrestlers in WWE wrestlers that I hadn't already known in TNA that I really enjoyed watching, and his match with Dolph Ziggler when he won the Intercontinental Championship was one of the first WWE matches that I saw, and I've been a fan of his ever since.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends, and I hope that he kicks ass wherever he is now in the great beyond...

Rest in peace Mr. Brodie Lee...you will be sorely missed...
